For those of you who bought the cloud row in aid of the Nepal water appeal - check your email inbox for an email from BP. There is a present from BP for you !
I received mine this morning, a lovely surprise - thank you BP !

 

Is it a regional thing? Just checked my e-mails and nothing, not a sausage.

 

TC, do you get the newsletters from BP, or have you turned them off? Not sure if it is relevant or not, but it's the only thing I could think of.

 

I keep trying to turn them on but for some reason they keep turning off, so I gave up. Have just turned them on again in case, but looks like I'll miss out on this one whatever it is.

Hi Rooster - sorry you haven't had yours. I live in France( although I am British) and email was in French - I assumed that all those who bought the cloud row would get the same. I do hope I am not wrong.

I received my email this morning as well. I do have the newsletters turned off currently so that is not the problem. However, I purchased my CR right after the sale started, it could be that the emails are being sent in the order of purchase.

I don't get the newsletter but TC I don't know what mail server you use I use google and mine was to be found under "promotions" not just in my inbox. So you might want to check any other folders you may have.

I thought the CR was a pretty good compensation for the donation so this is a very unexpected and nice bonus.

 

Thanks for all the info. Checked all the folders, spam etc and nothing to be found so will wait patiently. I will assume I'm in a queue and you know how us Brits love a good queue!

 

It was very nice to get the gift. Thank you BP. Was happy to make the purchase and receive what we did at the time so this extra gift was quite amazing and totally worth supporting BP in their efforts to raise funds to help those in need. Good onya BP.

Same here lily, and I also thought the cr itself was compensation enough, so this is a real treat. (when we get it )

It is a lovely gift. I only received the one for my lil farm. I did not receive the email for this farm. So I will wait and see if I get an email over the weekend.

 

Nothing here either. Never mind, I enjoy the cloud row enough and the money went to a worthy cause.

Approximately 7000 users did not receive the goodies packages because they have not validated the e-mail address and subscribed to newsletter. The goodies package will be booked in game early next week. On Monday we will have more information about this matter, and we will let you know. This should include the players registered through 3rd party portals, who were not able to receive the newsletter due to Bigpoint not having access to their personal information - e-mail address specifically.
