Well even though the product requirements has been adjusted I still can't get excited about the event. I've done a couple of tasks to get a couple of trees and now I'm weighing up if to go for the harv help coupons that I could do with but don't want to waste my PF just to get those. Think I'm just gonna concentrate on breeding my normal animals to try and get a pinky or 2 to upgrade a stable or sell for lots of £££'s ... Oh and make some good money on the market too! Pssst, seen as I'm not doing the event, I thought I'd see if any of my farmer friends (who aren't already laden down with Artisan goodies) need a little helping hand to reduce breeding/stable or workshop time IGM me and I'll see what I can rustle up ..only so many in stock though!

 

My style of farming...
Always keep over 400 product & 7000 crop make this event much easy.
With enough stuff. I could just concern on breeding & then plant those cork
oak tree.
It really frightened me when I hear that we need to get 420 cork to mill 105
Corkboards. those initial 105 Paint palette is not a problem as my stock could
cover them.Only to get those cork (growing time) make me worry!
Luckly it's only a error on FAQ & made correction very soon.
Now, much less trees to grow. More better is BBD run for 52 hr. So, I could start
breeding a bit later.
For RL, tomorrow had a family meeting(It's a chinese festival), I will be busy
until afternoon. So, will done those breeding when I come back from those
housework!

p.s. My market every related stuff selling rocket high. potato had once over 90CC, So,
I immed. sell 1000 & make a small fortune on it. Paint palette & riding lesson had
rise to over 10000CC, Can't miss this chance. Need to sell some to market!

 

How long have you been playing the game, dnin21cent? (I struggle to get 1000 crop and any product. Something always takes my time away from doing so.)

 

I'm at the point where I have to wait for trees to produce cork. It does save on the pheromones not to have to use them on the goats I still need. I can't do anything with them until I get the cork boards anyway. I'm still only doing a small amount of this event and I'm hoping to finally get those cloud row's open with some bat breeding soon.

Edit: I just sold my stock of turkeys (120) for 1875cc each. *kaching* That is indeed evil cackling you here.

here hoping everyone gets the event over with and start breeding other animals so i can sell the animals ive been stocking up on.

 

I got my two cork trees this morning and that's it. I can't justify using up that many valuable products for more trees (& upgrades) that aren't used in any quests and might be available again in the future. Then there's the real killer - Power Feed. I missed a lot of the cuckoo breeding during a break from the game. I compared the prizes from that to the prizes for this event and decided my PF was better used on getting pink stalls.

Done with breeding all the Goats and Turkeys...I think, didn't really count what I needed yet...LOL! Just put a whole bunch out!
Waiting on 12 Cork Oaks 7 hrs to go....with some suzy and mulch.

 

I loved this event, once the requirements got ironed out, and I have made so much CC that I felt it was well worth spending my power feed. I would strongly recommend to those who are on the fence about wasting power feed that there are plenty, and I mean pages and pages of speckled and black goats, and house and oscellated turkeys in my market, and the prices are dropping now. I am guessing that like me, many who rushed to do the breeding had way too many extras and wanted to get rid of them before the price drops further. FYI my best skip was from four goats = 1 speckled, 1 black, 1 CANDY and 1 baby goat. After the initial shock, it took me a few minutes, and parting with some bargain priced goats and turkeys to bank roll the 10%. I had instant remorse and was really wondering why I had blown all my ccs and then poof, it sold in less than two hours for 2,500,000 cc!

 

oh my goodness... paint palettes and riding lessons are going to be the end of me lol. They take so long ..... 40 riding lessons is a lot. I keep telling myself to have patience. And..... even if i buy an XXL toolbox, i only get one hammer? oh my goodness!!! Easy does it from here on out... my cc is dwindling down so i have to watch it lol. Oh and by the way..... the Party wheel and Regular Wheel.... are not my friends. I get stuff I already have or I get stuff I can't use... i read above that someone got Paint Factories... go You, that's fantastic!! Good luck everyone... My goal is like yours, working at it now getting all the 1st page crops to 100,000. I got wheat done working on the others now will have it easy some day lol

oh, it's easy really, repeat after me. I will morf with my laptop. It will come with me, be with me, and have back up batteries on hand all charged and ready to pop in.

You will never ever use a item without replacing 2x as much back till you get to 100,000 or your goal. then new rule comes to make sure you never fall below 100,999.

No crop will fall below 3000 at any time, while building to goal.

You shall name your laptop and rub him down daily. You will make appointments only with places with wifi close. You shall start going to places like starbucks where you can get the coffee and hey look free wifi lol

It is like crochet you make the time to do a 3/4 length sweater coat before winter, just get it done.
Things like tv, family, sleep, eating all those meals in one day are over rated

Think, laptop, think, game, think, will get it done, think coffee you will need it

Now to go find quest with toolbox seems I need another stable, riding lessons with goats? paint with turkey ok, but where does a horse and goat come together!?!

The trees are nice, Mir85 pointed it out they do have a nice ep, so glad I went for it even if I had to buy riding and some paints, hey I am working on being independent. I am fighting to go all the way I know I can!

which year.... I think maybe S. Africa World cup. So I play nearly 5 years Wow!
To stock up your inventory. I think, you need to constantly log on game, as harvest on
time is a essential, Also, willing to spend some $$ to buy the machinery(it speed up
time), got enough CC to buy or capable to make CAC for own used.
unless you want to do all animal/workshop farming. You must let your CAC activate at
most of time. same apply to VP/CB when you rear animal or produce product!

 

Have you opened the bean stalk / magical stalk, where the cloud rows are? In the Farmer society quest to open that you have to donate some hungry bats.

But come to think of it, there is a cloud row that gives 1 albino bat every 30 hours It can be unlocked in the tree of wisdom, in case you are interested

cloud row on the SOS thread!

 

It's New Magic Stalk Row rune on Tree of Wisdom (the branch on the right side after Special Helper rune).
1st row : 5 pheromones every 30h - 20 stars
2nd row : 10 salt every 30h - 35 stars
3rd row : 10 sugar every 30 hours - 50 stars
4th row : 1 Albino Bat every 30 hours - 65 stars
5th row : 1 brown Pig every 30 hours - 80 stars

You need atleast 170 stars if you did not unlock the 1st row.

 

I counted that I need 90 colorful corkboards so 360 Corks.
I only have 2 Cork trees and I will use SSG on these. I will also get the xxl but not the xl.

With 1 paint palette and 4 corks you get 4 corkboards
