129 balls from first harvest. Still some fields & pens to harvest. Not bad

 

123 balls so off to a good start, but miffed we only got 5 seeds instead of the usual 10 when there is only one event plant. Off to recalculate!

 

My start on drops is 99. Not bad for having every single field filled with trees and not all were ready to be harvested. I was out of town all weekend and forgot this event was going to start today.

91 balls of yarn to start, and only another hour until I can harvest my first batch of osier. Just wish I were getting a field full instead of only 30 plants.

 

146 balls of yarn from carnations, trees and a few animal pens. I did remember to move my Howie from field to field but not sure it made much difference. I am using the fruit cake and white innocence but sure did miss the EP boos from EM this morning!

Whoo hoo! First 5 seeds harvested, 30 replanted, and 180 osier will be ready in an hour and 17 minutes!

 

Work made me late on initial harvest (of course).

Pleased with 143 drops using CAC, EM, Spring Wreath and CR on 1x1 carnations, ginger and a few trees!

Not pleased with five starter seeds.

Glad to see good drops for others!

 

Collected 150 ball of yarns, not happy with the result

 

Got a really late start as my internet decided to go down this morning. Just now planted my measly 5 starter seeds. At least I'm only shooting for finishing the the 100 cats so hopefully the lost time won't be that bad.

 

This may be obvious to older players, but for anyone new, consider purchasing carrot apple chutney for this event. I noticed alexis2112 was using pumpkin jam on her first crop of osier and thought maybe a reminder on this thread would be helpful. I was very reluctant to buy it when I was new, 40,000 cc seemed like a fortune to pay. But when you consider that it gives you 2 extra plants per plot it easily pays for itself. This morning, I have more than recovered the cost of the CAC between my overnight crops and planting grapes, blackberries, sorghum, wheat and roses while waiting to harvest and replant the osier.

 

3 more fields of carnations gave 90 more drops. Only 17 on the glade...what is up with that? LL rune full at 30 and 1 Howie.

 

Someone help me. My gray matter... what little there is left of it... is totally absorbed by RL...

I only have today and not really interested in growing event crops etc. Do I understand the FAQ correctly? Can I just spend today collecting kitties/prizes, up to 100, then call it a day/event?

If you want to collect prizes you need to grow event crops so you mill kitties' feed... I am not sure I have understood you completely though.

 

I only Managed to Get 162 Balls of Yarn not as high as i would have like....But we have to see How Good Drops of Balls of Yarn by harvesting loads of Osier Crops.

I was disappointed to get only 5 Osier Crops to Start with so i used Super Grow on my 2nd Harvest to speed it up.

12ss12 That is a Good Question what if some farmers are on same level in Top 1000. Anyway I am will be nuking Refinements of Comfort Fields of Roses soon.

Once we build up our stock of Osier all 771 of them to fill in 771 1x1 Fields We would reap 2313 Osier on Basis of Harvest them every 4 Hours 48 mins or so that roughly 5 times per 24 Hours...which Equals to 11565 Osier every 24 Hours Therefore on Give or Take Reasons we should be able to reap 55000 Osier within 6 days 11,000 of these goes to Main Event Prizes Entertain 100 Cats. Then we would have about 44,000 Osier to Mill to make another 400 Cat Teasers That would mean you need to get another 2400 Balls of Yarn needed to Make 400 More Cat Teasers

This is only if you Manage to Keep up Reaping Osier 24/7 in the next 5 to 6 Days or so. Plus Prepare to used loads of Supergrow on Refinement of Roses on Comfort Fields as we can Place 40 Comfort Fields in the Glade you would need to Reap more or less need to do this 60 Times using 40 Supergrows at a Time. Depends on How many Howie Donuts you are using the less you have the more Supergrow you need to use, the More Howie Donuts you have the Less Supergrow you have saved.

Now we need to find out a Field full of Osier....How Many Balls of Yarn we will be getting per Harvest !!!

 

This is like the Easter Bunny & Sushi Bat events. Nothing to donate, just grow event crop & get drops then mill said crop & drop. Need 110 crops & 6 drops per Kitty Teaser. Event is for almost a week, do as much as you like you'll get presents for each Kitty gifted.
