Strategy for Kitty Chaos

I am most likely to be enter into top 1000 list by tomorrow I am working hard on it. But getting enough balls of yarn would be the major problem

In the part of Germany where I´m living school summer break started last friday, so for me it´s more entertaining kiddies instead of entertaining kitties
In combination with a long working weekend I won´t go for the top 1000, no chance there
But at least I`m on track with being able to finishing the event, entertained 22 kitties so far, yay!

I came back and no chicken and no feed

I know which one did it too.

I think I'll add something to my strategy here since that cat ate my nearly 700 cc chicken!

I'm going to play with one tom cat. And I'm going to pull its tail and run. Only one!

And one ate my parrot on the island! A 1500 cc bird! I'm so angry about that! Got something for that cat. hahaha I'll let out a few thousand anaconda.

Anyone else having trouble seeing the top 1000 list? My slider won't move. I remember having the same difficulty last year.

 

It is working fine for me now, but I remember having that problem last year too. There was a workaround though, not quite sure, but try clicking on the list and scroll to see if that works

 

My arrows at the top and bottom do not work, but the slider itself does.

 

I just can't find anything funny!

Those cats think this is a game!

They think this is some game of "cat and mouse' while they are eating up my birds.

Now we'll play a game called "cat and broke."

 

Nope, won't scroll, won't slide, won't work.

(pssst...broke...maybe if you sprinkled a little cayenne pepper around your pens it will keep the cats away? Or sprinkle some mothballs?? Doesn't work to keep the neighborhood cats from using my hedge as a litter box, but it sure keeps solicitors away!)

 

So tempted to buy a package or three, sigh, but I want to save what little RL BB I have for the wonder tree event at the end of the month.

Have now milled 33 kitty presents, and will be able to harvest and replant osier before running to work. I'm still using water and manure when I will be near to harvest, but otherwise I'm letting the osier grow the full six hours with just the CAC.

Here are the results of my kitty presents thus far:

3 - 10k ep and 5 - 5k ep

1 pinkie pie, 1 XXL toolkit, 1 - 2x supergrow, and 1 - 1x turbomulch

It seems to be a good mix, and with the exception of the single turbomulch and 2x supergrow (really?!) I'm happy with all of the gifts. Although I'm still hoping for the elusive golden bananas . . .

City folks are buying any kind of poop I can come up with in the market: chicken, parrot, donkey, ..... sure I'll sell the cat poop too

 

Well, after a late start (20 hours after the beginning of the event), I have two fields full of event crops. I have 165 Balls of String on this farm, 162 on Chevrefeuile so well on target there. I will be planting longer crops overnight as the event crops don't give many drops. Love those cute little kitties - sorry, FB, are they coming into your farm too? They've been playing with my Wilsons!

 

What ! The cat ate your chicken, parrot? Shall we sue them. What damages shall we claim ?
Cost of chicken + Cost of manure + Cost of egg + cost of feed + Cost of pen & interest at the rate of hmmm......shall we say 12 % per annum
and similarly for parrots and add cost of the suit, advocates fee & court fee.

I need some advice. I have some XXL trees on my farm - it covers half of the green meadow. shall I retain them for drops or remove them for crops. Is it worth to retain them ?

 

I have xxl trees around the edges and they just aren't giving the drops that a long term plant would give so I ripped them out and chucked in some refined carnations.

 

Thank you TCRooster. I have removed them and planted refined canations. I got only 5 drops from XXL trees.
