I'm impressed. So many languages. Some English people can't even speak English properly! ;)

Thank you ^_^ I'm thinking I was able to learn so well because I was very young. I'm getting older and I don't learn so fast anymore :(
I was reading a lot and watch TV programs and movies in many languages. I love reading :music:

Congratulations bygo_cris! I only know English(and of course Greek). I had started learning French but then there wasn't any teacher in my island so I stopped.
Did you learn some of these languages on your own?

Thank you ^_^ I learned all the languages from TV (without translation), or reading newspaper... French I learned at school 2 years but I'm not so good and Korean I learn at school.
I realized that even I know more languages and especially English, I was hopeless in Korea. They speak... just Korean. There are not so many speaking English and most of them are kids. But they start learning so that's a good news ^_^

It is the middle of our Summer, school holidays, lots of people coming to Cornwall for their summer hols. Weather? Wet, very windy and dull. Not very warm either. The last couple of weeks have only had about 4 real summer days.

Ah! So hot in here! The air conditioners are functioning all day and night but since yesterday, they don't handle the heat. Yesterday we run to some forest small river and stay there all day but also the water was not cold enough. What we will do today?! ah, we are melting here :(

As is often said, "It's not the heat, it's the humidity!" You could just about swim in the air today at my home!:p

Thanks for the ice cream Arielh - even a confirmed chocoholic like me can enjoy all those flavors!

OK Jealously will get me nowhere! Did see the sun today and it is a bit warmer but another weather front coming in - I think they cross the Atlantic from America.
Stay cool and send those Ice Creams here please Arielh - I will keep them away from my Hot Water Bottle ;)

@farmerumf know what you mean! The sun attempted to shine through the huge grey clouds today, yesterday was vile, so fingers crossed that my pasty white legs might get a bit of colour on them tomorrow!

Its hot here on the east coast, as it should be in August...but the humidity it is oppressive. Expecting hard wind and storms any time now to last a few days...Everything needs water, so I promised not to continue my rainy rant! I have many Shasta daisy and elephant ear plants that are going to be happy!:inlove:

Farmerlily, if you really want rain I'll happily send some your way! We have lots to spare in England, can I also interest you in a touch of thunder and lightning, perhaps some hailstones too?xDxD

I would like some of those TC! But I don't think the tourists here will like it, so save it for the winter.:p:p:wuerg:

I think TCRooster is being very generous with our rotten weather - we really want to share it round the world. Perhaps if all us British Huff and Puff enough we can send it back to America where the rain will be most welcome I am sure.

Incredibly hot here and has been the last week or so. Forecast for the next 5 days is temps around 103 with a heat index of 110 oh and yeah it's humid. We were flooded all May and June and now we are parched and hot and in need of rain. I would love some of your cool English damp weather. I'm desperately trying to keep my rosebushes, azaleas and hibiscus alive with almost constant watering.
