I need 234 drops to mill 39 cat teasers. I will plant carnations or roses over night and today I will be able to finish with crops.

 

Thanks Guys for the suggestions... I spent some BBs and refined roses and planted three fields.
My drops were 18 15 and 10 compared to 10 10 and 8 that I got from my last three fields of osiers.
So while there is an improvement in the drops, is it enough to justify the loss of 1764 osiers ?

 

What refinements do you have for the roses?

If you have both super grow refinements and use them together with white innocence and fruit cake, roses on comfort fields with super grow only take around 35 minutes to mature. And with comfort fields you will get more drops. If you also have the chestnut festival cloud row, the roses mature immediately and you'll waste almost no time getting the drops (only super grow...).

I have enough osier to make 33 more toys, which I'd like to do for the extra presents, so hopefully balls of yarn will continue to fall my way. Have discontinued my SOS thread, though, and am trying to help other farmers now. Good luck to everyone still trying!!

I have the chestnut festival cloud row but it is 25.5 hours till I can use it again.....

If you use the two first together with the cloud row, white innocence and fruit cake you will get instant roses also on comfort fields! The fourth one will save you a few super grow, but there is no point using the third refinement as you only have to use super grow on the fields, not water or manure.

This way you can generate drops very fast with a field of comfort fields, then go back to growing osiers You should think about when to do this though, since you'll only get one chance to use the chestnut cloud row before the end of the event. And maybe there'll be a super grow sale this weekend, I'd be surprised if not...

PS. There are also longer crops that have sufficient super grow refinements for instant finish with the chestnut cloud row. Right now I can think of carnation, organic cotton, barley and lilies, but there are more. An increase in the effectiveness of super grow by 25% is sufficient. Longer crops give more drops, and at some point you'll get a drop from each comfort field. But if you don't have the super grow refinement for a longer crop, I'd stick to the roses for now

 

Hi DavidB1yth007....I do refinements all the time as it does have many benefits if you use them correctly to ensure you get the Best Effective of Refinements as need to be be careful as some of them have a negative effect most of them have positive effect...

• SG Love on Roses has 20% Effective on Super Grow
• Duo Fertilizer Love has 9% Effective on Super Grow
• Growth Boost Rune Give Supergrow Effectiveness from 50% to 60%
• White Innocents Gives 10% Effectiveness Super Grow (Gold Buff Slot)
• Fruit Cake Gives 5% Effectiveness on Super Grow (Gold Buff Slot)
• With All this Combine add up the Percentages comes to 104% Effectiveness on Supergrow This Should Give you Instant Harvest of Roses on Comfort or Normal Fields
• To Ensure you get Instant Harvest of Roses you need to Activate Chestnut Festival Cloud Row that gives 5% Effectiveness on Super Grow that only Last for 6 Hours Cannot be Reactivated for 96 Hours Cooling Down Time
• It is More Effective to use Comfort Fields to get better Drops this Can be Enhanced when used with Howie Donuts !!!

I did about 60 lots of Nuking Organic Cotton using Super Grow but Organic Cotton Gives Slightly More Drops than Roses !!!

 

Now that I've finished my 100 for the main event... I can't see how many I've fed. Not that I'm trying for any certain amount. I'm just giving them toys until I wish to do something else. This fits my schedule really well for now and figure I'll stick with it. Just wish I knew how many I've done.

 

Hi pepsi - you can track how many you have if you go to the event plaza. There you will see a gold trophy with the amount of how many above the 100 for the main event you have done. It is labeled 'your progress'. Congrats!

Just could not wait any longer to open my presents, lots & lots of EP, Baha EP & CC's and a nice assortment of Coupons. Only 3 Suzy Turbo Mulch, 6 Suzy Super Grow & 1 Power Feed. Now for the really good stuff! 2 Golden Bananas, 6 Wonder Trees, 2 Wonder Stables, 5 CAC, 4 VP & 6 PPP. If one of those trees turns into a Sorb Apple or a stable becomes a Tortoise I'm . Cloud row filled so kitties are going to overrun my farm, good thing with all the mice I have running around. 3 days left for the event so more presents to be had.

Top 1000 is going far and far with each refresh, I was able to entertained only 25 extra(100+25) kitties so far and milling 7 more cat teasers, tomorrow morning I will be able to get some more drops (hopefully). So top 1000 is not even worth a try anymore, just trying to entertain as many kitties as I can. Because I love cats
