Yes, pnp, I forgot several times to harvest or...replant the new field! But Not Today....it really boosted my BEP with mega EP day going on!

 

pnp, you weren't the only one I forgot to harvest and the next day my plants had turned into weeds

 

Was so excited, thought I was buying tons of chickens at 55 ccs...remembered I was in animal feed, not animals

 

spots! Can you give me some of those feed? In my market they are over 150 CC.

 

Haha Spots. I know exactly how you feel.... I did that once myself. I cleared up all, yea ALL the feed of parrots, monkey AND elephants
While I did it, I started wondering what in the heck was going on in my mkt - haha but that didn't stop me

 

Spots - just think of the money you will make the next time the market goes wacko on feed prices!

 

At least I shouldn't have to make chicken feed for a while!


Outdid myself today. After canceling the Bastet donation 3 times this morning, finally got an acceptable one: accidentally reset the donation field when I meant to click deliver . Then went to bearbabe, harvested 2 fields of Nymphaea before realized I had no CAC active . Evidently, when I ate my buffs yesterday, instead of using 5 like I thought I was doing, I only used 1. So it cost me 400+ plants, and a PPP that are way expensive on that market.

 

Harvested my whole field of spinach with out activating cac

 

Got so excited with the cloud row harvester that I decided to have a play - couldn't understand why I wasn't seeing my cloud rows and then realised I was moving my rows down into the abyss! I really should read the FAQ properly.

When you finally could not resist the temptation & buy some wonder stable.
However, You buy the stables, then Harvest your crop, immediately replant your field with a
6 hr crop(don't ask me why my brain had not got a sight of the wonder stable at that time.)
That mean you could only put out the stable 4 hr later (only if You could remember to do so
& not re-plant again!!!)

I set my farm up for Mega ep day and harvested all my fields and you know what? I forgot to purchase BB
I must have left my brain somewhere....

 

Ouch Meba.....100% EP Less......I always buy BB when it Mega EP day then Refresh my Farm then activate cloud rows buffs, Buffs then my Pets then Harvest my Farm...Always in that order......I really Miss Happy Tree Day gives More EP on Trees than Mega EP will it ever come back who knows it has been ages..... I am waiting to Harvest my island Trees is helps to have Rainforest full of Trees too I think you ought to have a nice cuppa of coffee

Mir - I did the same thing today! However, I will be away for six hours, so I put out a long crop and will do the TB when I come back for the rest of MM.
Neddy, I have done that too - one time I bought stables and forgot to put them out twice, both times planting over 12 hour crops!

 

I too harvested then bought the BB's and forgot to refresh before next items were ready to harvest think I lost out on the 100% too early in the am and purchasing issues - I got impatient

So now seeking advise and guidance - as this is my first time purchasing BB and doing Mega EP day - what are the best buffs to boost the EP and BEP - I activated terror boquet but this just seems to lower grow time.
I do have 1 vegtable on Baha and I think a tiki timer - but I think again this just lowers the grow time.
Thanks for any suggestions.

 

Hi Frmrlife.....There are several buffs that boost EP and Baha EP here is a list of Them but it depends what you are growing or harvesting....The Terror Bouquet Actually Reduces Growing time of Spooky Crops by 20% only

• Easter Marmalade gives 30% More EP on Everything for 12 Hours ----- Gold Slot
• Spring Wreath gives 30% More EP on Everything for 12 Hours.......Gold Slot
• Carrot Bread gives 20% EP on all Crops for 4 Hours Silver Slot
• Crypt Vase gives 20% EP on Spooky Crops for 10 Hours silver slot
• If you are using Tiki Timer is reduce all Island Veg Growing time by 20% Bell Pepper is a Vegetable
• Rasberry Langos Boost 40% EP on Bell Peppers for 24 Hours ....Silver Slot
• Chocolate Syrup Boost 20% EP on Bell Peppers for 8 Hours ....Silver Slot

Can Reap you loads of Baha EP using Buffs, Pets and or Mega EP

 

Actually, lowering growing time is one of the best things you can do to increase EP/BEP during mega EP day

Products to increase EP/BEP: easter marmalade (EM), spring wreath (SW) and sweet rose jam works on all things, zucchini apple bread (ZAB) and carrot bread (CB) on crops. (I see Mooboy has listed more.)

But these products don't work any better during mega EP day than normally. All EP bonuses are calculated from the basic EP value. So harvesting a field of crops with ZAB, the ZAB bonus is exactly the same whether it is mega EP day or not. And the mega EP bonus is the same whether you have ZAB or not. The two bonuses are independent of each other.

But lowering growing time (either for crops with terror bouquet, tiki timer, flower cloud row, super grow or for stalls with valentines pot, church bouquet etc. or trees with turbo mulch) means you can get more harvests, means more mega EP bonus

Of course if you lower the growing time, you also get more value from the artisan products like EM. So it can be very worthwhile using these products during mega EP day, but you should be aware that the mega EP bonus is calculated from the basic EP

If you want to increase mega EP output, you might also want to change what you are growing/producing. Roughly speaking on bahamarama stables (especially upgraded) gives better BEP/hr than crops and trees. On the mainland trees (especially XXLs) and crops give better EP/hr than stables.

 

Thank you Mooboy & Mir - the only vegtable I have is Chili - only 6 crops to choose from - other Baha crops sugarcane, grape, pepper(not bell), bamboo and meadow grass. I have 35 GB and with 37,000BEP to level up and then I can open Field 4 with 40GB.

No Pets. No refinements other than on pumpkin.

I was reading through all the Artisan's Village FAQ and since I have Terror Boquet and CAC going - It looks like maybe a ZAB for the #2Gold slot is my best bet.
Looking through silver items - Activated carrot bread and Crypt Vase
Did all of the above prior to Mir's post.
Thought I had it but didn't realize that Mega Ep and ZAB are independent.
I would hate to delete it but if there are other items I can purchase to lower growing time that advise would help. Just trying to maximize my EP/BEP during this time.
I was going off what was in my inventory and said it would increase EP.

On Baha I focused my GB's opening the sections and then animals. I do have all animals on Baha - I currently have 3 pandas - camels - sloths and 2 elephant - monkey - parrot. Also once my trees are ready to harvet I was planning on deleting them.
