Feedback Mini Events: October 2015

Howdy Farmers,

Please post your constructive comments, positive and negative, regarding the mini events going on this month, in this Feedback thread.

Please be sure to bring arguments for supporting your statements, simple comments saying you like it or hate it will not help the Team understand what goes great, and what needs to be looked into, when planning future mini events.

Just want to say thank you for another G&T, it's a favorite with many of us, and I'm looking forward to it. We don't have to have them all the time, but it is definitely nice to have them more often then we used to (maybe twice a year if we were really lucky).

 

i have 1 complaint of this event your wiping out my pigs n goats just way too many to give i hope i at least get 1 new pen n 1 new tree

 

I love the G&T event but I am always so disappointed at the number of gift licences we receive. But, like Spots, I am very happy to see them come round more often!

 

Loving the G and T again but please let me trade the flowers and scarecrows.

 

Love Gift and Trade! It is my favorite! Like previous feedbacks provided, a few tweaks would really enhance it.

Please give more gift licenses than one per day. Even Renzo tickets are more than that.

Please allow us to trade farmwheel items (flowers and scarecrows)

Please allow us to sort/filter the search list in the exchange

Please allow us to see how many items we have in inventory as it is very cumbersome to find something but have to exit to double check you don't trade all your stock away

 

I whole heartedly second pnp. I will also add that if an item is not tradeable such as groovy sheep duo then it should not show up when selecting items to get rid of. The alternative of course is to let us trade what we want!

 

I thought I might give trading a go this time around but gave up. How daunting and time consuming. I think the G&T is a wonderful concept but can it be simpler? It has been mentioned to be able to do a search for a particular item. I believe this would make the event so much better and user friendly. There is no way I want to sit forever looking for an item that possibly isn't there, when the list isn't even alphabetical to make it easier. A search function, please, please, please.

Since we now have a new cloud row to fill, it would be great if the flower items became tradeable next G&T

Thank you for another BBD, glad its starting on Friday. I know the community is mixed on whether weekends or weekdays are better. I myself actually vary, but this time of year my weekends are spent outdoors -- either working in my yard or doing more fun things with the kids.

Also, thank you for the last G & T. It was a nice surprise, even though I would up without a neon rabbit (thought I had traded back for one, but no.... my bad! but I did get another neon chicken).

I enjoy the party wheel spins but enough with the red bat roosts and workshops. The workshops should be removed when you hit a certain level and if you're going to give upgrades they should at least be orange so as not to be an insult. I also think that xxl upgrades should come with the base; I have 12 xxl peach trees and just 2 bases to put them on.

 

Yes, Chookie I got 4 Cow Dairy's...wanna trade? not. But I'll give you a peach base the next time we have G&T I have a spare. And I agree Orange anything would be appropriate for a paid ticket.
Why is there YELLOW anything on the wheel? for petes sake I got 12 Cowmilk trees, and shut my eyes everytime I got one hoping the arrow would move one to the left by psychic power or something.
And, a regular Shearing shed? Wow.

 

i am soooooo done with this event i only did enough to get the trees why ? ? idk cos u always get what u already have got 4 blackthorne xl apple really? xl peach 3 stone pines xl oak ,xl apricot and an almond. not worth the pf to breed the animals cos pf used out ways the pf won. im going back to farming.

 

As always, I purchase the xlarge powerfeed baskets. I like the fact that not only do I get 800 powerfeeds for $18.79usd but my neighbors receive 10 powerfeeds for each basket I purchase. With the recent baby boom event this past weekend, I was glad to purchase more powerfeed. However, I am so disappointed that none of my neighbors received their powerfeeds.
I messaged Bigpoint and was informed that they are aware of the situation, and apparently its a glitch and they were anticipating that each neighbor will be credited sometime this week.
Oh well....stuff happens. Bigpoint has had a pretty great track record keeping the game up and running thus far compared to that other big gaming company that shall remain unnamed....so hopefully it won't happen the next time I buy an xlarge basket that gives freebies to my neighbors.

Just want to say thank you for finally allowing me to win my last flower (Lyrical Lupine) on the wheel..... Seems .... now I am at a stand still with the scarecrow cloud row and am one short, the latest scarecrow of course. So I will look patiently everyday for him on the wheel until I get him. Thank you for the flower cloud row bonus..... it will be amazing for events. Perhaps, unlike the flowers, BP will allow us to trade the Scarecrows next G & T event. Here's to hoping!!

 

Glad the music boxes are finally for sale.. and that it did not hit during my vacation, and, I did still have enough BB left to buy it.

However, those of us who were "gifted" the "free" cloud row are now having to pay more. On the good side, we can buy more than one. I do think you should have made one set of items available as a one-time purchase only for those of us who already had the cloud row, but not the items.

 

I bought the Music boxes and won't put them on a cloud row even if one becomes available.
I've put them in the park on Shipwreck Bay. I get good BEP and they give Tiki timers, White innocence, and Langos.

 

I have over 1300 trees. and to get the latest I have to buy more and that makes perfect sense to me (No) And for this one BEP trees Amherstia is the new pet.
I got 50% Amherstia and a bunch that I wasn't hoping for. Can someone who sets these odds have pity/shame and give up some decent trees? No Pandanus or Mate left in the virtual drawer?

 

i got lucky this time with the trees got a lot i did not have . grapefruit , black willow . sea buckthorne buddas hand. mountain jumper . boobab, achacha . nectarine just to name a few did not buy packages
