Good News for all of us struggling with scarves: the Game Team is giving everyone active in the event 12 scarves - the equivalent of 3 hours of scarf collecting.

first : BBD at least coming, even I had spend millions of CC & buy 18 white cows. (I keep
my target, only buy below 300,000 CC)
But it will help those don't had enough CC to buy on market .

second: OK, compensation for wrong information( miscommunication or what, nevermind!)
just give us 12 scarfs is good. Lessen waiting for scarf!.

 

I only need 39 scarves and 142 flags and I will be done with event A little voice was telling me to wait and see if there would be a BBD but......i only needed a few so I just wanted to get that out of the way I missed the thing about the 12 scarves so that makes 27 I need. Good Luck to all

 

just check my barn. After stick with game for half day , constantly collecting those scarf.
Now, I had 110 scarfs. get 12 from BP, oh, I only need 58 scarfs.
stress gone. I can relax playing.

 

12 scarves ! That's great ! I never tried to understand the mechanism. Too much trouble. How do I check I have got the 12 scarves ? I didn't keep a check in my barn. I still have only 9. Or have I used the 12 ?

Yay!!!! BBD is coming I don't have enough PF Maybe they'll do a sale Just don't tell my Hubby if they do. He gets a little when I'm so low on PF and they do a sale

Some fennel seeds are mixed with rosemary. Hope you don't mind. It is Double Bonanza! You needn't need seeds for peppermint. Just stem is enough. That's how we grow it in our pots. Its the easier method. Make sure you put it into good use. At present a bunch of peppermint leaves is drying out in our kitchen. I like peppermint chutneys with idlis & dosa(i)s. So delicious.

That's what I keep on repeating in several of my post. You needn't have a separate Harvest Hoedown - Top 1000. All these events are enough to do it. Each & every event, we keep on selling everything to buy this or that & so goes you resources & all & so is the way to make CCs in dire needs.

If one is a long time player, he/she might have stocked up a reasonable amount of everything & that might give you a helping hand. Moreover I find that stocking up one's resources in one farm is the plausible option. I can only concentrate on one farm. The other two farm just grow on their own. No planning is possible for me. It gives a lot of stress doing it. Even though they have reached level 70 & more. Their barn stock is very negligible, especially my third one. Just my observation. Nothing else.


And I think in the next Event you will rocketing sky high with enthusiasm.

There's a pop-up when you log back in that says you've been awarded the 12 scarves.

As a newer farmer, I've just tried to light the manageable lanterns (rosemary, peppermint, flags - and am going to do one glowworm lantern) and am pleased with my rewards. Going to use the BBD for my breeding quests, not for this event.

 

Am SO SO SO glad of that 12 ...will be 12 less I have to sit and look for yipeeee
My Trusty Calculator now tells me i need 36 scarves.... 13 Packs and 228 flags

Agree, I just can't find the time from RL to grow crops on the baby farms. I learned the hard way by returning to weeds. They are all animal farms and it is a real challenge just finding the time to keep the mills spinning and I don't do that very well either. I check on the ones I can remember once in a while and find neighbors gone and blinking red and all sorts of things to do. After so many farms I've learned the quests to do and not do and which give the most Baha EP for the least to level them up. Once any reach about level 65 then I tend to set some goal if I can remember whatever it is when I return.

That Harvest Hoedown can be a really daunting event without even doing the TOP 1000. The baby farm, mud_pie_man, will do the Harvest Hoedown and the TOP 1000 if it can meet the minimum requirements. If that goal is met then I'll destroy the whole farm in the process by donating every single thing possible and selling the rest to donate. And then the next baby farm in line follows. Our baby farms can survive and do well but they time longer.

The mud_pie_man makes low calorie mud pies for teddy.bear and it may even have shooger.sweet as a new patron.

Try signing up for the mentor system with a baby farm. Mentor Brookeham took mud_pie_man into the nest and now mud_pie_man won't leave.

And thanks for the seeds! I'm using them here. (The mud_pie_man farm is growing the event junks and has no direction and no knowledge of how much to grow or what to do with it. Time just doesn't permit efficiency.)

Happy Dance! An extra 12 scarves arrived from BP today AND a baby boom tomorrow! This is awesome. Now even new players have a chance to finish! My milling and crops are done and I only need 64 scarves to finish! HUGE thank you to all of my neighbors and friends who are trading scarves with me every day - couldn't have done this without you!

 

Nice of them to give the 12 scarves, hooray! Now, I just have 66 scarves and 120 flags to go. I also broke down and did the white cows already. I needed 19 and did get 5 skips but still used a lot of cows and 22 brown cows getting there.

I could only buy 6 white cow, other offers is really too high for me.
So, I will see if the price of white cow get down when BBD start.
Or, I will breed some. My target is get at least 10 from market.

I only need 38 scarves and 200 flags and I will be done. Happy to see a BBD for those that might still need help for those white cows. I'm personally going to try to ignore it as I do need to remember there will be a dog breeding event soon.

*sigh* I knew it was a gamble to breed the cows prior to the event instead of holding out to see if there would be a BBD. I got some pretty good skips though like 12ss12 did so I can't really complain.

I've got 3 lanterns left to light to be done with the event so I must be doing something right.
