I would like other ways to earn this pet, than just the BB possibility. Not everyone has a large purse.
It would be nice if there were other ways in which we could earn the pets. Maybe a few months after introduction, that others are allowed to grow crops for the item.

 

I agree that it would be nice to earn the pet in a different manner. We already have a pet that gives more EP for event crops. With another cloud row for sale, Baby boom, just having had wonder trees and now a pet for sale, it seems like too many things need BB too close together.

 

The Kitty is adorable and I always like the new pets, but I have to agree. We already have a pet that gives more EP for event crops. I really would like to see more that we are able to earn. I would also like to see any new pets come in 1x1 size....space is a priority.

 

Me personally, I do not own any pets (except in RL) purely for the fact that they cost 299BB. If there was another way to work towards them??

 

I agree,they are cute but toooo expensive.I think we need more events like Four Flare when we were able to get a pet as a reward.

 

I will be passing on the offer for this new pet. The rewards are not valuable enough to me to justify the expense.

 

We already had the option to buy a more EP for event crops pet, I wasn't interested then, and I am not interested now (especially with a 24hr cooldown).

In addition it gives EP/BEP, a lot of EP/BEP But the amount is so big that I find it absurd, rather than making it a must have (as I am sure was intended with all the other sales recently and up coming). It just doesn't appeal to me at all.

 

To spend a little more than $6.75 usd on a flying Kitty...hmmmm I dunno.
Yeah okay! sure why not!
1) It is cute
2) Maybe someday it will be permitted to be gifted and if so, perhaps it will be giftable during the Christmas Season or when they finally open up the Birthday gift and trade area (hinthint) and we can give this to our Cat loving neighbor friends who have been so kind to send stuff like silly scarves etc.
3) Its like a donation to our favorite Charity (Farmerama Staff wages)
4) You do not have to feed this pet, just look at it being cute and there is no litter box to clean which makes it even better.
Now if it made a cute little mewmew meepmeep purrpurr sound I would probably pay $9.00 for it!
If it were a flying maniacal nutty spooky squirrel I would pay $10.00 for it!

 

It's too expensive, too big and the cooldown time is so long that even I'm not interested in purchasing it!

 

Not this time, it is cute but I agree the benefits do not outweigh the cost. I would rather spend my BB's on other things this time around.

 

Hmm, I am still umming and arring about whether to purchase the Halloween Pet.

For-
1, It's a cat and I love cats!
2, As usual, love the graphics and think it's super cute
3, The EP/BEP amount is very good

Against-
1, The cost. I think 199 BB's is more than enough for these things (IMPO)
2, I'm not too fussed about extra EP from event crops especially when the cooldown time is 24 hrs!

In response to what has been said previously, I'd just like to make a few comments.
-As regards the size, it's the same size as the Woodpecker Pet, so if you bought that, then the size shouldn't be an issue.
-Yes the cooldown period is 24 hours which yes, I agree, is rubbish for event crops, but for the EP return in comparison to the Woodpecker Pet EP return it's way above.
-Yes I agree it's expensive, but the Woodpecker Pet was two-thirds the price of this one but gave a lot less EP. Also, when you look back through previous Pets that have been sold at 299 BB's, you're getting a lot more 'bang for your buck' with this one! (I have pinched that American term so I hope it doesn't mean anything it's not supposed to! lol )

Obviously each to their own on how they decide if to buy it or not and I am purely giving my P.O that is all. What is worth it for one, is not for another!
I have a feeling that flying moggy will be making it's way onto my farm rather soon!
