SOS Four Flares: Firefly Festival Drop Items/Firefly Flags

Please send lots of Firefly flags thats all i need now

 

I just got back from my trip and found so many scarves from so many wonderful, generous farmers! I have only five to gather to finish the event with 10 hours left! Thank you so very much - I could not have made it without you!

Yikes!! I'm not going to make my quota on the flags and scarfs.

Need about 50 flags and 15 scarfs.

If the community can help me light those lanterns I would jump and down with joy!!

Thanks to those that have sent scarves. Still need a few more, but I'm mainly posting again to ask how to return the favor to others here without adding them as neighbors. I don't need new neighbors, so how can I send a gift to a non-neighbor?

 

Send them an email. Then find the email you sent in your Outbox. Click on checkmark under Activity at far left. Then click Add as Friend at bottom. Now you should be able to send to anyone on your buddy list. Don't need to be neighbors for that.

You don't have to make the person a neighbor, but you have to make them a friend. Go to the post office in the city and click on "Write message". Send the person a quick message, even if it's just to say "adding you for drops". After you've sent the email, go to your outbox. You'll see the email you sent them at the top of your list. Click on the little checkmark beside their name (on the left...the column is labeled 'Activity'). Once you've selected the checkmark, you'll see the buttons underneath will turn green. Those buttons say "Mark All", "Add As Friend", and "Delete". Click on Add As Friend. After you've done that, select the "Friends" tab, and you will see the person's name in that list. Select their name, then choose "Send Gift".
It sounds complicated but I promise it's easy

Ah, they ought to put this good info somewhere about friends. The instructions I found via search and giving gifts did not have enough information! Thank you!
