spooky pens and workshops

Thoughts?

Off hand, they don't seem that much to me, unless you just want them "because" or have already gotten everything else. (that is, filled cloud row, have enough spider/crow/bat pens, etc.) That is, quite fun, but not of that much value per se.

Am I wrong?

 

Hi woody - I am not interested in them because I would rather use my spooky crops on other things (quests, terror bouquets, EP givers for cloud rows) and I would never try for the spooky aviary because we have honey trees. However, they are good if you want to get some workshops because they don't require tools and I think they give 10% less growth time.

 

I have pretty much the same take on it as you do Woody. I'm a long long way from having enough surplus for "decorative" items.

 

I've never actually built any of my own, but the ones I have won I have traded away during gift and trade as the coloured upgrades are better in terms of ep etc. They do seem to trade quite well - I managed to trade a spooky rodeo ranch for a platypus, so this might be something for those with the MM crops to keep in mind.

Doesn't sound like I am missing anything. I may go ahead and finish the quests that offer spooky pens, but it will be a long time before I make any, if ever.
