    Wait a sec Keltic o_O...
Not sure where you got your wires crossed, but the event's FAQ says that Camelinas have an EP value of 64 each.
And if you scroll to the very bottom of the FAQ it says that all of our left over Camelinas, Turbolines, and both kinds of the Bio-fuels will be exchanged for CCs and EP after the event is over.
Hope that helps clear some of the thick murkie stuff out of your way :)

Once I pulled all my long term crops this morning I got 164 drops. I used the Turbolines themselves and started the race. I got the 3rd gift on race 1. not many turbolines left. think I will save my drops and make the premium bio-fuel for now on

you'd think I would learn to read the comments about the strategy first. But no! I have already started growing camelina and worse used
super grow and suzy super grow on it. What a waste! Good thing I finally checked your comments and will stop growing the event crop.
Thanks a bunch for the advice.
However Camelina gives 64 EP per crop, but pumpkin, also a 6 hours crop, gives only 36. It makes me feels better about my error.

@Mooboy, Thanks for that info...not going to grow anymore event crops and just go for drops. I managed to get about 360 drops from my first harvest and now on level #3 of the race, seems too easy:D:inlove::D

First harvest on this farm with four fields of trees and the Glade a combination of trees, workshops and rarer animals gave me 176 Turbolines (of which four were gifts). Chevrefeuille, with mainly animals on four fields and a similar combination to Illy on the Glade now has 175 Turbolines (of which three were gifts). Strange, both got 172 actual drops from my first harvest! :music:

These levels of drops for one harvest are not too bad but will it be enough ... we will see. :D

Suzee, so good to see you posting here. What happened? Hope whatever it was wasn't too serious. Take care of yourself. ;)

Just an update with some stats to hopefully encourage everyone else. I've reached 203 Turboline so far (less than 12 hours of work). Both my Baha fields are covered with only trees I was able to manage 70 Turboline from the trees. My main fields are covered in crops. I'm only level 79, so I do not have access to some of the longest crops, so I started with Garlic. The three fields and some gifts put me to 157 Turboline. The next set of crops were Mushrooms which gave me 22 Turboline. I did a round of Carrots only getting 1 Turboline while deciding what to do next. I decided to plant Iris next and realized after water/manure it wouldn't be long enough for my schedule. So I left it at one field and planted the other two fields with Lilies of the Vally. These two fields gave me 18 Turboline. I received an additional 5 Turboline as gifts. Giving me a total of 203 Turboline.

Currently I have going: 3 Fields of Iris, and 2 Fields of Trees. I will give a report for how tomorrow goes as well. I'm currently on pace to meet the goal without growing any event crops.

I'm disgusted with how many drops i got this morning ...84 >:(>:(>:(
Had 1 field full of Carnations in 1x1... another field with event crop in 1x1

Another with 30 pens out and the rest trees

Bahamas have 5 snake pens out .. with the rest of both fields with cactus in 1x1 and trees

And am level 15 with 2974170 /4915200 to go in the trophy farming contest

4 Howie do nothings....3 magic trees

If THATS what i am going to get daily i might as well give up now...because it isn't worth the effort;)

    Have finished race one whoopeee
    Moan overxD

That is Super DBAYES as they is Great Way to Start an Event 360 Turbolines. That is over 25% of Total Requirement to Complete all Five Races.

There is no need to Grow Camelina it is Totally Pointless. It is also Totally Pointless to Mill Bio Fuel and Premium Bio Fuel too. Just Focus on Advise I gave Earlier as it is huge Boost to Used Refinement Crops as I am Trying Sunflowers and Peppermints at the Moment as it seem Best to Grow Crops that takes 1 Hr to 5 Hours to grow seem to give the Best Drops.

I harvested Roses overnight did not get that many Turbolines, so i am sticking to other crops that is more effective in Drops !!! as for the Island and Rainforest seems to be getting Better Drops Growing Crops than Growing Trees.

As I have got 405 Turbolines so Far.....Will Start on Race 1...then start race two i think as not bothered which order i do it in as there is no urgency to get these nice rewards as I am Focus get an Many Turbolines as i can ....;)

My drop rate seems painfully lower than I was hoping for, but I don't have very many of the perks and goodies that seem to make drops rain down on farms for a lot of other players (the number of turboline gifts I've been getting has been awesome tho, Thanks neighbors!). All in all tho I think I'm still keeping up. I've managed to gather a total of 318 turbolines in the 26-27 hours that I've been plugging away at this event and have turtle paced my way thru race 1 using just turbolines alone, and I'm up to the halfway point of race 2. I've only crafted and used one premium bio-fuel so far in race 2 just to see how it worked, :sleepy:and I wasn't that impressed lol. Considering the number of event crops and sunflowers that it takes to craft the premium bio-fuel just to see the progress bar move a little faster and save me the 4 turbolines a pop... mehhh -.-, too much work to make it worth my efforts, lol. I agree with the other players that have mentioned that they could use the time to fill their barns with something more useful. So I'll stick with just using turbolines from now. I have a few fields of Camelinas growing now but I think I'll go back to long term crops, change out a few of my lower end stables and workshops, plant the trees I won and see how I do. I should at least get far enough thru the event to win the CR, but I'm hoping to finish it and have those extra givers sittin' pretty out in my Shipwreck Bay. We shall see how the drops and the Holiday busy-ness tomorrow all plays into my plan, lol.

    Good luck turtle racing everybody!:p

My drop rate is painfully slow too:(:(:( I harvested 2 fields halfway and realized I didn't get ANY drops, not even the normal drops:wuerg::wuerg: So I refreshed and the fields looked like I didn't even harvest them. So when I did re-harvest them I did get drops (very few I might add-.--.-) Guess I will have to keep an eye on thato_Oo_O;)

Could you help me with advice? What is the best choice to invest in trophies (quests Farming Contest and Country Fair)? I mean both animals and plants/fruit.

Great :) Usually high level tree fruit and maybe roses is a good option for the crop trophy, but you should check your own market prices for them. Other crops than roses (and carnation which is at level 83) are usually not worth checking. Take the market price and divide by the exchange value (is displayed in the barn), the lower that number is, the better :) Right now prices are still higher than normal after the TOP1000, so it might be better to wait a little unless you are desperate for drops.

For animals I don't have a clue now, hopefully someone else can help you :)

Cool davidb!!!:D I really enjoyed that.

I forgot to mention that I bought the large basket and 120 of my 360 drops came from that and of course I have some pretty awesome NAB's which I got about 10 drop gifts and add 20 Magic trees....so I actually got 210 drops from harvesting. Today was pretty low at 157 harvest drops-.- Planted Lemon grass and Onions over night.
