Tractor Racing Strategy Thread

Just got my cloud row.
still 52 steps to finish. But I don't think I can.
Never mind me at least finish this as I couldn't farm regularly during this event

 

Thank you for all the encouragement. Home now so can do a few little changes if necessary - only 36 Turbolines away from the CR on this farm (will easily get those) and I am already the proud owner of the CR on Chevrefeuille so anything else will be a bonus! I would prefer to finish on Chevrefeuille as at least I will have somewhere to put all these motors!

 

I finished mine, right now with one leftover drop. Can't finish in my other farms. Just aiming for the 5 golden bananas.

Paru, I will send you some drops from my other farm. 52 steps x 4 = 208 drops. May be you can do it. Why not post in SOS thread for drops ?

I have completed Race 5! Now I can breathe again!

 

Whew, DONE, stick a fork in me!
The slow drop rate was kinda stressful , so I resorted to "growing junks" during the day to try and compensate a little for the lack of drops. And of course I didn't do the math cortectly and I grew too many junks, lol

Hoping to get the CR as I've just finished race 4. I don't think I'll be able to finish the 5th race but maybe I can pick up a couple of the extra givers.

My little farm just got the CR I didn't think it would make it, trophies are only at 21%

I didn't post as I maybe busy tomorrow and I couldn't do farming.
And just don't waste your gifts.

But my FOCD didn't allow me sleep.
Just wake up again to harvest my baha and got more than 26 drops.
So I put them to mill premium one.
my hazelnut and onions maybe give nice drops tomorrow.
If my plans changed I could able to stay and do some more roses and try to get drops.(roses are 10 our crops to me ).

Never had to use the crafted fuel. But got lousy trees; as usual.
Well, back to normal life.

By the way, I recently got married to lottidah, after my long time lovely wife SwissMissCH left due to real life issues. I miss her and wish her well, somewhere in the Swiss Alps...

Done! And No Growing Event Crop JUNKS
Last 2 events have been an interesting change of pace from BP !st event could be completed without using any drops & 2nd event completed without using any event crops. As they say "variety is the spice of life"

 

"whew" I got the CR I didn't think that was going to be possible with my almost non-participation in this event. I had to use some of my carefully hoarded SG to do it but I deemed it worthwhile. I've got lots of roses now though.

I don't know if I'll make it to Race #5 on either farm...due to a lot of (not very fun) things I've recently had to deal with in real life, I haven't been able to harvest as often as needed. I'm hoping the drop rate picks up, as it seems especially bad. Fingers crossed that I make it to Race 5 and am able to get the cloud row on my farms! Good luck to all still trying, and congrats to those who have already finished.
