I would love to play this quest , but I am level 89 and do not have a reindeer stable. Any suggestions ?

 

Hi dunntoter You don't need any reindeer, you can just use breeding fish and donkeys. This isn't really the right place to discuss this though, keep an eye on the Game strategy section, I am sure someone will open a thread there to discuss the event soon

As usual, the graphics are great and I like the overall story and concept as well. The event team obviously spends a lot of time on these things and it shows.

The donations for this event seem rather high, but I also think part of the problem is that we have so many events now we are in event overload. Cloud rows and such that used to be sought after, rare items now seem pretty commonplace. Also, I am finding that even at level 90, and with my monkey temple fully opened, there are just fewer and fewer goals for me to reach in the game, other than those I set myself. That, too reduces the attractiveness of the EP givers and such.

i think i will skip this event prizes r not worth the donations i always end up using more pf than i win. i will just keep milling pf.

 

I will skip this one as well. There are too many breeding animals required and the rewards are not worth all the effort/CC

 

I love that reideer breeding is just for the event its fun hope bp keeps it that way a yearly breeading is kind of nice and being able to up my reideer stables is nice

 

Thought I would participate but breeding requirements p/f too high for me... Will just breed a few reindeer and donkey's for myself I think my FOCD is in relapse pro temp!

 

this is gettin old and very slow,same old same old. build it up and burn it down.Where is the effort worth the time. help me make one more day out of this game .

 

I enjoyed the game and finished fairly quickly. Luckily I had a lot of fish and donkeys and used breeding from them for the event. I did breed reindeer as well and got 83 elf, 12 gift and 2 postal reindeer, but will keep those for another time

Love the new feature, Very impressive! One enhancement I'd like to see added would be a way to group select multiple breeding's already in progress. To enable editing (add Pheromones) all at one time, should the breeding's need to be sped up once started. Thanks very much for providing it.
I started late and didn't experience many of the glitches mentioned.
Reindeer & crow skips I found were pretty good, not impressed with the rest especially the breeding's required to donate for the quest. While I liked the challenge, May need to rethink future events like this if skips not improved. PF use not Justified.
The team did an amazing job with the step structure and design, as always.

 

The new breeding feature is really nice, in fact it's a genius way for BP to get us to go through PF at the speed of lightning
and still not get any skips.
Getting Cold Fins - I started breeding Donkeys and realized that with zero skips I would need 300 PF to complete the event
so I passed, not worth it.

EDIT: It's good to hear that players around the world quit breeding and stopped buying PF this past weekend. It killed the breeding market but maybe things will change now.

 

Nice effort BP. However...
I like the fact of not having to tear up fields to put in breeding pens.
There needs to be a better way to add pheromones.
Absolutely hate the skips of late... Why has the breeding part of the game been so stingy of late???
Please fix the previously noted lag

 

if they really wanted to makes us happy lower the amount of pf to 1

 

Not really enjoying at all. I am just about ready to ignore any breeding event in the future as this event has really turned me away from breeding at all.

The skips are atrocious. I have gone through over 300 PF and only finished
1 silver
2 silver
3 platinum
4 silver
5 platinum
6 gold

Will keep going to finish the level 6 for the cloud row.

 

Like the new breeding pens -- being able to breed multiple animals without having breeding pens all over our fields. Nice job.
