Feedback Mini Events: December 2015

Howdy Farmers,

Please post your constructive comments, positive and negative, regarding the mini events going on this month, in this Feedback thread.

Please be sure to bring arguments for supporting your statements, simple comments saying you like it or hate it will not help the Team understand what goes great, and what needs to be looked into, when planning future mini events.

Baby Boom - You took the boom away, it's not what it used to be and no longer something to look forward to.

Well, the last few baby booms haven't been great for me, but now it seems worse. I am less inclined to purchase PF to participate because I feel no incentive. Somebody needs to retweek the algorithm to give us better odds and make us happy again. Such a shame for my favourite event.

 

TC has said it for me! If you want to make more PF sales, you need to make farmers happier.

In the past six or seven breeding events, I had only one that gave good skips. Therefore, I generally do only what is necessary to complete an event - why do more when there is little hope of a nice surprise.

 

Baby Boom is so disappointing now but it used to be fun. This time from 50 stables I got 5 one level skips. Previously, from 50 pens I would get about 15 skips and about 3 of those would be more than one level. All events with colored animals are not worth doing now. Prices for the highest level colored animals in the market are way too high for the rewards offered. From now on I'm not gonna bother making, collecting or buying PF. This part of the game is just frustration and disappointment.

Your Baby Boom is BROKEN it should be called Baby Bust, we've been saying it for months and now it's worse than ever. One run of 60 Cuckoo breeding's gives me 3 sets of twins and 5 rabbit ears, 90% of the results are - 1 Wooly & 2 base cuckoo and that's ridiculous. Your need breeding format is simply a new way to burn through PF and need to buy more, I'm over this!
Pink pens are out of reach now and we can't even buy the upgrades in the market when "IF" you ever see a top level animal available it costs 40 million CC.

Could you please come up with some new games for Renzo's fair? I just realized it was on (30 minutes before the end, so bye-bye nightmare pet, no way I'm getting that now...that was a great idea to have it on during the holidays when people have lives) and the games have turned into work. Here are the reasons:

- Loot shoot -> randomness is never fun (I just took 300+ trials in the Omega Ruins to get the warp spheres...not a fan).

- Whack-a-Mole -> does not work for laptops with an integrated mouse pad/button (meaning the button is the mouse pad, not next to the mouse pad, and there are not enough ports to accommodate a separate mouse and all of the other peripherals). Every mole sequence, I "right-click" by accident two-three times and can never get above ~700, where before (on the old, dead computer) I was getting 1500, easy.

- Mach-O-Meter -> the slider is too fast for old eyes and reflexes. I average 5 coins per run, where a young friend of mine averages 15+
In summary, the only game that is fair is the loot shoot, which is equally unfair to everybody.

Some new games, pretty please?

Though this is not a discussion thread, I must disagree with the above. I really like wack-a-mole. I have tried the other games, occasionally play them. There are ways to improve your score, but I stick with wack-a-mole, maybe just because I think it is fun.
