    We have found the same total requirements. I used the rewards per bar progress you compliled to my first post.
    One extra Sugarcane from each field! I didn't know about it. Indeed it will help us a lot:)

    Hi! Don't forget to eat PMM (pineapple mango mask) while growing sugarcane

    That's a good tip.

    and thank you Arielh !

    And, since PMM is a gold slot user, it won't interfere with your use of CAC, Pumpkin Jam or PAC. Sadly you can only use one of these diamond slot items at a time.

    (CAC = Carrot Apple Chutney, PAC = Pineapple Cake)

    Now that's great tip too, Sweet_Cassiopeia.

    CAC + PMM + +1 into barn (Weekend gift from winter calendar) = 4+1+1=6 sugarcane per 1x1 field

    and

    CAC + +1 into barn (Weekend gift from winter calendar) = 5 event crop 1x1 field.

    But anyway Sugarcane sell for 15 CCs in my market

    Nellie_Noodles we will all get drops from workshops if the FAQ of other fora is true but if the EN FAQ is true then all players won't get drops from workshops. Don't get upset BigPoint usually treats all players the same.

    Thoughts of growing more junks doesn't seem in the holiday spirit of things on my farm. :cry: Not again! :cry:

    My strategy is to not load the apples in the market limo but something new ;)

    With 2.2 million apples I'll just sit in the barn and dump apples out into the trucks ... no delivery, only pick ups 8)xDxD8)

    For now I'll just let um grow sugarcane and cinnamon to give something to do. I'll get to that!

    Growing for M6 is a little more concern for me now :mad::mad: I'm upset about the possibility of the coins leaving :mad::mad:

    No thoughts of growing junks ... yet ..... thank goodness xDxD

    Overview of minimum requirements for finishing cloud row (without last 1x2 deco, which is non-themed):
    Anise = 9450
    Cardamon = 7450
    Mulling Spice Bottle = 1020 (* this will be interesting)
    Wheat = 4680
    Apple = 250
    Cinnamon = 600
    Cherries = 300

    Above numbers already include quantities for production of spice and candies/cookies.

    Good luck to everyone!

    A BIG Thank you to everyone who has worked out all the calculations and breakdowns :inlove:

    I'm just not sure which way to tackle this event... should I work on gathering all of my drops first, OR should I grow SOME junks while concentrating on gathering up as many drops as I can in the process, OR should I rip up all my pens and trees and grow ALL of the junks as fast as I can, and THEN work on my drops?

    The drop requirements stress me out every time we have an event that heavily depends on them... I just can't seem to figure out the exact magic equation for getting maximum drops from my fields -.-

    Thoughts anyone?
    Helllllllllp!!!!:oops:

    Thank you to the people that did the Maths

    Seems all i will be doing in this event is waiting for drops .... which hopefully will be better then we have had in the last two events....
    Growing the event crops .. and mill to make what is needed... have more then
    what is needed of the other crops... if my sums are right ...hopefully they are:oops:

    ONLY stumbling block in this event i have is the drops ...which I have no control of ....only by growing high end crops... which hasn't been helping even with refinery of late
    So am NOT holding my breath;)

    GuineaUp, I will use Mooboy's Event Nuking Strategy for junks and once I have enough starter seed for the 3 mainland fields I will tear everything out and grow All the event crops. Once I have the needed amount i will go back to restocking my barn and selling Poo

    I never find hurry hurry with completing events and obtaining all the drops I need from the fields themselves with no use of refinements or drop boosting deco items. Never ever!

    The drop rate is determinable but not necessary. Although I always use super grow on the first 10 seeds, even doing that is not necessary. There have been many (most) times my fields are not prepared to get the best start. I recommend getting a good start. The better start one has, the easier completion of the event will be. (I rarely worry with that anymore and still complete intended events with time to spare.)

    There is only a single thing I must always do and RL actually helps many times: All fields where crops may be grown and drops received should be kept ACTIVE. I find that the less idle time between harvests is the best.

    Any drop boosters one has certainly help but are not yet mandatory for completing entire events. They help!

    Any refinements one has will only help IF one is able to harvest on time with the least amount of idle time between harvests. Refinements (time) for refinements sake are no good unless used properly. I will use a time saving refinement ONLY if I can harvest on time.

    Yes I must grow the junks but on my schedule. I will use CAC, pinkie pie, water and 20 super grow. No problem!

    With family coming in from out of town for the holidays, I will do all I can before they get here and then put out trees until they leave. If I can sneak a quick harvest for drops, I will. At the very least, I won't worry about weeds with untended event fields. The computer is in the room where they sleep so no logging on while I can't sleep but they still have sweet sugarplum dreams. I am hopeful that I can get enough crops and drops gathered to keep my mill busy until my return. I hope the drop rate is good so that I can catch up for missed game time.

    Hooray, just like the bats and the bunnies, the random prize list for feeding the animals is awesome! I am in 100% and my plan is to keep feeding the trio of hungry animals until they stop appearing, or the event ends. This is a tough time of year for a short event crop, but I guess that is part of the challenge. I am tearing down the whole farm this time with 1x1s of long term crops to get a good start - and also minimize being glued to the computer. I will also be resorting to using the less efficient comfort fields to acquire the anise. Good luck to everyone, don't forget to gift those bottles early and often!

    Merry Christmas to All Fellow Farmers...It is time for Festive Event.....Here in England it is going to be Warmest Christmas Ever !!! so no White Christmas here this year But we Always have White Christmas on Farmerama so that have to make do lol

    I will be using my Nuking Strategy to Sow my Anise and Cardamon Crops, while it takes a while to build up Event Crops so there is enough to cover all 1x1 Fields on my Whole Farm. As I always rip up my farm for Events. While i am doing this in the Meantime use this to stock up on Wheat, Cinnamon and Sugar Cane...Just to Point out Oat Bread Gives 25% More Wheat Most Effective using 1x1 Field Technically give + 1 on Wheat it is Gold Slot Buff

    • My First Goal is to Make 40 Chocolate Cookies to Unlock Arctic Fox
    • Second Goal is to Make another 40 Chocolate Cookies Totally 80 Chocolate Cookies to Unlock Polar Bear
    • Third Goal is to unlock The Three Givers for Cloud Row
    • Fourth Goal is unlock Event Cloud Row
    Many of Us will Be Busy over Christmas so might be Tricky to do this Event due to Spending Time with Family and Friends, Enjoying Xmas festivities Preventing Access to PC/Laptop as we can now be more Flexible thanks to Amazing technology that we can use Tablets and Smart Phones to be able to Do this Event as Many of us are FOCD lol

    To Achieve 1200 Mulling Spice Bottles might be biggest Problem for this Event due to unable to harvest Farms leaving them idle, or Poorly Prepare Farm Prior to Event Start to get as Many of Event Drops While Preparing to sow the two event crops ...The Good News we will be able to get Drops from all Five Fields....Good Luck Everyone ;):D

    Just returned from a short break. I took a peak at the requirements and my brain is completely befuddled but I am sure all will become clear once I actually read this thread properly and not just skim over it ... won't it? :wuerg:

    Anyway, those drops look extortionate - just hope the drop rate is good this time round! The SOS thread is up and running, errors and omissions excluded as always:

    SOS Holiday Hustle Drop Item/Mulling Spice Bottles

    Good luck everybody and Merry Chrimbo to you all! :D

    CAC gives a better return, though.

    That would be the same as us, just different names -- Main field, green meadow, magic glade, Baha and rainforest?

    I don't know Woody i don't speak German :(
    Know a man that does
    But think you are right on that
    Its UNFAIR not to let us have drops from workshops as well >:(
    After all WE are ALL playing the same game

    We have a proverb in the UK ...whats good for the goose is good for the gander ...which certainly applies to this situation
