    8) So very sorry you lost your wonderful tree.:(:(-.- It seems incredible that anyone would actually have the nerve to do something so.....so...just downright evil! I hope there is some hope of catching them.
Like everyone else, I am so glad they left your beautiful, furry family alone! :inlove: At least that is a blessing!

My Little Monster at Play... :) (video Baby Hector and rest of the herd quietly snoozing)

Usually it is me that is his toy but this video is with my feeding trugs.
Don't get me wrong, he is always gentle playing with me, no malevolent thoughts (amorous maybe) but I do need to dissuade his playfulness (such a shame).
I have coped with entire males until 3 1/2 years with no problems (outside the rut) but I need to keep Hector entire for another 12 months... Very tame males are more of a problem... If you notice, he gets his antlers stuck in trug handles many times, my "wild bred" would panic and I'd be trying to get bucket off head.... Nothing phases Hector... :(

It looked like he was trying to scratch an itch, but not really seriously trying.

Can we say spoiled? xD ;) I know you love Hector Karen, but he still acts like a spoiled 7 year old. ;) xD

My little "monster" I have given inter muscular injection with wormer and given him a yucky vitamin drench - which he hated (along with Katya and Lotte) - other to do tomorrow, hopefully... Boris wouldn't come near me once he smelt the "Marmite" of vitamins!!! But Hector still was my shadow... What will put him off????

I have found this antler today in one of their paddocks - not this year's, as nobody has shed yet and not quite fair to you as you haven't got the pictures to troll through but launched a competition on their FB page.... You are handicapped, without past photo's but you may be able to guess who it belonged to as you can see pattern of this years. Reindeer grow a new set annually, larger each year but they always follow their original pattern... :)[IMG]

Well done Willow. It's part of Twiglet's last year's (I thought it was shed but this was in fact the broken piece and it was the lower part of left antler ) ;) but if any of you follow their FB page, then please don't give it away as the competition is still going.... :) It needed me to look at past photo's too even though I had a pretty good guess that it was Twig, I thought it was a "shed" as there was part of coronet attached...

As an aside, wanted to share this wonderful action photo from a friend in the USA with reindeer... The best action photo ever...
Reindeer are so playful but shutter speeds on cameras usually miss extreme silliness but she has done it!!!! :)

What a photo - definitely a must 'see to believe' jump! So glad someone was able to capture it!:D

Can't believe I guessed right!!! I looked back at other photos and it didn't seem to match several, so I thought of Twiglet.

Found a wonderful free ap that changes photo's to "artwork"... I am inundating their FB page as I love it!!! :)

a little r/l aside - with all the rain and mild weather my babies all need worming injections (and while caught up vitamin drench too).
I have done my easy 5 alone BUT my wild 2 (Twiglet & Ana) have alluded me (they know when I need to catch up and get twitchy)... Put a "shout out" for extra hands for the wild children on their FB page and can't believe how many people (many I don't know) are happy to accept the possibility of getting punched... Humanity and help does exist out there... Love love love...xxx
