Mir- I could see your banner/siggy but not the one for grlvs2hnt. I can see it today though. Same browser...Not sure what happened but it is fine now....

To get a picture instead of a question mark try to click your avatar a few times and then you will be able to choose a file. It's easy you just have to have saved the picture you want first to your computer so you can choose it.
