Nelle, I think if you go in your barn and look under Products or other. Pretty sure there was a previous post asking the same thing, could be wrong that this is where I saw it Hope something good is waiting for you in that box

Open your Inventory, then look in Decorations... you should find your crafting boxes in the Consumable item tab.

Got everything I was aiming for on spots, now it's fishin' for fun and trade, lol. I had fairly good drops using a mixture of stables, best producers seem to be some of the special pens like bears and eagles. Kept one field of crops, usually planted raspberries, since they fit in well with my low online time this week, tho I did do a few sets of refined roses on comfort fields that garnered me about 34 hooks per harvest, which I think would work out to over a 90% average considering how my field is set up. I used mainly deluxe lures to maximize the rewards, I know they were more expensive overall, but for me the extra fish was worth it, especially if I caught a marlin.

On bearbabe, I just finished the new cloud row and givers, will save points for now until decide whether to get the 2 givers I need for old one or take the other prizes - I'd really like those stables and trees. Leaning heavily towards the secondary prizes, and relying on gift and trade for givers. I did rely more on premium lures there, because my hook drop rate wasn't fantastic (failed to plant one field to crops, no time to change things), but will do my utmost best to hold out on temptation and save all my drops from here forward 'til the end of the event towards making deluxes . Will also try to remember to put in a field of crops, biggest difficulty there is all my pens finish at different rates, so makes it harder to plan efficiently. Oh well, got the main thing I wanted on this farm, which was the row/givers.

Hope everyone's having fun, despite the sometimes frustrating catches (parrot fish for perfect? really??), and catching the big lunkers on whatever lure you choose!

 

All I caught was a minnow in the market today. Just a lot of bottom feeders.

What am I going to do with a minnow.

That whale surface later today and I'm going for ah whale ride.

Next minnow just fool with 500 elephants and I'm going to the big house and polish the barn floor. Wastin my bait!

 

isn't is good that we can just through our bad catches in the frying pan and have them for dinner?

 

I've come a long ways. I'm up to 611 coins. I've got 2 days to go and then will decide what to do with my hard earned coins.
Yesterday was my best day fishing so far, I caught 7 marlin in a row

I think trees which are of 20 hrs or more give you good drop when compared to XXL trees. I found that to be my case in several events. But low EP value trees like apple might not give the result. I usually avoid them for drops.

 

RL keeps interrupting my fishing But I finally got everything I wanted bought and my CR up and running. Now I'm just fishing for fun. Will pick up a few extra EP givers and try to squeeze them in somewhere
Strange my baby farm did better than this one. I just put out all the trees it had, rare animals, productions pens and didn't worry about it. Figured it would get what it got....It worked better than stressing and trying to figure out the 'perfect setup'

One point for newbies -- It might be worthwhile to get at least the older cloudrow even if you cannot get the givers to activate it. Gift and Trade events seem to have become rather frequent and there is a good chance you can get the givers there, but the only way to get the row is from events (unless they are put up for purchase, but that is unlikely to happen soon)

I am Currently using Refined Lady Bedstraw norally takes 5 Hours to Grow using Refinements, use of Water, plus use of super Cheap Manure can get Reaping Time down to 2 Hours 15 Mins Plus I am getting a reasonable amount of Fishhooks Every 2 Hours and 15 Mins. This is my Final Strategy for getting Fishhooks.

Then I am going to use 20 Luggage Workshops which almost gives me 16 to 20 Lure Feathers. Best Drop Rate i can get out of my Experiments. Leave out Animal Pens taking just over 10 Hours to Harvest for Best Drops. I will also leave out my Super trees which gives I Magic Disc and Fishhook Each ...Love my Super Trees

I am finally got a Winning Knack simply stick to Fishing Lure. Get Focus on Ring getting Bigger then Smaller just the Same way i do it on Mach O Meter Land in the Middle. It Appears you need to get the Ring as Bright Green as Possible i have got several Marlins in a Row Is it just a Fluke or they Fix the Bug lol

I have picked up all the Misc. stuff I wanted and an extra "Something In The Water" for BEP now and possibly a trade in the future. Still have some time to get more givers.

 

I sincerely hope yours has not been as bad as mine. If I eat anymore chicken soup I'm going to start clucking. Hopefully the worst is over as at least I'm no longer running a high fever. I hope you feel better soon as well.

Meanwhile I've not been paying any kind of attention to what I've been doing and it really seems to have worked. When I took a turn for the worse on Tuesday I put out a two fields one of bees and the other ostrich. I had plenty of lures after harvesting those a couple of times and I've had to switch over to crops to try to catch up on hooks now.

I've decided not to get the GB's as I think the BEP givers will pay off more in the long run. I've got tons of open space on shipwreck to fill.

 

Mooboy, I really like your use of a 5 hour crop and turning it into a 2 hour 15 minute crop for you. That is a benefit of the crop in 1/2 the time. Again, T-I-M-E! Mooboy, that same line of reasoning and action has worked every single time for me. A newbie can still do the event but a newbie cannot get the drops you have because the newbie has not done the refinement work and cannot put use of water, manure, refinements, and timely harvesting all together. (Add howie donuts, cloud rows, trophies, and knowledge of the game and the newbie must settle and get to working the game.)

Another matter. This farm has done nothing special for the event. It has had all animal pens out with only 20 hr trees in the outlying areas with no concern for drops of any kind. Even after preparing the bait, this farm will have over 700 feathers that it simply cannot use because it will not have the hooks. Not going to bother. And the feathers have been from a large proportion of rabbits. (BAHA and rain forest has had 82 elephants and 20 hour trees in the outlying areas.)

I am not surpised at all what happenned to prices of BAHA animal feed. Please please reevaluate your animal pens and develope some strategy with animal feed. That strategy will help to avoid buying from selling maniacs like me in the market. I kinda felt bad taking advantage of people like this. hahahhahahahaha

But I'll get over it!

Well I got the new cloud row with all three givers which is what I was aiming for... so I'm delighted to get those. As an added benefit I was also able to get the Power Feeds, Pinky Pie Pies, Supergrow, both of the tree packages and the 4 stalls. Woohoo! I still have a bit of time to get some additional givers perhaps..... am I hooked on fishing...idk but I learned early on to stick with the premium and deluxe ...... no mackerel for me.
