Piece-of-Cake Strategy

I have just started this event, I am hoping I can get it done on time. Real Life was interfering with time online.

I will have to rush with getting the event crops done and get the drops at the same time. Luckily, I have all the other requirements.

 

Me too, Clash! I think they're creepy , always have. And if you've ever noticed at a circus or carnival, the youngest children always seem to be crying when they are around the clowns . Of course, realize I'm in the minority...

Finished all the tiles except the extra givers, will keep growing chickpeas until have enough to mill all the meringues. Did good on the drops overall, didn't run low until yesterday, but haven't had a lot of time online, so my planning for event crops vs. drop crops has been off. As disorganized as I am, I can't stand not finishing all the levels. Good luck to those still plugging away.

 

Surprising though I thought the drops were quite generous with prior planning to the event. And like Spots I didn't run low until almost "finishing" the event. I decided to not pursue the ubiquitous sticker and the giver that required 10 Blue Meringues.

I'm going to have nightmares for days now.

 

Counting down to get the last 14 blue meringues, final 2 giver items. Not sure if I will get them, (real life has thrown a few ringers to me), but I do have the cloud row and even a few extra givers. Either way, event was decent.

 

I have the cloud row and 1 giver. Need two more orange for the 2nd giver and 10 blue for the 3rd giver.
Drops are not so wonderful for my little farm but, I think I can get at least the cloud row and givers before time runs out.
Keeping fingers crossed lol

Finished on this farm but did not get the 2nd set of givers. I have been so distracted by real life that I didn't even recognize there was a duplicate set until I read about it here. Sigh. I was just in 'click around the bee hive mode.' I read this strategy, wrote down my plan, lost my paper, and forgot what to do. Sigh. I didn't even realize I had opened the sticker until too late! Good thing I am not driving a real tractor!

BillyWhiskers still growing crops and collecting drops to unlock the final candle, cloud row and givers. I will skip the breeding requirements there. I would like to get the extra givers on this farm because both the park and shipwreck baby have room.

On baby farm, just going for the trees, stables and whatever giver I can get.

Real life has also kept me from marketing so not able to capitalize on either good sales or bargain hunting.

So tired....I'm off to bed. Congrats to those who are finished or have accomplished their goals and good luck to those still working!

 

I'm completely done now. Wow what a frightening clown that is, not sure who Pennywise is but based on that picture I don't want to know.

I, like many others, have not had any trouble with the drops until the last couple of tiles. I left out a lot of stables, workshops and trees and have gotten very good drops from them. I only have 2 tiles left, the 10 blue meringue clown tile and a birthday surprise tile to finish the event.

I had been hesitant to open the Living Legend rune because of the number of stars required, even though I had more than enough, but a few days ago I went ahead and opened it. It made a huge difference in the number of drops I received! I would definitely recommend investing the stars in it when you can to everyone who hasn't opened it. Not only does it save you from moving those blasted trophies around constantly, and repeatedly forgetting to move them , but it really improves your drop rate, or at least it did in my case.

If anyone else has a different opinion about it please feel free to state it so we can help all those working their way up. Congratulations to everyone who is finished with all they want to do and good luck to everyone still toiling away.

 

I have completed all the ones that do not require the meringues. Am working on growing the crops as fast as I can. I'll keep my fingers crossed and try to get the cloud row and the givers. And if a miracle happens, I'll complete the whole thing.

 

Finally got the last Pastry Bags to Mill 10 Blue Meringues to get I Love Clowns...So Managed to get a Second Set of Givers to Place in my Shipwreck.

Back to Normal Farming, but Keeping an Eye on Greylag Geese sell all Surplus ones i have left for Good CC until end of This Event.

Also sold some Truffles for good CC, as can always buy them back at much Discounted Price, Since i am Crop Farmer so Probably stick to Corn Farming or other Crops selling for Good CC !!

I like This Event, as we can unlock certain Tiles in order to our liking. Plus Love Those Coloured Candles on the Cake too

Well Done to All who have Completed this Event. I hope those who are still wait on those Pastry Bags to complete much of this Event as Possible or Even be able to Finish it Good Luck

What a twit! I've just made 8 red meringues instead of orange and nothing to use them on. Hopefully if they use this format again the colour differences will be more obvious. What's wrong with green, I like green. Let's have more green.
