Kiwi feed

can anyone help with the kiwi feed, I am not high enough level to get the Laurel, and it is never in the market is there anyone high enough to make some Laurel and place in the market lol

 

starxx, not everyone is on the same market, there are multiple market numbers. I have 2 farms and they are on different markets, so I couldn't, say, make a product on one and sell it to the other. That being said, I'm level 91 and can't make my own kiwi feed either, so we're both stuck with the whim of the markets on that one.

starxx71, this thread tells you how to work out your market number. If you find out what it is and then post again here someone might e able to help you out.

 

That a bit complicated for me lol both seem to be 00 at the end??
Pears say 120.00
golden leaf 135.00 oh there is 2 that say 135.02
oh looked again do have some pears at 120.02 so guessing at market 2??

 

It seems correct starxx71, that you are at market 2.
If one of the offers (120.02 for pear or 135.02 for golden leaf) were made by one of these players linedancer, Mondschein13 or CatLaus you certainly are at market 2.

 

I'm market 2 as well! I've got offers for 135.02 from CatLaus and Mondschein13.
....but I've also got 61 offers of Kiwi food, up to 25 feed per offer. It's very expensive of course, but there's plenty there. Nor do I remember seeing it empty, not that I've bought a whole lot. Perhaps it was just temporarily empty before the current event, which requires growing animals?

 

Yeah just checked I do have same sellers so must be market 2 Thank you for your help.
I looked at feed is a bit out of my price range lol, but thanks as I always forget to look there, will keep eye open from now in case price comes down

 

@starxx71 you will not be able to buy Laurel until you reach the level necessary to grow it. Which is level 95, I might get there in a year. So buying Kiwi feed is our only option, keep an eye on your market & buy when you see a good price. Also keep an eye on the price of Kiwi's you might buy them cheaper than the feed. There is a FSQ which gives 120 Kiwi feed as a reward.

 

Yes that is Correct dafodily.....You need to Reach Level 95 to unlock Laurel to Buy in the Markets or Buy from the Store...!!! I am one few Farmers who is able to used Laurel Before Level 95 as I did Hoard Laurels in an old Event Couple years ago as it was sitting in my Barn. I was able to Mill Kiwi Feeds as my hoard of Laurel was already stocked in my Barn.

There are some Animals that are cheaper to buy in the Markets than the Cost of Feeds so if it like this in your Market i would sell Kiwi Feeds buy Kiwis in the Market it make no sense to use Kiwi Feed to Grow Kiwis ok

 

I remember when I finally got to 95...thought i won the lottery because i could make my own kiwi food. Agree with mooboy. I always found it difficult to figure out my market...i am gonna try this again

 

I'm about level 94 1/3 ....can't wait!

 

And what is so interesting is that laurel doesnt take long to grow and doesnt give a huge amount of EP...I just leveled up to 96, I can now grow persian buttercups...an overhaul to the leveling up rewards would be nice

 

I have literally thousands of chickpeas leftover.
The chickpea was my longest crop on the baha main and rainforest, so to get the drops, I kept planting them lol
I wish I had other long crops to choose from.

Kiwi feed is expensive. Why do we have to wait till level 95??

 

CylentLea123; i would agree that we wait along time for the ability to make kiwi feed. what level are you? The good thing is the chickpeas get exchanged after the event for EP

Its not alot...but its something. I know its frustrating when you are trying to level up. As u get higher its so many millions...seems endless. Have you been selling any animals or products in the market? There are crops u can buy.

• A tip that alot of lower level players dont realize, you dont need to buy the whole 100 amount of seeds...buy 5 and grow from there.

 

I don't understand the above. I'm level 93 and I have kiwis (animal) and I make my own food for them. Have they changed it? Or maybe I got lots of extra laurel when it was part of a quest!
Just checked my supplies and laurel is greyed out and it says I can't use this item until I reach level 95. More and more strange.

 

HI...I wasnt able to buy laurel, which u need for kiwi food, until I reached level 95 so maybe they changed it after that, not sure

 

Laurel was an event crop long ago, since it stayed in the game afterwards leftovers were not exchanged. If you have leftovers still, you can use them to mill kiwi feed, but you won't be able to buy or sell it in the market until you reach level 95.
