Nellie: it's hard to tell; I was only able to get amarynth onto my four fields last night, because sleep was going to be short. I do, however, have a rainforest full of carefully placed trees which I refuse to rip up! I didn't notice any increase in the fields, but there was significant increase in the rainforest. My best guess is nearly 15%. I'm anxious to get through growing junk so that I can see what workshops and stables bring, but I'm not holding my breath.

In the end, it's a LOT of money. I had about 1m of the 4.9m ccs required for that last animal trophy. It took about 12m ccs for me to buy enough pandas, camels, raccoons, dogs, cats, etc to get there. Would I do it again? Probably, just because I'm an OCD completist but I'd sure like to have some of that money back. Some lucky farmers made a tonne of coin off me.


EDIT: Nellie, here are the figures for paper drops, with LLRune complete, and nowt on farm but amarynth (and no Howies):
Baha - 8
Glade - 9
Farm - 15
Meadow -13

 

Making steady progress here as well. The only concern is the Paper Strip. I'm 534 Paper Strips away from opening the mini game.
Any Amarynth field only provides 15-25 PS drops, so from here on I'll gradually switch to other, longer running, crops to increase the PS drops. Knowing the remaining 6,700 Amarynth I need can be done in time with just 2 fields.

Sounds like I have a plan. Whoot!

 

Would somebody be so kind as to tell me where the Mardi Gras bear 3 is??
left side of float-mardi gras bear 2, task 6
middle float-mardi gras bear 1, task 2
right side of float-mardi gras bear 2, task 4
So where is # 3? FAQ shows mardi gras bear 1,2 and 3. I keep looking and still seeing the same thing. I posted in general area but I don't understand that reply either. I', feeling pretty stupid right about now After reading the response in general issues again, I am understanding that mardi gras 3 is left side of float, task 6. Suggested the FAQ should be changed to reflect that.

 

Am with you on that Julie ...i havent go a clue ... i want to complete 3 of the mardi gras bear ...i got part one and two... years ago in an event and couldn't finish part 3

And trying to find out how many baskets we are going to need LOL

Hi Julie, This seems like a typo - either the left or right but most likely left, should read 3, not 2. Hopefully someone will post to confirm soon!

 

I'm doing the event quests from left to right. First Mardi Gras Bear I got was #2 (left side), then #1 (middle).
I asume #3 is on the right side.

 

Are you sure habalala? I am doing the quests in the opposite order and have received #1 & #2. From the ingame info (mouseover info on the presents) and what shooger said, the #3 item should be the last reward on the left side...

 

I'm very sure about it Mir. I have the Mardi Gras Bear upgrade 2 on Shipwreck and I haven't reached the right side banner quests yet.

The one thing I can think off .. what might go wrong .. is when Bear #3 is placed upon Bear #1 and the result comes out as Bear #2.

Now I am really confused!!!!

Just how many of these Mardi Gras do we get? And do we have one from an earlier event? Because I have all upgrades and I am not even half done with the event!
I made it through left side and the 2. task in the middle - I have done nothing in the right side. And now look at my inventory!


I am sorry I can't make it bigger. My usual foto side seems to be out of order so I am on a new one, that I can't figure out

Edit: Oh I see that this item has been here before in 2012...haha maybe I didn't complete that event...But I really don't know which one I got from this event then...

 

I almost milled more than the required. Luckily, my visit to the Event Place showed that I needed some crops to donate and in wondering why I had none realised I was about to mill surplus. Now next harvest won't be milled...

Meba, you're about at the same point as I am. According to what I think is the case, you should have Bear#1 -middle- and Bear#3 -left-.
If so, could you please place the one upon the other and tell us the outcome?

 

I have them all and I don't know which one I got from the two events....I have obviously participated in some part of the old one from 2012.
So what you want me to do is place the third upon the first? I don't think that can be done.
