The most fun I have had with an event in years!!

This basket game is so much fun..

How has everyone been doing with it so far??

I just finished the main thing and started the baskets..I did about 10 so far and I'm having a blast..totally unexpected as some events are so stressful and feel like very little reward,but that usually is because I'm rushed maybe??

This time it feels so much more fulfilling capturing your own goodies!!

I did notice so far it's luck of the draw since I am grabbing for the same items like GB,PF and BEP but sometimes I am getting almost nothing other than the candy and other times I get crazy high amounts like once I got two GB and almost 60,000 BEP!!

 

I finished late last night...got impatient waiting for the paper drop so grew refined roses on CF so I could go dancing with the monkey queen (it's supposed to look like samba haha) And I am having a blast too!!!

So far I got 76 GBs, 206 pf, over 1M ccs, leveled up on baha and tons of other good stuff. This is the best event ever! So many good prices - really worth going for!

 

meba that's soooo amazing!! Im so happy to hear you did so great too..I'm going slow on it pacing myself with using the baskets..but I keep getting more from the animals out so feels like I just always have 100 baskets lol.. I have gotten about 58 GB off of like 50 baskets I think..Im not totally sure the numbers yet but I have crazy OCD and so Im writing down everything I get from each basket..LOL I will look over it when I finish I think..its taking me so much longer to do this but for me its like the best thing ever haha

I really hope you keep getting awesome prizes and everyone else does too !!!!

 

ImTypo - I am also having a blast with the mini game of Carnival Queen!!! It's so easy....which is great b/c my eye-hand coordination is not the best. LOL I actually have to force myself to stop playing the mini game for a while. I'm already addicted to swishing my basket back & forth catching all those wonderful prizes!
It's so much fun and super rewarding!!! I have to remind myself of RL obligations and yes actually farm too.

 

Hahaha Brookeham That is totally me right now..!! I keep telling myself to stop and do other things like you know work..be a mom and basic silly human stuff like go to the little girls room or I would just sit and basket swish for everrr

 

Hi Im Typo Hope you are well ? This Event has been Fantastic in terms of Prizes in Mini Event. As I read FAQ Carefully Posted Tips how to get to Mini Game asap... Which I did as i nuked some Carnations using Super Grow. I got Back Super Grow i spend Nuking to obtain Paper Strips. The Sooner i got to Mini Game put out all Stables since Paper Strips no longer needed at this Stage

As I never have Experience Prizes Rewards just using 1 Candy Basket, Such As 4 GB, 8 PF,30 SG, 6 SSG, 4 TM, 92000 Baha EP I have just Levelled up on the Island 3 Times during this Event Playing Mini Game as i jumped from Level 289 to 292 I have just collected over 200 GB in This Event Quests or Previous Events can only win about 10 GB at Least Never More than That.

I am over the Moon to get over 300 Power Feeds, 500 Super Grow, 200 + Suzy Super Grow etc It is Fantastic that all of us is having a Blast. I am sure some farmers will not be needing to Buy Suzy Super Grow or Super Grow during a Sale. Since this Event Help us tremendously.

My FOCD has gone insane Reaping as many Stables as i can LOL but do take Breaks lol

It really is such a huge difference the amounts of prizes awarded wth these baskets compared to any other event..I am in utter shock but happy shock LOL..glad you are enjoying it so much too!!



@elimeno.. It's ok you still thankfully have 2 full more days to go and the great part is no matter when you do finish the baskets will still give you amazing prizes !! I can't wait to hear how your basket game goes for you too and I am sending some luck on a speedy finish for you

 

Couldn't agree more ImTypo. Having so much fun with the basket having got the last of the paper this am. I love that I don't have to be super co-ordinated and am racking up some great prizes!

 

This is more fun than Mardi Gras in New Orleans. I don't have to deal with drunken idiots, I'm not being asked to expose myself in order to get prizes and more importantly I'm not having to endure others exposing themselves.

If anyone's been to a Mardi Gras in NO you know what I'm talking about.

I've got a ridiculous amount of PF, SG, SSG and TM at this point. I'm over 6 million EP and so many BEP that I've leveled up 7 times. I'm not even keeping track of the amount of CC's I've earned but my bank keeps increasing. All my fields are stuffed with stables/workshops and I hope to reap even more rewards.

Meanwhile I have a funny story and this seems a more appropriate spot than the strategy thread does. It seems I've been humming the old disco song "It's raining men" under my breath whilst I've been at the parade. I guess my subconscious thought it was appropriate.
Anyway my poor husband appears to have picked it up and he's not happy about it.

Now today just happens to be Super Bowl Sunday (for those not in living in the States this is practically a National holiday especially in Texas where football is king) so all the men on the farm and several of the neighbors will be congregating in the main house to watch the game and one of my brothers is barbecuing. So this morning when my brother is cleaning out the smoker to get it ready and my hubby is helping I decided to take them coffee. My husband just so happens to be quietly humming along and when I realize what it is I admit to snorting a bit. My brother tunes in about this time and when he realizes what hubby is humming the look on his face nearly makes me wet myself with laughter. My poor husband turns bright red and starts muttering under his breath about killing me (I'm not taking the threat seriously) for getting the song stuck in his head.

What I can't wait for is the ultimate payoff as I know my brother is going to find himself humming that song before the day is out. I just hope it's where the entire testosterone filled room of men can hear him.

I am not sure I will be able to play this game. I am still decorating

 

I'm just amazed at the amount of prizes you get.

 

I'm also still decorating but hope I will be done tomorrow. Those paper strips are still holding me up.

 

I wasn't going to do this event & am still in the decorating stages. Maybe I will try harder.

 

LOL.. had the same thought. Never hit N.O., but went to plenty of town MG parades along the coast! More family oriented... a kiss on the cheek will get you a flower, but not much more riske than that.

The main reason I am not having trouble going through my over 300 baskets right now.

Anyway... one thing is making me nervous, though. We are getting a LOT of GB, an unprecedented quantity! I fear for what this means in the future. When we get such largess, it usually means there will be new demand soon!

I don't know how you all are getting such fantastic numbers of GB - they are rarely thrown at me. Maybe once every 10 runs - and it's hard to miss seeing flying bananas.

 

Actually they are sort of easy to miss, since they don't really look like bananas until the end. That said, if you have a lot of baskets, they add up. I am getting a banana every 2-3 runs.
