I also agree with a lot of the feedback here.

The ability to buy/sell products in the market was a welcome new twist. Also having the cat award gifts needed in the event was a nice touch.

However, there are a number of drawbacks to the event:
    1. Too much clicking (Ouch my carpal tunnel is acting up)
    2. Too much math to calculate what is still needed in the event for each of the 3 animal tasks.
    3. The drops for love poems seemed to be very low. Even running this event diligently around the clock am barely able to complete without throwing real dollars at it. I will finish but has been a struggle to do so .
    4. It seemed that it was more than a medium difficulty.
    5. The mechanism for the event has been overused in the last year and is now a bit tiresome.
    6. Also feel there are too many back to back events, which gives little time to get the farm back into shape between event or time to work at farm quests.

22 hours to go and I know I will not finish  and it is not for the lack of drops or gifts from neighbors and other farmers, it's the amount of love letters required for each gift. It seems there is no real balance between drops and crops. Out of 800ish crops (coz I have run out of SG and SSG) I can mill about 23 love letters of which I need 20 to mill 5 gifts and I still need 36 to finish

I also agree with tpabird 'there are too many back to back events':p

    On a positive note:
I love the graphics and the fact that we could buy some of the requirements on the market
That we can choose which way the quest is going for each individual and are not dictated that we have to provide certain items to complete each step before we can progress. :inlove:

I would agree with most everyone here. I love the ability to buy to cake and flowers at the market. Great idea! Cute graphics and theme. On the negative side the love poems are way-too-high and the drop rates are low for them. I am using all my SG and SSG and the cloud row is not worth it. Not happy with that. Also, for the last "yellow bear?" (not sure what he is exactly) but the gifts from him should be the highest but I am getting $10,000 cc's and then the next gift would be one (1) turbo mulch. That should not be in that group. How is a turbo mulch equal to say 10,000cc or 2 CAC? I just feel it's in the wrong group. Should be placed in the blue group, the first one. I will try to finish but I am not sure if I will. After carnival queen it's hard event to follow. Also, we need some time to re-group in between events. I have not had any mouse stables out due to the fact these love poems are impossible to get.

This was absolutely terrible. This is why I hate drop events. They never make sense and the drops are always hard to get. Why am I getting double to triple tins and ribbons when I truly need more poems? That does not make sense. I've been done with the tins and ribbons for days, yet I still have a ton of those and no poems. For example, on one field my drops were: 5 tins, 4 ribbons, and 1 poem. Why? If you are going to do multiple drops, make them the same or at least make it to where we are getting more of the drop we need more of.

I agree. This event was awful. I am not going to finish and I used up all my SG for nothing. The drop rates for the love letters is the cause of the problem. It has runied the event - sorry. I did like the fact that you can buy some of the milling stuff in the market. That was a good idea. But the drop rates for the love letters and the amount caused this event to be a bust. >:(

this game is begining to suck big time way to many events for cloud rows that are not worth the time sitting at the pc . useless baha never a new crop as u level up passed bell peppers have over 40.000 of everything on baha which is never used .way too many animals that are never used all in all way too much of everything never used !!! every single event that gives trees or pens always the same stuff u already have might be nice for newbies but higher level players are just sick of same old stuff when are u going to listen ? ? ?

I think this Event was OK, challenging but not overwhelming, almost predictable when it came to the prizes, very similar with other events so nothing out of the ordinary...I think the whole concept of the game is about planting, harvesting, feeding animals a.s.o therefore the events are as such. May PB could work on the prizes, maybe some new recipes to be throw in with prizes, by the way existing recipes are fine, too;)

Sorry, but this just wasn't a fun event for me. It was tedious and has run the "feed the pop up for gifts" mechanism into the ground. Perhaps it would have been received better if it wasn't the third event requiring huge event crops/drops in a row, had a more interesting prize structure - or if you had just waited several months before doing another event with this mechanism.

The prizes didn't seem to escalate in line with the larger quantities used for the goat and panda, and some prizes seemed very unequal in value (such as one turbo mulch or 1 XL toolbox offered beside 20 SG, 2 CAC, 10,000 cc, and 21,000 Baha EP) The number of times I obtained one turbo mulch in every category was disappointing; it should have been left with the cat. Much of what I won was EP and lowest offered cc - and it seemed a lot of work for small rewards.

:)It was nice to be able to buy or sell some of the milled items, which I'm sure was a great help to those without enough time or drops. Very glad this was instituted, and hope it returns! It was also good that one part of the event (the cat) allowed for prizes that could be used in another part of the event.

14 hours to go and I still need 4 love letters to get Kitchen hero, let alone the cloud row to go with it.... I am not going to wait for another 5 hours waiting for crops to grow then waiting for the love letters >:(. By the time my RL allows me to get back to the game the event will have finished .

Well done BP for considering farmers with working lives :wuerg:

I have to wonder who thought it would be fun to have an event that required a minimum of 760 left clicks to complete the pop-up part of the event...

The fun and excitement never seem to cease. I liked this event, it offered a way to Powerfeeds, supergrows and suzys. It would have been much more fun had graphics shown the couples walking off into the sunset or along the beach, or floating down the river in a canoe or row boat! Or a horse drawn carriage ride! Also, I think a prize for completion should be the ability to send your neighbors an extra prize. That way those players who finished could send another love poem to their neighbors and send two in one day.

I am finally finished. I won't repeat what's already been said repeatedly, but I do agree with most of the comments. I would add that being able to get helper coupons was great. For those of us who can't put a lot of RL money into the game they are a huge help. Raising the number of crops required when you are manually farming ceases to be fun real quick! I also never got some of the better rewards even though I finished the event and even had a few extras to try to get good gifts with. For me EPs are not really a worthwhile reward. I'm in no hurry to reach the last stage where I can gain anything new. BEPs, or TEPs are nice only because leveling up is about the only way to get more GBs. I also am tired of one event after another. I know, I can skip events, but it's hard to do when everyone else is doing them. Thank you.

I extended the event to see how i would fare with the 'random prizes' ...
It shows me how fortunate we were with the previous "Carnival Queen" event, as this event has reverted to
the stinginess that we are used to from 'random prizes'.....

I have to agree that this was not my favorite event. Overdone. Just too much, of everything and not enough return for the effort. I have jumbo trees and I still resorted to buying love poems. I only did that to complete the event and get the cloud row.

I usually like the the challenges the events offer, keeps the farming interesting and the the prizes are worth the effort, specially when those prizes make other events more fun (I.E. Baby Boom) Not EP and small amounts of coins.
The coupons are great to get, but sadly I only got 2 of those this event, and not near the amount of PF I had hoped for with the Mouse breeding event imminent. ;) I know that's my bad for hoping..
No matter how much PF you have, you just never have enough, so that is always a prize I look forward to getting and I am willing to work it to get it. This was a lot of work, a lot of crops (not only event crop) and too many drops and on top of that milling 4 different items.
Seriously, for all that work, the prizes did not live up.

The amount of drops items was excessive, and made it hard to help your friends with gifts. since there were so many and it did not become clear right off that love poems would be the one needed the most. So, sadly I gifted them all in rotation until I understood and changed out to gifting just the love poems. Sorry, friends..

  15. Like others, I suffered from a lack of the most essential drop - poems - and once again, the event crops give far less than the normal fields - identical size fields: event crops = 8 poems /normal trees / pens - between 15 and 20 poems. I am a high level player and couldn't finish this event; entirely due to lack of the letters. There is also a variation in the numbers of drops given for identical crops on identical size fields, with no real reason. Fortunately, it's not one I'm worried about, as yet another cloud row to have yet more decorative items isn't high on my priority list of 'things I need in Farmerama'. So, I didn't stress, like buses there will be several more along shortly.

A bit complicated in requiring milling love letters to use as a basic ingredient in the other 3 required gifts, but not overly so. A nice touch being able to purchase cakes and bouquets in the market.

For me it was just another event, nothing special and that's sad in a way.

I won't repeat what is being said here and I totally agree with everyone that this was an awful event. The drop rates were too low and the required amount was too high. This should have been rated "difficult" and the cloud row reward was pitiful. Not worth the effort or supplies that were used. Also, please consider in future events the people who work and are not able to sit in front of a pc and farm all day. Also there was too much clicking for each gift. Along with having to mill everything it just took a longer time to get what little rewards there were.

Also, I wanted to add that I did like the fact that we could purchase the cakes and bouquets in the market. This was a nice change.
