mice!!!!

ok lol how many mice is everybody going to start the breeding event with?? I'm just curious because so far I have 520 on this farm and 591 on my MARLYMAR farm and I'm still going I have 85 mice out on this farm and 100 out on my other farm

 

Let's see, I've got 1,237 here and 1,652 on spots, and still growing more. Hoping to make some nice CC selling to those who got a late start growing them, lol. Will keep mouse pens out until a day or so before the breeding event, then pull one field so can raise chickens, which always sell well during breeding.

It takes about 3200 animals to complete a full FSQ breeding event - the introductory events are way, way less, maybe 160 animals or so.....
The worst one for me was the FSQ "Camelot", where skips were particularly stingy and it took me 4000 camels and about USD$167 worth of power feed to complete...

 

After reading all these totals, I'm here to give the rest of us hope!!
As a young farm begun in December, I now have the grand total of: 147 mice!!
Oh, yes...and 7 mouse stalls out!

 

I had 300 in the barn, milled 200 more feed, and am happily feeding them! I will glad sell what I don't need.

 

I'm up to 629 here and 711 on my other farm still going strong lol

Wow I really run a small and meager farm I have 2 mouse stalls (only 1 out) and 287 mice! I guess I farm very different from the rest of you! But I do have fun!!

 

I've been growing and occasionally buying them for a while, had like 30 stalls. Then decided to buy more when they became available to purchase to stock up quickly on extra mice, so now have over 100 stalls, around 30 of which are yellow, plus the orange I won from the event that introduced mice to the farm. I was a little disappointed they didn't let us buy cheese factories too, as only have the 2 won from the aforementioned event, but where those will take tools to build, I suppose I understand. Hopefully we'll be able to win more during breeding, plus upgrades. @sanddollar, however you choose to farm is awesome, that's what makes the game fun. Everyone has their own goals and targets, doesn't matter what anyone else chooses to do with their farms, as long as you are having fun on yours.

Ummm...I think you might be adding a zero on those numbers, david. Don't think I've ever had a breeding event that took 4000 animals, even when skips were practically non-existent. Now the PF, that I could see, as it's easy to burn thru a lot of it in no time, especially now with the new breeding format.

 

spots, davidb1yth007 is referring to the regular FSQ Breeding, not to the Events. If you don't get any skips, the regular breeding quests take even more!

 

I have over 100 also but I don't use the yellows so they all harvest at the same time

 

Ahhh, okay cassie, thanks, duh me. I guess I'm done growing mice for now, just ran out of mouse food, lol. Apparently 600 feeds don't last long when you're doing 100 at a time. Since I'm 50% done with 17 PF and not about to stop it, I guess it's on to chickens and whatever else strikes my fancy for the next few days.

 

When I found out about the mice/mouse breeding...I only had 10 mice and now have 800+ still movin' em out though! I'm prepared for this and of course going straight for the Pinks!!

I have 2600 mice so far.
Hoping to breed a lot and sell a lot.
I'll keep raising mice until event start.
Maybe I will make some good CC's on this event...
