Although I am sure plenty of people appreciate having an early Baby boom, scheduling it for 6 hours, precisely when those of us in the US are working is a slap in the face.

I will as well, baw, won't get up until it's been over an hour . I realize there will be a regular BB later in the week, but it would really stink to have to wait until Friday to be able to do the event. :( I do realize that there will always be frustration to some extent, because either Europe or the US is always going to feel cheated with these short timed minis. Maybe a good solution would be setting the time so that both get at least 3 hours, which is more than enough time, or even lengthening it to 12 hours.:)

On another note, just discovered there is a surprise G&T on Tuesday:D. Love the chance to help young farmers out:inlove:. My only suggestion would be to give us more than 1 ticket a day, especially on a one day event; 10 would be nice. Very difficult to help anyone if you can't buy the extra tickets-.-. It is supposed to be about gifting, after all;).

Well....as far as the Baby Boom time, I for one am up and atom and waiting for it to start. It reminds me of the famous 15 years on TV Commercial ad campaign ran by Dunkin Donuts- "Time to make the Donuts" !!!
So I am bedraggled, and foggy eyed sitting here waiting for the baby boom to begin, as it starts at 6:00am my time Denver time.
*****I see the reasoning behind it all. Its the same reason we all stayed up so late catching candy and awards during the last several hours of Carnival once we finally unlocked the float.
Why not see this as a fun aspect to the game and for its sportsmen like quality rather than an impediment to our busy lives. Sneaking away while at work into the bathroom and accessing the game on your phone or borrowing someones ipad to quickly Baby Boom. It's like going into the bathroom while at School and smoking or sneaking out of class! Can't you see that making us baby boom when we can't or shouldn't baby boom momentarily removes our rational responsible Adult mindful boring follow the rules selves and it's compelling us all to play and be kids at heart!
Thanks to the producers of Farmerama for putting fun back into my boring life and making me be a kid again and make bad choices to wake up so early to Baby Boom!

Once again, BP has given an unfair and huge advantage to a "certain" group of people with an early and short BB at the beginning of a breeding event. It does not matter that there will be another one "later". Now those within that elite group, the ones who ALWAYS gain the advantage with the time of this short Baby Boom, will be able to get a head start and sell extras in the market and make money! WooHoo!

Glad BP listened to all of us who told them this was favortism last time. smh

I suppose I am in that "Elite" group now. I have finished the event, so I guess that's called the "prepared" group.
Thanks BP for another great breeding event. I felt it was relatively easy even for a somewhat new person like me.
I have been raising mice for weeks and now that the event is done for me I am going to sell sell sell and make some money with all the other elitists lol

I wound up only working half a day today, so was able to participate. Still... this isn't about me. That I was able to participate doesn't make it fair for the many who plain cannot.

No it isn't the "prepared" group. It is the "favored" group. Precisely my point. You are done while the those of us unfortunate enough to live in the West sit and twiddle our thumbs while we wait for the "later" Baby Boom event. Not only do you get to sell and make money on the market, you get to concentrate your efforts on any other breeding quests you have left when the "other" Baby Boom begins.

I appreciate and agree with sportsbox' positive suggestions of possibly extending times of short events to accommodate your many international players and time zones, thereby conserving all player resources somewhat fairly. I wholeheartedly agree that you will never be able to please everyone, so compromise is always a bridge-builder...

With that being said, I believe comments expressing frustration are in reference to leveling the playing field for all player locations during short-timed mini-events, and have little to do with being "prepared," or an inability to see a "fun aspect of the game." If shirking work responsibilities is an option in players lives, I truly am happy for those players, but unless all players need to shirk their work responsibilities to participate, this does little to conserve player resources equally during these event types.

I am just saying that BP does not have any agenda to exclude anyone. Their only agenda is to make money.
They can not do that by excluding anyone and this idea that they cater to a elite group is absurd.
    and offensive.

So you are saying that all those people who work at BP have no idea about time zones and how they work? Please. Not to mention, the unfairness of this particular short timed offer was already pointed out in detail to them when it happened before. So yes, they are catering to a certain customer by doing it yet again.

They catered to that same certain group for years by offering them details on upcoming quests a week in advance of everyone else. That is a practice that has just recently stopped.

I live in the US. I started at 8:00 am this morning. I was lucky enough to have the day off. Maybe next time I wont.
Maybe next time someone else will but there is no work shirking going on here. lol
Anyways, only BP knows their agenda but I can't believe its to cater to any elite group.
I guess we just have to agree to disagree.
    Happy farming :)

I don't see where any time is unfair.
Not all players live in the time zones as everybody else, take China now talk about unfair, or Aussie the list goes on. I think of it as a coffee challenge! The label says this is a strong bean and will wake ya up, I love to challenge my coffee.

I don't feel "special" I get to take advantage of the events as I can, lord knows a few years back I never had time to even sit at the computer let alone see more than the shower then bed then shower and out the door!
I enjoy as I can and let pass and wish good thoughts to those that can. I like the different times as I really do think of all those the mix will allow to play too.

Ming couldn't have said it better! What a spoiled bunch we have become! Think of others and be happy for them, who a mini-event might accommodate!
