132 breeding pens LOST!!!!!!

This is the worst!! A nightmare!! Please, please help me recover these lost pens!!

I fully loaded all 132 breeding pens, including my up-levels, and which were set for 45 min., then went to the forum for the duration.
When I returned and clicked on harvest - nothing happened. I clicked on harvest again, then saw a notice to "recover webpage". So I clicked on that, and when everything came back I went to harvest.....but everything was gone! Not even any 'results' showed!! Just - n-o-t-h-I-n-g!!

Pleeeease, can you help me recover this major damage to my still-small farm???? I cannot afford a loss like this!!

Not a mod, but as far as I know, you didn't lose your colored animals. When you refresh (even tho wasn't by choice), you lose the ability to check your results, is all; you should still get the animal in your inventory. shooger.sweet should be able to tell you what you bred, I think, once she has your ID. (you can breathe again now)

 

Not a mod either, but I found cheepcheaps ID from a previous question. Just in case today is a long workday for cheeepcheap.

I'm sorry, Shooger...I can't make head or tails of your list (and the timings are all wrong) and how they relate to 132 breeding results!!
Where are all the mice and dogs and cows and sheep and pandas and all the rest??? How can you be sure that my results are "safe" in the barn....and what are they???

There was a long gap in time from when this occurred (right before my first post here) and when I finally began to finish breeding many hours later, so if they went to my barn, the records should show a sudden and massive addition to the barn, and then nothing for many hours.
132 sudden breeding results should stick out like a sore thumb.

Please help me find them. As I said, I'm still too small a farm for this kind of loss...

Unfortunately, we cannot post the results of 132 breeding logs, but please contact our Customer Care Team and these will be provided privately for you, via e-mail. I am sorry you have to go through extra trouble. As many details as you can provide, to help identify the round of results you are looking for, will be very much appreciated.

You are most welcome, but I am really really sorry you feel this way We have guidelines we need to stick to though - but please don't let this take the fun out of the breeding - your processes were not lost, so at least that is something you should not worry about and what we can assure you of .
