Lingering tooltips

    Hi Team!

    I would like to report an annoying issue. [​IMG]
    It's not really a bug, but it could use a little tweaking, so I am reporting it.
    The tool-tips linger way longer than is useful. [​IMG] It's been like this for quite a while, and I've been patiently waiting in the hopes that a minor tweak would be done to the duration of the tool-tips.

    However, on all of my farms, across al browsers, it still happens. [​IMG]
    I've asked other players too if it was just me, and it's not.

    Also, the tips displayed, are really not that useful at the level's I'm at.... [​IMG] Just sayin'...

    I hope you can do something with this?..., cuz right now my tractor is driving around the notifications and it's leaving lots of weird trails on my farms! [​IMG]

    Hello farmingfreebird, :oops:

    Thank you very much for the report and the screenshots :) very helpful, as always! I've encountered this a couple of times last week in the seeder as well, but that was it - can you please be so kind and confirm that the situation is the same for you, and this does not happen all the time, just occasionally?

    At the moment, what you can do to avoid the annoying tooltips, since you don't find them useful anyway, is choosing to turn them off. :( We will forward this matter and the improvement suggestion to the Team.

    Is there anything else I can assist you with?

    I'd say it happens about 7 out of 10 times i go to baha. It doesn't happen that often on the mainlands. (at least for me)

    So far, i had not turned off the tooltips yet, cuz I completely forgot that I could do that. I just hope it doesn't turn off the neighbour gift list/log? ... i'll see that when I do it, i suppose. ;) Thanks for the tip.

    You are most welcome, farmingfreebird, and thank you for these details :) . 7/10 times is a lot! :eek:

    The tooltips can be turned off without problem from the Game settings -> Other section -> Tool tips (On/Off option), they will not affect the gift notification pop-ups, which can be enabled from the Advanced settings.

    Happy spooky farming, I hope you will have all the ghosts trapped in no time!
