I got 143 drops from my harvest. Only planted 1 field of Carnations and left my trees and stalls out on rest. Think that is a good start Good luck all with the event

 

Got 177 drops from my first harvest. Had animal pens with neon, pink, red and orange on all the lands and some 50 to 70 trees in magical glade. Comfort fields with ginger in bahamarama. But trees din't give good drops. It was animal pens that gave me good drops.

 

I got 149 ...the most drops I have ever had in an event ...and another 3 to come from my magic trees

 

I am pleased to get 220 Drinking Straws on my First Harvest. Best Drops Came from Jumbo Trees. I not bother with Comfort Fields on Island and Rain Forest as they were call covered in Trees got Decent Amount of Drops from there now got 241 Drinking Straws so Far so All Looking Good Nuked my Honeydew Melons on my way to Third Harvest for this Event

MT = Magic Trees. All three farms have only Goji on the RF. All three farms have a mix of roughly half XXLs and 20h trees on Baha. All three farms have crops with a handful of trees on Main, Meadow and Glade. Only Farm1 has, stationary, Howies.

Still not sure what my schedule is going to be for this event. I think I may go ahead and use the aforementioned Comfort Fields anyway so that I can concentrate on RL. I'll vary my use of buffs as fit my, perceived, schedule but always using SG.

I had 139 straws on initial harvest and almost 40 more two hours later. Turned 10 seeds to 90, then 90 to 450. Did one more round on 2x2s with SG but not with SSG while I had manure left to use and my WI/FC were still active. Have now switched to 1x1s and am using only water. Have done 18 steps (some on each side). Now it is hurry up and wait for event crops to grow.

Hmmm, not sure if I can get SuzeeRabbit's numbers or even Mooboy's for that matter. However, I managed 180 on baw815 after initial harvest, using carnations and ginger, 123 on SadieBAW after initial harvest using begonia and ginger some animal pens on both farms too. This farm is always lower, but I didn't realize the difference in only a few hours crop, till now.

 

Fun!??! FUN ?!? This isn't fun.... pressure!!,,,,.... DidIdoenoughlongcropsandwillIgetenoughdropsandwillIgetanysleeptonightorshallIsetmy alarm in 4hoursand48minutes..... Serious stuff !!!

Sounds like everyone got off to a pretty good start. I had a field of carnations and 2 of sugarbeets (didn't realize I was almost out) ringed by trees plus jumbos on mainland, and green tea and trees on Baha, got a total of 123 drops, so not stellar, but not bad. bearbabe had carnations and some trees on mainland, rain forest all trees and Baha main 1/2 trees and 1/2 camels, pandas, and sloths, and ended up with 180 drops, so very pleased with that. Just getting started, so still doing my seed multiplying, then wait, wait, and wait some more for crops and drops. Good luck everyone!

Baw, I just noticed we got the exact same number of drops on both our farms. Too funny!

 

Got a late start today. Just got the event seeds planted with all the goodies, including SSG, and my electricity went out. Just getting back now, so am still trying to get enough seeds to fill my fields. Hope this isn't a sign of things to come.

First day: 151 drops and I have planted in 518 1x1 fields.

 

Mindy, I hope the power issue is a one off. Hopefully it should be smooth sailing now.

 

We get little power blips often here when the wind blows. I live on the eastern front of the Rocky Mountains, the wind always blows, especially in the spring. All that varies is how hard, from a-nice-pleasant-breeze to the all too familiar hang-on-to-your-hairpiece (or in my case, my purple camo ball cap). Hopefully it was only a temporary issue for you Mindy, or maybe the power company had a scheduled outage to do work, ours does that sometimes. (On a totally unrelated note, I've always wanted to ask, is that Aslan in your avatar? He's my mostest favoritist lion, but he's not a tame lion.)

Spotsbox: my power also cuts in and out from time to time. This time, something damaged ComEd equipment and it took the better part of the day to fix and get us powered up again.
I'm sitting here picturing your purple camo cap. Maybe it will start trending - new fashion statement.
