Worst thing I've ever done. First mistake. Planted amaranth on 1x1. Then went to change to 2x2 and deleted all event crop as well. Oh well, I think I'll have a little sleep for 5 hrs!

Ouch djh99! I feel for you.

I'm not a morning person and these events always start at 6am my time. I've learned not to attempt anything until after coffee. Even if that means starting an hour later. :sleepy:

    That hurts! @djh99

Focus on the drop items then. Just take out all chickens and get a few plus some CC by selling manure

comfort myself , I always got enough drops.
not a big screw... yes, not a big screw....:sleepy:

I can usually set my mental alarm clock to wake up whenever I want/need to for farmerama events, or RL events, but every once in awhile...:p

Last night I woke up at 0300 PST since I'm in the western part of USA. to harvest my MM field of Moondew. Since I had some time before the event ended I decided to plant a crop of Tombstones which with my new Jacks Back CR, a Terror Bouquet and water, (I've been selling all my manure to make cc's.), would be ready to harvest at about 0525. Perfect to then plant Glow mold to be ready to harvest when the next MM rolls around.:D I awoke with a start at 0600, but figured I was still ok since the event ends at 1400 CEST. When I logged into farmerama I knew I was in trouble  when the screen was light instead of the customary dark screen for MM. When it finally finished loading I immediately saw the MM field was inactive. :wuerg: My foggy sleepy brain kept saying, "Wait a minute. The event ended at 1400 CEST, which should be 0700 PST.". So I opened the forum and went to the thread showing the current time CEST. It said 1407! :wuerg:xD:cry:>:(
So I learned the hard way, again, not to press my luck and whenever I'm getting near the end of an event ALWAYS check the time clock.-.- So when MM starts the next time I will have a lovely crop of Tombstones waiting patiently to be harvested. :p

On the good side though, the long MM allowed me to get the Jacks Back CR and all the decos to fill it. :D:music::music:

    8) Oh, Doc, it can be worse to 'just miss' than to miss by a mile! So sorry!:( "On the good side"...really was a good side for you, though!!:):)

On my "good side", the long MM allowed me to start a new collection - Spooky Pens!! Am now the proud owner of 6 Spooky Pens!:music::eek:o_O:D

Hey Doc, just letting you know that you are not the only one. I always end off my MM leaving Killer Tomatoes -.-xD

In almost every MM, I always try to make full use of the short MM time by planting Killer Tomatoes when there is still a bit of time. When I have nothing to do while waiting for the Killer Tomatoes, I just do something else and eventually I always do not harvest the Killer Tomatoes on time.-.- Therefore, you can guess - I do not have much glow molds in my barn. Of course, it happened to me again this MM...:wuerg:8)xD-.-

Sorry about that Doc; it's probably happened to everyone at some time. Congrats on completing Jack's Back!:)
penguilnz - I do that too, and have also been caught out. So sorry!

:pI did my own silly - forgot to suzy spray my tentacle trees for my last harvest (which was about an hour before the end of MM). Missed completing Disobedience School FSQ by four willow tentacles!-.- Oh well, at least I know it will be done next MM!

Thank you Willow, penguilnz, and farmlily. :):inlove: I don't wish ill for anyone, but the ole saying is true, "Misery does love company.".o_O It does make me feel better, knowing I'm not the only one to make that type of mistake and Tombstones are definitely better than Killer Tomatoes. :)

Thank you Willow for the congrats on getting the Jack's Back CR, but I didn't actually finish the entire Quest. I just followed the advice of the wiser veteran farmers, "To do the silver part of the first levels to get to the highest level quickly, then do the entire top level to get the CR.".:D;) I must also thank BP for the extended MM which allowed me to get all the deco's to fill the Jack's Back CR. :D:music:
I'm sorry about your tentacle trees Willow. :( That really is discouraging to come so close only to have to wait a whole month to complete it. xD:cry:

Good luck to everyone as the future unfolds for you. :D:):):music::music:

    Doc425,
Please also beware of the dreaded white screen/no log in for you.
As fate is bored and cheats at cards -.- I had it happen more than once, last part of the clock the game will boot ya and by time you get back in it's over.
I give the last 15 min. to the deity and walk away. Killer tomatoes just not worth setting it up with 8h crop to a 10min one..

Every time I need squirrels, I put out my textile mill. It is usually not ready when an event begins, mainly because it takes over 24 hours with water. I had my squirrel pen ready, harvested it, then proceeded to feed and water it. -.- I now have over 24 hours before it is ready. I don't want to waste a squirrel so I will wait till it is finished. I will have to buy a squirrel now or wait till I grow some to use it again. :wuerg: -.- >:( -.- xD

Should not be allowed to drive the tractor when this tired. Too lazy to Suzy Super grow 2 trees on the field by hand and accidentallySuzy Sprayed an entire field of carrots. >:(
