broke-bashing again! haha I completed one of the 150 steps. 112 hours left, and I think I am progressing nicely .... hahaha

And for your information, I don't need ccs for carrots ....... I have already grown what I need. Got it, ..... I grew carrots! And all crops but the junks needed for this monkey-queen-like, step donating, brain-stopping, patience-trying, mouse wearing-out event. I grew carrots and I was happy. (And with about 750,000 carrots left I need to find a carrot crop grower. I just have to find the right crop grower with adequate qualifications ...... haaaahhhhhhhh ..... one problem after the next.)

Speaking of ccs, I had a really nice experience earlier.

Buying and selling with the BP market has turned to the end result in several areas for me. I was continuously buying something and noticed I was buying from the same individual at lot of times. To make this process more efficient I sent an igm. I found a very nice person on the other end.

She did not have the quantity I wanted just then but wanted to cut the price by 20%. I did not want that because I wanted her to make ccs just as I would. So I told her I would pay a higher amount that I felt was fair. What took us less than 10 igm resulted in:
    • A quick exchange of well over 20 million ccs and items
    • A trusting relationship with future potential
    • Fairness with abolutely no attempt made to manipulate any aspect of the game
    • Someone who was happy trading with America
    • Someone who was happy trading with a country in Europe
We both left the table and know there is a future. I learned she uses neon pens and from the quantities we were trading, I recognize she was not working with a small farm and she had a good sense of direction. Just as in RL the trading was give-and-take.

The RL lessons learned through business and respect will apply without saying. I will not compete in the market with her. If either of us do then we risk destroying the relationship and quite possibly are simply cutting our own throats.

If ccs or clicking a mouse is all one wants from the market then that is all one will get. There is so much more to be had and I encourage anyone here to try it, regardless of level or time since beginning playing this game.

hahaha David and One-Two, ...... hahaha .... Just because of you both I think I'm going to ask about trading a few carrots.

Hey their Broke! I have a question for you. I have over a million dollars in my vault and am on level seven. My question to you is how can I have as many crops and animals as you with even more money; and what would you do differently?

I thought my pre-round-nine calculation may help some of you, for that situation when you have to do a partial round of event crop, to get enough to finish. I try to only do as much event crop as needed as I want to use my fields for other stuff.

I have harvested all my fields to accurately do this calculation... and have wheat/carrots/sugar cane
planted while I work it out!

    Further crops needed 8250 (141 glasses x 50, plus 2 x 600)
    crops in stock 7333

    I need 917 more, Divide by three =306 more 1 x 1 s with CAC
Note; yes I get 4 yield for each 1 x 1, but I have to plant one seed on each....
    PS:
    Me?!? a broke-basher ?!? Never !
Well maybe, a little, but only on days ending in "Y" !!

That's about how I grew all of the crops but the real junky crop. I put out the trees needed for the tree fruit too. Even looked at a fsq and made sure to put out the trees to do part of it too.

Wish we were on the same market. I have three positions open which you just might qualify for:
    • Wheaty Wizard
    • Cool Carrot-head
    • Snazzy Sugar Cane Super Supplier
You have motivated me to start a new farm. You work in such magical ways.

Sorry, I can't even stand the thought of looking to see how many junks left to grow.

One of my Yukon Wonder Trees turned into a Rowan-tree, very nice! It does put a small dent into the pain of the loss of my RL trees today.

Hello eeugere. Welcome to the EN forum. Please come again. I will answer your question but please understand that this direct money (cc) making discussion is not directly related to this thread. We are abusing the thread and perhaps moderators will tolerate us.

Over a million and level seven. I know what you are doing and not doing. And there are benefits and also a price and you are exercising your choices and I hope you are enjoying the game.
    • You are not farming even remotely but your efforts are placed on buying and selling in the market.
    • You have only the main field and rarely if ever have you grown anything or produced any animals.
    • The 100 seed allotment is often purchased but probably not regularly.
    • Your mill is probably not continuously turning but you do use it periodically.
    • The additional space in Bahamarma is not even a thought for you.
    • You are buying and selling in the market and can only see as much as you level allows.
    • You have not worked any farmer's society quest but maybe one or two steps of one.
    • You are rarely if ever visiting fuzzles and spinning the farm wheel.
    • You have not done events.
    • Most likely you have no neighbors or a mentor and you give to no one.
    • Your farm has little if anything in the barn.
You have done quite well playing the market. You cannot see many crops or animals and perhaps this is also good given your style of playing. I say this because you have fewer no profit distractions. On the other hand, your farm is unable to take advantage of profit that exists in other areas. But your farm must level up for you to see more and play more crops or animals.

As long as you are happy and not violating any of the rules of the game then fine.

There is no possibility of your farm ever having as many crops or animals as this farm has simply because you cannot see the animals or the crops. Simple.

Sure you can get more ccs. Your rate of growth in ccs has fallen and soon will level off. This is because you do not have a barn supply and even if you did, there is a limit to how much of anything you will be able to sell each day. Barn supplies require time and the ability hold until selling is appropriate.

Here is a case for you: I have a farm that is level 36, it does farm only Bahamarama, buys seeds days, keeps the mills spinning, buys in the market, sells in the market, works farmer's society quests, has neighbors, has a mentors BUT the farm is very much like your farm. It can only see so much and it will not see anything else until it levels up. Even the farmer's society quests open have become limited. It really avoids getting the experience points. It's growth rate has fallen even though it has accumulated as much as 10 million ccs. It's barn is going but it is very very slow.

Threads such as this one help farmers who want to help themselves in an area. An event will cause you to level up. You must make the choice and not making one is a choice.

The farm mentioned above is somewhat like your farm. It wants ccs for a specific purpose. The only way to get more ccs and not farm actively is to play the market. And it is playing the market, ALL areas it can see and more areas than you cannot see (such as breeding animals -- level 21 required).

The farm is investing in several items and you at level seven can see them. But that farm, just as your farm, must invest in the items and is holding them for the right time. (Right time for us both requires knowledge of the game.)

Ones lack of desire or opportunity to learn and partipate in the game, as in real life, will prevent one from even having the choice of whether or not to participate actively.

As we both know: Up to only you in this case!

Please send me an in game message if I may assist you at anytime. If you decide to further progress your farm then you will find many in the EN Forum family who will be very willing to assist you.

I have Grown 17900 Honeydew Melons. There is no point growing any more as any surplus will be converted in CC/EP there was a rumour they might be staying in our Barn in Grapevine Gossip. I think some one got it wires crossed !!!

In the past we was able to donate Event Crops to Crop Trophy to help Level up the Crop Trophy. We are not able to do this with any Event Crop as again misleading to have an EV put next to it. As we still do get some Glitches with this Game as this Event Crop did appeared in our Farm Before this Event Started as - 0 -

I have unlocked 3 Yukon Wonder Trees and 4 Cygnus Wonder Stables which i just harvested which did not give me anything that helps with my pending quests

I have Milled 140 Glass or Water so Far. So i just past half way stage here. So need to up Pressure to increase the Drops of Drinking Straws with 98 Hours of Event Remaining.

I have put out Animal Pens....I even put out Elephant Pens too just in case. There is not much demand for other island Animals so just as well as Elephant Breeding will come Eventually !! ;):p

The Crops Prices in Markets have cooled a Bit so it is Critter Farming for Now ;):)

There was never a rumor that the honeydew melon will stay in our barns, I already commented on this here ;) But it is possible that the team is using the design for the rumored new baha crop in this event instead of making another one. Also papyrus which we had before in the Egypt event, is rumored both as an upcoming event crop and as a new baha crop. With so many new things it makes sense to reuse some :)

So far, I've done 62 tasks for the froggies... not totally sure how many glasses that is. Melon growing is going great, straws are still a bit slow. That said, I'm pretty sure I'll get the second giver item today and hopefully at least the third. Two trees (Rowan and XXL Pine) and one Stable (just awarded this morning, so stay tuned)

Things are going well. The wife and I have grown all the event crop we need and we're a little over half way with the frogs. Neither of us has planted the new trees or stables yet. We'll probably wait till after the event and plant them while restoring our farms to fulfill FSQs.

Sorry if this was covered in one of the 7 pages, but looking at FAQ, if I do 60 tasks on each side, or a total of 120 tasks at least, I will get all event pieces with the cloud row? I don't need to complete all 75 on each side? Has anyone done calculations for this?
Thank you all very much for your efforts on these threads which I do use each and every event. :)

Yes, that is right bren :) The calculations would depend on what is most important for you. Minimizing the number of crops? Minimizing the number of drops? Are there some of the rewards for individual tasks you want to get to? And so on... If you want help with it, let us know :) Good luck!

Let me think... yes, minimizing :p how to get the cloud row with the least amount of event crops/drops, if that makes more sense xD

    Hiya, One-Two,

I just wanted to come introduce myself to the forum.

I'm a newborn. This is a real cool event.

I even did the part with the apples.

Got a mentor right quick, 44 chicken pens and only had enough for 20 of the hop hops. Looking up today!

So now its poo farming so I'll get my allowance. <---- My strategy

Have you seen my mama (tlcmom)? I'm hungry, what's to eat around here?

Nice to meet everyone. And have a cool event.
