On the whole I liked this one, with the totals done it made it ok.

 

I just finished event Have 5 crop and 7 maps left, compasses still coming Put all the trees and stables out (hoping for 0 yl egg farms) Congrats to all who have finished and to the rest...keep going, plenty of time!!! To any of my neighbors who read this, please pass on compasses to anyone you know is in need

Hi MEBA. I hear ya, so water it is but no cloud row use.

Since this will be the first challenge of its kind, the event will be rated EASY and the reward will remain the same.

 

Using "OLD MATH" I would say 54! lol

 

For the first time that I can remember since I started playing, I finished with drops a full day before crops were done. This event has been most generous with the drops, makes for a nice, laid back playing style. One more harvest should complete it for me, only have level 4 gold and diamond left. Not looking forward to regrowing all my carrots and potatoes, tho.

 

Quick question! Why would ya grow um?

 

I got an otter and an XXL peach and a yellow trumpet. My first otter and second XXL peach, a yellow trumpet to make 2. Had the first XXL peach after a month or so after they came out.

On my second farm I got my first otter and kingfisher and a second yellow trumpet.

 

'Cause I'm too cheap to buy 'em! Prices still too inflated for me, and I've already spent what I made on them buying other things. I'll start buying them again when prices drop back to normal.

 

BillyWhiskers finished No swan, no yellow trumpet, no mountain juniper and no mangosteen.

Orange upgrades to ostrich and goat, 2 hedgehogs, platypus and armadillo
Trees: Lots of XXL upgrades with only a few XL. Rare trees were fullmoon maple, medlar, and royal poinciana

Pnp will finish at bedtime today...left out lots of trees so not a lot of crop space. Have plenty of drops.

broke - I'll take you up on that challenge but I am hungrier than a bread roll. No refinements nor amendments? What about a junky CAC to grow a gazillion junks?

 

broke - YOu are too funny! I know I wouldn't be able to do your challenge. Just thinking about starting seeds without any help gave me a hot flash!
Doc - No worries. The only reason I've ever been able to ignore an event is when I do not have internet. LOL

Has anyone put the extra "X never marks the spot" in your park or shipwreck? We get the hot air balloon back!

Nice competition just to find out if the events can be finished without all these accessories. But who is to bell the cat ? Even if its on a second farm ? You can count me out. No history for me. I will be too tired doing one farm. Hmmmmmm.... I KNOW ! I FOUND OUT ! There is one PERSON who can do it ! Sure I know he can do it! He has lots of farms ! Why you ofcourse ! Why now that I think of it, someone said in the grapevine that you are his guardian Angel . I know you can do it.

 

Junk CAC is allowable. The first annual event is easy so why would you need refinements.

Pnp, and the answer to your next question is No. No participants may not plant seeds in their cloud rows.

I am so happy such a challenge is appealing to you.

Oh sure you can do it. I have do doubt. MEBA made this super easy by requesting water. Sorry the excitement of the event lead to a flash.

And I did not ask for the cloud row. But you know what Broke? I was in anyway - even with no water and definitely not for the reward I don't really care about that, but for the challenge and the FUN!

Welcome to the forums fluffy! As noted above, this is the first time I have seen it. One thing. This may have been said earlier, but you can get the cloud row the cheapest by just doing the first levels until you get to level 5, then do all 3 and again all 3 of 6. This takes a few less compass and maps than if you do the silver and gold levels to get the givers. You can always go back and get the others after if you find you are able.

 

Finished the event and have just put my trees out..... can't put my stables out yet.... haven't got room ...am growing potatoes while I still have the harvester

Nothing I haven't already got from the tree's ...but that's ok ...will boost my tree fruits even more then they are now they like giving me nectarines and I am pretty sure I shall get frogs in my stables .... have got 10 frog pens already

That's good seems to me the older stables give more EP then some of the newer ones

 

Hi, General! Yeah, I noticed that and I am doing it in the safe order, but since it is my second event I am going for all prizes. No more slacking And (surprisingly) I think it is doable, even without SOS!

 

I'm not seeing much of a restriction in the conditions for the 'broke challenge'. Water and hard work is the way us newbies slog through events with the occasional special CAC from a kind neighbour.

Boy, sounds like you long timers sure have it good with the fancy refinements and stuff. I wouldn't know a refinement if one hit me in the eye... some day...

 

Don't worry Doc... the FOCD Fever wouldn't break and after having all the drops required... I planted Junks! And now, with one more harvest on the 3 fields I allow crops, and milling of Papyrus. All the steps of this event will be completed about midnight my time.
The good news is that I finally got the Yellow Trumpet I have been desiring !

 

Finished on both farms with a few compass to spare. Drops were good. Only had time to harvest and plant. No market cc's for me . I need to make time for market as I am getting close to being broke Good luck everyone
