Temple of Doors Event Strategy

The Event FAQ has been Posted Early. Event Starts on 11th April until 17th April. You will need to read FAQ Carefully this Time. Why as there is a Catch unless i am not mistaken !!

There is Two Event Crops to Grow during this Event. Both can be planted and grown in all Fields Except Moonlight Playing Fields.

• Silver Vase (4 Hours Growing Time)
• Lobster Claws ( 8 Hours Growing Time)

Both Silver Vase and Lobster Claws will be allocated 10 Seedings. If you have less than 5 of either crops in your Barn after 5 Hours you will be given additional 5 Event Seeds

Event Drop Item

• Stone Tablet

Stone Tablet can be obtained from All Kind of Harvests in All Fields, Also can be Obtained by 1 Per Magic Tree too. Neighbours and Buddies can send Stone Tablets as Gifts too !!

Event Objective

We need to Acquire 4 Different Kinds of Shaped Keys

• 21 Square Keys
• 14 Circle Keys
• 14 Triangle Keys
• 14 Wave Keys

The Requirement of 1 Square Keys need 350 Silver Vase, Therefore we will need to Produce 21 x 350 Silver Vases Total of 7350 Silver Vases. This is the Easy Part !!!

• 21 Square Keys = 350 Silver Vases x 21 = 7350 Silver Vases

To Produce an Either an Circle Key, Triangle Key or Wave Key, you will need ;

• 18 Stone Tablets
• 175 Silver Vases
• 175 Lobster Claws

14 Circle Keys

• 14 x 18 Stone Tablets = 252 Stone Tablets
• 14 x 175 Silver Vase = 2450 Silver Vases
• 14 x 175 Lobster Claws = 2450 Lobster Claws

14 Triangle Keys

• 14 x 18 Stone Tablets = 252 Stone Tablets
• 14 x 175 Silver Vase = 2450 Silver Vases
• 14 x 175 Lobster Claws = 2450 Lobster Claws

14 Wave Keys

• 14 x 18 Stone Tablets = 252 Stone Tablets
• 14 x 175 Silver Vase = 2450 Silver Vases
• 14 x 175 Lobster Claws = 2450 Lobster Claws

We need to Produce 14 Circle, 14 Triangle and 14 Wave Keys. But Here is a CATCH ...it will generate a Random Circle Key,Triangle Key or Wave Key. As many of us will get just over 14 of Each Needed and some less than 14 of Each Key !!!

Due to Randomness of this part of process i cannot give Exact Requirement of Total Stone Tablets, Silver Vases and Lobster Claws. I can put here what is require to produce 14 of each Key. But it does not Mean that is All is required to complete this Event. As we may need to Obtain more Stone Tablets, Silver Vases and Lobster Claws more than Bare Minimum

On Basis Requirement of 14 Circle, 14 Triangle and 14 Wave Keys Needs ;

• 756 Stone Tablets
• 7350 Silver Vases
• 7350 Lobster Claws

Plus 7350 Silver Vases for 21 Square Keys too !!

Overall Bare Minimum which does not take into consideration the Randomness of Obtaining Circle, Triangle and Wave Keys. It is requirements needed to Unlock all of the Rooms.

Overall Requirement Total is ;

756 Stone Tablets
14700 Silver Vases (7350 + 7350)
7350 Lobster Claws

Event Process

There are 6 Rooms to Unlock. Each Room has Three Doors to unlock....LEFT DOOR.....MiDDLE DOOR and RIGHT DOOR. You will be need certain set of keys to open each door, Once you open door of that room then you move onto the Door of Next Room

You are only able to unlock one door of each room until you have complete unlocking first door of each room Once you done all first door of each 6 rooms then you go round the all six rooms in same order again for second door, Then again same process for Third Door.

As you are only able to unlock First Door of Each 6 Rooms Rewards, Same Again for 2nd Door then last round 3rd Door of Each Room

To Unlock Three Event Givers you will need to unlock

• Room 3 - Middle Door (That was Close Giver)
• Room 5 - Middle Door (On a Roll Giver)
• Room 6 - Right Door (Off the Rails)
• Room 6 - Middle Door (Unlock Event Cloud Row)

All Four of These Rooms will be needed to unlock to get 3 Event Givers and Cloud Row. There is no any other way this can be achieved Thanks to Habalala here is steps to Acquire Three Givers and Cloud Row. As you Enter Each Room be Careful which door you unlock. As you cannot unlock two doors in Same room for any door you unlock in that room you simple get Moved into Next Room

This is going to be bit more Trickier for Harder to due. Just Hope the Randomness of Circle, Triangle and Wave Keys is not so random Finger Cross and Good Luck

Sorry we are not able to get any Stars from This Event

It is a great help to get FAQ Early so that many of you can Prepare your Farm ready for This Event. Very Important Reminder that you may be need to get more than 756 Stone Tablets. It be wise to put out what you have that gives the Best Drops on your First Harvest. Good Luck

 

The FAQ doesn't mention stars for Tree of Wisdom. Are there no star rewards in this event?

 

Thanks Mooboy for doing all the calculations and strategies. I was expecting a more number of rewards and something exciting out of baha event. May be once we start on the event all excitement would show up as you say there will be randomness.

Didn't expect the FAQ to be posted. Will there be any other announcement regarding the introduction of new permanent baha trees and crops ? Waiting.....

If the event is placed outside the Farmers' Society Building, you don't get stars. If the event is placed inside you will get stars.
This event is placed outside the building so no stars for it.

 

@12ss12 Thanks for explanation. With no stars I guess I'll pass the whole event. As a new player I'm in great need of them for further expansion.

 

I understand you, nortonc. But if you wish, you can try the event for other rewards like partyspins, supergrows, powerfeeds, EP givers. EP givers help you level up fast. And don't worry there will be other events to give you stars.

 

Based on a quick reading of the requirements, I'm planning to start with room 5. As I want/need to do all three doors in those rooms, this will allow me to get to them fastest. Then I can work on the other rooms for the third door. Really wish I didn't have to waste resources on the sticker.

Thanks for the breakdown of the event Mooboy. This should be interesting, the randomness is a new twist. I think I see lots of extra event crops in my future. A nice touch that they have given us 10 each starter seeds.
I do wish if we were keeping these crops as new Island crops that they would let us just start stocking up during the event like they used to but I see they will be exchanged at the end of event.

CylentLea123, No worries, this is how I get into most events blind hope and a I will go as far as I can then if still stuck, yell help! in the thread, so far it works great for me.

I confuse easy... does this mean double?

 

Because you can't prepare products or crops or animals beforehand for it. There is no need to hold back on releasing it. Everything you need for it is event crops/drops that can only be gotten once event starts. And it give time for questions and strategy to be worked out.

With the possible high amount of crops/drops needed - manure will be in high demand. So stock up before hand either for personal use or for sale.

 

Thanks a heap for the rundown Mooboy. With the amount of two different crops plus the added randomness involved in trading for stones, I just may have to clear my farm this time.

 

I think you'll have to start in the first room BC. So if one wants the completed cloud row and the 50 power feed, there is no choice but to complete the event.

Fiona, The Faq is usually released on Friday when the event starts on a Monday (which doesn't happen very often).

Thanks for starting the strategy thread Mooboy Just a small correction to your numbers: For the 14 circle, triangle and wave keys it is at least 7770 silver vases and 7770 lobster claws. So in total minimum 7770 lobster claws and minimum 7770+7350=15120 silver vases.

illy asked me to start the SOS thread this time, as she can't make it herself, here it is.

 

If you're willing to give up on some goodies, to get the givers and the cloud row, you'll only need to do two rounds in which you open 6 rooms each. The path to follow is:

Round 1
room 1, left door (2 squares)
room 2, left door (3 squares)
room 3, middle door (2 waves, 1 triangle) - 1st giver
room 4, left door (4 squares)
room 5, middle door (1 circle, 1 wave, 2 triangles) - 2nd giver
room 6, right door (2 waves, 3 triangles) - 3rd giver

Round 2
room 1, middle door (1 circle, 1 wave)
room 2, middle door (2 circles, 1 triangle)
room 3, left door (3 squares)
room 4, middle door (1 circle, 2 waves, 1 triangle)
room 5, left door (4 squares)
room 6, middle door (3 circles, 1 wave, 1 triangle) - CR

Totals: 16 squares, 8 circles, 9 waves, 9 triangles

Round 3 (optional but will get you the goodies you missed! and complete the event)
room 1, right door (1 wave, 1 triangle)
room 2, right door (3 circles)
room 3, right door (1 circle, 2 triangles)
room 4, right door (2 circles, 1 wave, 1 triangle)
room 5, right door (3 waves, 1 triangle)
room 6, left door (5 squares)

Totals: 5 squares, 6 circles, 5 waves, 5 triangles

My choice on the paths/rooms is based on the fact that squares are the easiest to obtain.

Feel free to calculate the minimum crops needed for these paths. I won't as most likely I will open every room I can.

Prepare your farms well before the start to maximize drops on the first harvest after the start.
