I am at level 9 now with 52 star coins. Waiting until I get 80, then clicking the "buy all" for the cloud row and items, no room for mistakes I used the +1 from the tiki calendar, and have grudgingly cleared my glade so I have 4 fields for event crops instead of my usual 3. Still over 2 days left of growing. But, a bit surprisingly, I am actually enjoying the event

 

iam in level 7 but there s time enough and i will go for seconds just for the fun and the Mysteriestal"Sapphire i only have 2 otters
rightnow i have 36 coin but byb the end of the day i hope to have about 60 or more
so i dont need a lot of dubble or tripple bingo
at the and of the event i need at least 80 coin and some trees and stables

 

How do you complete a combination...? Was I suppose to leave my NO:16 for last...!!......

 

The one lantern that completes the 2 or 3 lines is the one you have to do last, belindamotion.

My mistake costs me another 2400 Hyacinths because of the extra crops to get through level 3 - really stupid mistake....it will be done quickly along with other crops and then I am done with the event...IF I light the right lanterns lol

 

Oh Meba, your error is what I am afraid of. Yes, annoying. Hope you get poop farming soon. I'llusee cuckoos for a few rounds today.

 

I am poop farming today too, Broke I already had my farm set up with animals and buffs running and I will continue tomorrow too. I will swift to Cuckoos and Chickens in an hour because I got the time today to be around the farm. The crops can wait till Monday. They can grow slowly with no water while I work.
I hope you and no one else make the same error as me! It can get really costly!

Edit: I know I said the crop growing will be done quickly in my former post. But I changed my mind because of the buffs - sorry for the confusion. I guess I have turned into a real slow event farmer

I hope you won't do it again! Yes, there is time enough, but so annoying having to grow more crops because of that. It's such a waste!

 

Done done and done with this event. Went thru it as planned. Got the PF, stars and coupon from the misc in the event shop. In fact all I wanted. Picked up 4 party tickets, 2 wonder trees and 2 wonder stables along the way, just because I couldn't resit

Following the suggestions I made on page 3 (or Mir's, very similar) actually implies needing 10/20% more tents than thermos flasks.

Of all the cases I know of, I noticed a trend to get more thermos flasks than tents...., but others are even.

In A., I have as of now about 10% more flasks than tents, partially due to the 8 magic trees. But, anyway, with more than 3 and a half days still to go, that is, at 40% of the available time for the event, I already have around 40% of my tent need -to get the 80 star coins goal- and over 50% of my flasks need. That's the calculation I suggest everyone to do to assess one's own need: % of time already gone, vs. % of tents/flasks need for the approach you decided to follow for your goals.

In short, I think I'm tight on tents and good on flasks. You must assess your own situation. Sadly enough, there's no way to increase one or the other drop count if it's not through gifting or purchases....

(Donating L1 bred animals for a mystery stable is definitely worth it, always, no matter what you'll get. The chance of getting even orange pens with their base is enough to assess that and go for them).

that will be finished today so tomorrow starting over to get the rest of the coins starting off then with 56coins up for 80 by the end of tomorrow hopefully

Lastly, I decided to follow Aluntino's plan to get the those coins
I also faced tent less than flask. I had done 7 levels now
I got over 300 flask but 154 tent left.
However, still 84 hr left, I think I could get enough tent to fullfill my target.

At beginning, I send gift at one day tent, one day Flask, But start today, I will send
Tent only unless my neighbor had special request!

 

If one were to get extra givers, any suggestions on which would be the best to buy? I'm not saying that I would be able to but one can hope

 

For givers I never seem to have enough 1x2 to fill all of the possible cloud rows, so that is what I will spend coins on after the harvester coupon.

Regarding drops, there is now an odd pattern, the older farm is pulling ahead on flasks, and the newer farm is way ahead on tents. As Farmer Broke advised, I'm waiting until as close to the end to make decisions as my FOCD will allow.

 

I thought I would take this very slow and carefully, donate from all three farms at the same time (though latest farm didn't get as far as the bigger boys) ... so how come Illy has four less star coins? Oh well, must have just highlighted a lamp without delivering the goods!

Also, how come I missed that we could also use the star coins for other goodies ... like the Harvester voucher and PF? I was wondering why everyone was working so hard for one PF! Looks like I will growing junks till the very last minute (lucky I will not be working on Tuesday and Wednesday so I can maximise on growing crops and getting drops and ... didn't I say I was going to skip this event?

Still haven't got passed over first board. Waiting for the harvest. After that I might start sailing the event smoothly.

 

maybe a cheeky question dont mean it that way but how many cloud rows do you have ?

i have 110 cloud rows myself and the park and shipreck bay completly filled and still let over in the storage

 

I have 50 cloudrows, but I evaluate each row to see if I'm better off leaving the givers in the park/shipwreck. So I still have a few gray rows that my FOCD commands to fill.

 

I am now at level 5 with 32 starcoins. Ι decide when I pass I level which combination I want to complete, I don't have a plan.
I think I am good with drops and now I wait for my crops to get ready.
