I felt the same as you. I went to the Miscellaneous first and redeemed all those rewards which I must have like Chocolate recipe, powerfeeds, trees, stables etc. Then I shifted to the cloudrow and got it and one EP giver. There is 2 more EP Givers still. After getting those I will once again go to miscellaneous and get the other items.

 

Loaded question! really, even between both my farms goals are different, keltic snagged that recipe 1st off, now 1-2 harvest away from the cloud row, then will just go for goodies as I can afford them.

All the delightful, most wonderful, bestest MM's lately keltic is wiped on super grow so no quick way till I built that back up.
Ming, will at least get the CR, hoping for a goodie or two but the CR will be a big goal. I need everything here! now to build a few ep givers or go for a couple candy? maybe just grab the recipe easy ingredients and good to make even just to eat decisions, decisions......

 

Every time except one I've gotten 40 or 50 sc. For a little while I thought I was onto something, because I got 3 bullseye in a row all on the first combination, which were all the same (I tend to start with the best combination I had in my latest attempt), but alas, no.

 

Two farms have cloud row and stables. Have switched some fields to longer crops to get more drops as they are lagging behind. Will finish all with cloud row today so should be in good shape to pick up some odds and ends. Good luck to all!!

 

I do the head first and then the rune, I do any hilt as they don't matter so much. You have 5 attempts and only 5 hilts so you are going to get the best one. I have always had 50's or 40's about 75 % of them being 50's. Once you know the groups in the head and the runes it's fairly easy to do. Thanks to 12ss12 for all the great info.


Edited because I forgot to say, I must have the lovely sticker. It's the best one I've seen and I won't begrudge using some coins to get it.

 

I got cloud row and its items. Got wonder stables & trees, powerfeeds & Chocolate syrup recipe & party tickets

I still have to go for harvester coupon, supergrows, and Golden banana ( I think hard earned (by throwing that great axe with such a lot of strength & vigour )300 star coins is somewhat too much for just 5 GBs. It might have been 200 star coins. Monkey Queen was very generous. I hope she returns back very soon).

Thereafter I might go for another 'Forging ahead', EP giver item. It gives 2385 EPs.

Finally for the sticker. What is a Viking without a sticker. Hail Queen Meba ! Our Viking Queen ! (if I do not get the viking sticker I might be thrown as outcast from our Viking Group & already many have got the sticker)

10 stars for 210 star coins !! That's too much for me. I cannot afford it. So I think I should forego it.

Low on drops. Exactly 0. So have to place animal pens overnight. And continue tomorrow. Really enjoying this event.

I did it! It worked! Collected 3400 event crops. Twice as much as this morning

Will put Ingrid at practice after dinner.

 

I got all the misc prizes except stars and ppp now I will work on my cr and givers I'm not quite that far on my other farm yet though I'm getting there I don't know why I fell behind on that farm but its all good

 

here CR working now on for the rest and i let the sticker for last then i now for shore i have it all

beside i need to fill therest of my sticker book i dont thinnk i missed one in the last four years

 

I am almost through with this event. Still have GB, star, sticker & pinkie pie to redeem.
I have not started on other farms. May be I will start it tomorrow in them.

Had my first go today - not doing too bad with mostly 40 or 50 coins a throw. Hoping to get the CR, PF and chocolate syrup recipe. Will collect all the coins first before spending, so I know I have enough for what I want.

 

Get the chocolate syrup recipe first. It won't be back for a long time, if at all. Does not matter if you have confectionary open or not. Also, its only 120 game points.

Golden Bananas are also quite valuable and among the hardest things to earn/get of the choices.

Beyond that -- It really depends on your strategy, what you want.

Cloud rows are always nice. Even if you just get the cloud row and hope to get the givers, the thing is you are unlikely to have another chance on it for some time. They have repeated some rows recently, but there is no guarantee on that. If you can get extra givers, there is a good chance you can use them for nice trades in the next G & T.

If you cannot get all the givers, then wonder pens and trees are always nice, though the frequent G & T events have made them less valuable than in the past.

The other things are all useful. Powerfeed will be useful in the upcoming breeding event, particularly if you don't buy it. SS may help you get more game points

.. etc.

The only one that is not useful is the sticker -- some people like to have them, but they have no other purpose.

Also, the pinkie pie is useful, but its just the pie, not the recipe and they are available rather cheaply on the market. I would put them last & just if you don't have enough points left to get another giver.

Yes Woody, the syrup recipe was the first thing I grabbed. I'm not that interested in the cloud row or givers, although that little dragon is a cutie. I didn't clear my fields, so only planting less than half the event crops possible. Guess it's a good thing I'm not focusing on the cloud row.

 

I always try to get the cloud rows on this farm. I'm still climbing that big mountain to level 100 and every bit helps. I have run out of room in the park and Shipwreck Bay. However, I have the monthly subscription because with 42 pages (126 rows), that is way too much clicking for me to do regularly. I have enough coins to get the cloud row now, but like TC, I want to be sure I have enough to get what I want.
