Looks very complicated with a lot of guesswork and luck. Might be fun!

I don't want to be a partypooper, [IMG] but as there is -once more- no CC giver, [IMG] and no CC effect in the cloud row, [IMG] i will skip.

The prizes for star coins look cool enough though! [IMG] Except I'm out of supergrow, which makes me skip the event.
But don't get me wrong, I like the free farming time, [IMG]

    so it's ok. [IMG] Happy-a-Viking!

I am mainly skipping this event. It looks fun! I am focusing on milling for my new Bahamarama animals and replenishing my Barn and selling manure. I might do a little of it to glean some of the prizes. It looks like the throwing aspect will be Fun!!!!!!

Ingrid looks cool - Work prevents me from taking part, but it's nice to see events with a bit of fun thrown in

OK, with FOCD I couldn't wait to toss an axe. I bought 1 broth. I created 4 axes, hit the bulleye! Got my 50 points, yea-a-a! I think I will like this event. Now to grow what is needed. So far BP.......good job!!

The game itself is fun, better than the fish, but with the 8 hour crop....... d e a d time on the farm. Yeah you have to make money, check but with nothing to do on the farm for 6 hours..... Myself I been wandering the other game providers, killing time till I can play my farm.
I am finding things and playing there not here more and more. I hope you see where long grow times and 350 crops per can drive people elsewhere.

I will never play two different games but what game I play and pay will be one I can play.

If you plan on big events as this why not add something to keep farmers farming? during the game make a pump you have to click to "pump" and make a gross or lot of a mystery feed? or special thing during event only like winding the light house build up points to make a gross or lot of super grow? it's not like 4 super grows are going to unbalance the game when a field needs are in the hundreds.

Most likely it's me but I would think the idea is to keep people here, having fun. I don't buy baskets, if the push is to buy them then you missed the mark, I in the beginning got a few but now I will just go as far as I can and quit the event. I want to play not wait to play.

This Event is fun. Puts me back 4 decades when board-games were popular and this Event reminds me of one - names may not be mentioned - I know. We played it till the cows came home. Little variation in the Event - but the principle is there. Well done. Some more of the old board-games can surely be adapted for Events. Congratulations.

I know it is early still, but I am inclined to say best event ever! :inlove:

The mini game is fun. It has exactly the right amount/right kind of randomness, enough to make it entertaining, but "controllable" so that the game becomes fun rather than frustrating, well done :D I like that the mini game is not based on hand-eye coordination. Farmerama isn't that kind of game, so on principle I think most events shouldn't depend on it either.

The interface is intuitive and user friendly. I have a suggestion for a small improvement: If one finds the head/hilt/rune with 5 dots, this could be pre-selected for the rest of the throws that round. If you for instance find the best hilt (5 dots) on the first throw you wouldn't have to select a hilt each new try. You should still be able to change it if you wanted to though. The only complaint I have about the interface is that the dots for the heads are a bit tricky. With 8 heads and 10 "half dots", it is not immediately clear if a head with 3 dots is the third best, fourth best or fifth best. I think it would have been better to only have 4 dots (8 half dots) for the heads.

Crops and drops I find ok, I don't mind 8hr crops. Prizes are good. I like the variety in the miscellaneous category. I am very happy that the 2x2 item is the best item this time, great value for the star coins.

Graphics are very nice (even if I am a little biased :p), especially the axe-throwing Ingrid is awesome :inlove: the look on her face when she throws the axe is priceless :D Sadly she is not in any of the items :( I can only hope that she'll be back again :music:

Two thumbs up from me! :D

I love this Event and it has some of the best aspects of playing a game. It doesn't make me tired, either in body or mind. Very refreshing.

When I first saw the faq of this event, I thought "Oh no! Random... again??"
But then I actually tried it and I must say that it's fun!!! :D
It's still early but so far I'm loving the event. Yes the 8hr crops are boring but I'm running for the cloud row only so I won't be much stressed if I won't be able to get all the stuff.
The graphic is great and Ingrid is absolutely lovely.
I let my three years son choose the parts of the axe in the first throws and he's been quite lucky so far 8)
Mingling is right when says that there's a bit of a dead time on the farm, but overall the event is fun. Very good!

As I need to work & sleep, I am fine with the 8 hour crops. The mini-game is fun. I like using strategy to find the best combo for the ax. I love this event so far.

I tested the event so far and for my 20 fisrt game, I got 15 bullseye (50), 4 just under (40) amd 1 incredible (32). So it's not so tough as its seem! Good luck to all!

A very enjoyable event. I like the mini game a lot, like the fact that we can pick items we want (yeah for chocolate syrup recipe!!!) and the character is fun.

I love the axe event, great fun. It's been nice to have a bit of a break from growing, but I would like some time just to put my farm to rights again. I love that we can win old recipes again and lots of other nice goodies. The 8 hrs crop is a weird one - great for night, but too short for at work and too long to plant between getting home from work and going to bed (not all of us can access the game from work); to this end if an 8 hr crop is involved I like a second short time crop to go with it. I agree with Mir, it's a shame our axe thrower wasn't part of the giver items.

So far I am enjoying this event A LOTxD I concur with Mir...BEST EVENT EVER!!!!!
Have been scooping mostly Bullseye's....with a few 40's (Thus far). Saving up to buy everything I can at once!!!
I am okay with the 8 hour crops cause I am away from my computer for that long daily....seems to be working out "Golden" this time:D

Love Mir's idea of having the Sassy Axe Thrower as a giver item (Not as a sticker!!!)

I like this event, one of the best among I have played. The random is controllable, and we win more oftne than not, which make it even better. We just have to grow the crops . 8 hours is ok, as the number needed are not too big. I'm now growing longer crop tonight to increase the drops. I want the PF, and I already wan the cloud and the givers.
    thumb up this time.
