Big Fish Games Farmerama

Well I have been without access to Farmerama from my other farm which has a Big Fish login for over 24 hours. I have posted it the Big Fish Forums and sent in a individual incident to their technical people.

Here is the reply I got " we are currently experiencing an issue with some of our online games not loading correctly from our system. The error is a result of that. Sadly, there isn't anything you and I can try right now but the developers are aware of the issue and are currently working on a fix. It may take some time, but hopefully should be out by the end of next week at the latest."

If it takes that long I can kiss the current event and the next event good-bye. Yikes!!!!! I have breeding set up by can't harvest. So all that power feed spent on this event and no benefits. It is more than game withdrawal, there are sunken costs here, loss of baby boom advantages and loss of completing the event. Where is customer service when you really need service.

tpabird you are not alone. I am so frustrated with this situation.
Seems nothing we can do but I am seriously considering letting my bigfish farm go
and just working with this one through bigpoint. At least we have some help here when things go astray.
Our mods (most of them) do seem to care.
I have put a lot of money into that farm and am very worried that all will be lost.
Guess all we can do is wait and see~

 

I hear ya, MM is coming and it hurts, if I did not have over a year into that farm I would dump it.
I will at this point stop investing in it I can tell ya.
I will live off what I have gathered, the friends the goodies..... what hurts the most I remember the talks and strategy to get that or gain the know how to make a strong farm.
That was my 1st online game, it really showed me a lot, never again will I invest in a game thanks bigfish.

I just wish there were a pop up saying it's a portal not the direct game, so sad.

I don't know how big fish will fix this. we've missed baby boom.
As far as our chickadees.. they cant get on site either, so they will probably just abandon the game, thinking this happens all the time.
I know I would.
I really just hope that it is just a tech problem and not something far worse like what happened at AOL games.

 

I wish big point would migrate our accounts from bigfish. I am very disappointed by the service from Bigfish with previous issues and to happen now and with no response from them is very disheartening.

 

I lost some good chicks thanks to Bigfish - they couldn't get into their games or the forum. In the end I advised them not to invest anything, dump that farm and start one up by going directly through BP. It's a shame they're ruining a good game for so many.

 

If anyone is interested... I wrote to bigfish and told them how unfair it was that they were having issues with farmerama. This is the response I got.

I had to start a new farm here because I can't get in mine either on BF - I had just gotten to level 80 & was working on getting the neon pen for goats & I was so close - I'd been working on that one for the last 3 BabyBooms & was almost there - Phooey!!! - I'm not sure what I'm going to do about that farm because I've had trouble before on that game - I just know all my fields are full of weeds - What a mess it's going to be when we can get back on

 

Sorry but what is Bigfish? I've never heard of it til now, should I be worried?

 

DBAYES, Big Fish is a 3rd party game distributor. If you've never heard of them, you don't need to be worried - that means you don't access your Farmerama game through Big Fish. Do you log in directly through BigPoint/Farmerama? If so, then you're fine.

Day three and going through withdrawal with my Big Fish game in limbo. Not really getting any good answers from them. Why was it working early Friday but hasnot been able to launch for over 72 hours. Are they really working on correcting this or just taking their sweet time? Anybody heard anything more definitive?

I too have farms on BigFish - I have decided if and when I get them back to just leave the breeders in the pen until the next BBD.

 

Is anyone having any luck at all with bigfish because I STILL cant get on
and have heard nothing back from support. THIS is horrible!

 

I have a question...may have been answered...why Do you have to go thru them? you can go on a browser and log in straight to the game? Sorry for being naive here...but wondering

No, Not for days....and I guess no one else can either.
We have to go through bigfish because that is the game site we play through.
