FAQ Football Fever

Reminder! All the info in this FAQ was correct at the time of testing. * From what level can we participate in this event?

From level 6.

* How can I access the event?

The event can be accessed through the news layer, event timer, or the event place, in the city:

* What is special about this event?

• There will be two special crops:

White soccer buds

Time: 4 hours
EP (2x2): 48
Fields: All 3 main land fields (main farm, green meadow, magical glade,
plus the 2 tropical fields (Bahamarama, Rainforest)
You will receive 5 seeds at the beginning of the event. If your stock falls under 5 seeds, it will be replenished to 5 event crops in the next hours.

Black soccer buds

Time: 6 hours
EP (2x2): 60
Fields: All 3 main land fields (main farm, green meadow, magical glade,
plus the 2 tropical fields (Bahamarama, Rainforest)
You will receive 5 seeds at the beginning of the event. If your stock falls under 5 seeds, it will be replenished to 5 event crops in the next hours. ​

• There will be a special drop items:

Rubber Band Ball

You will get these drop items when harvesting everything (trees, stables, workshops, crops) from any field (all 3 main land fields - main farm, green meadow, magical glade - plus the 2 tropical fields - Bahamarama, Rainforest)​

• There will be an event 'product' / item - you don't need to mill or exchange it, but each mini game try will take the equivalent of one football:

510 x White soccer buds, 260 x Black soccer buds, 30 x Rubber band ball
As soon as you have these items in your inventory, you can hit the play button for the mini event!​

* How can I get more drop items?

• All three drop items can be gifted to/from neighbours and friends. You can send 5 (or 7 with rune) free gifts, and you can receive up to 20 gifts per day. After the free gifts, you can send more gifts for the same price as 1 item in the shopping center (2 BBs).
• You can buy Rubber band balls in bulk in the Shopping Center (see below).
• You can get some in the event baskets.
• If you have a Magic tree it will give 1 x Rubber band ball per harvest during this event.

* Is there anything else I should know?

Yes! You will have to grow white soccer buds and black soccer buds event crops, gather rubber band balls as event drops, and then start playing the mini game!

Each mini game try needs 510 x White soccer buds, 260 x Black soccer buds, 30 x Rubber band ball. With every round, you get 5 different balls / tries. You will lose a ball every time your ball bumps into an opponent (red circled character on the map), or misses the target - one of your team mates (blue circled character on the map).

Through the mini game you can collect small rewards directly if your ball hits them, but also, you will earn Star Coins that you can spend in the Football shop:

Kick the ball so it goes over a reward to collect it automatically.

Your Team members are highlighted in blue - pass the ball to them!


Opponents are highlighted in red. If your ball touches them, you will lose a ball / try.

Each game has 5 tries, so if you lose them all, the game round ends. Some of the opponents are moving!
​

Please note that the round ends when you shoot goal - giving you the rewards collected, or when you lose all 5 balls.

When you lose a ball, you proceed from the same step / player / progress on the field, you do not return to the bottom of the playfield.

Also, please check out the next post you can see how the playfields are looking, to see what rewards you can get - the images are really big and detailed so they have been posted individually. You cannot influence or select the playfield you get.

* What can I buy in the Football Shop?

In the middle/left - new event items (purchasable multiple times) and new cloud row (only once) . The item in the right side can be bought multiple times, but it is not needed for the row of clouds.


In the middle - old Socceritis 2012 event items (multiple times) and old cloud row (once, if you don't have it from the 2012 event)
The items on the side are soccer related items that are not needed for this cloud row, and they can be purchased multiple times.


Everything in the Miscellaneous category can only be purchased once

* Can I pay with BBs to work my way through the event?

More or less. You can purchase the event drops from the shop, and you can buy event baskets, but you cannot skip steps or pay for prizes, you must play the mini event.

* What will happen with the left over event items after the event?

After the event:
- Each leftover Star Coin will be exchanged for 125 EP + 125 CC;
- Each White Soccer Bud will be exchanged for 2 EP + 2 CC;
- Each Black Soccer Bud will be exchanged for 3 EP + 3 CC;
- Each Rubber Band Ball will be exchanged for 6 TEP + 5 CC.​
