If it came out as rough, then that was purely unintentional. I'd be willing to bet Banjoman's post was the same. It's hard to see the humor with postings rather than speaking. There's so much nuance in body language and tone that really doesn't come through.

Ah, Ok.

 

I just played one round, rec. 9 stars. It is quite fun, but takes a long time. This will require a lot of time to gain enough stars for the rewards.

 

Playing is nice and slow, the cheat vid shows when to shoot and 9 every time. The killer is not saving playing till the end the game takes a few to get across the field. It's nice just no way to grow everything. My glade is under no loop hole contract I can't move a thing, animal unions grrrr.
If you lose a ball we get what 5 or 3 tries a game, do we keep the candy from each shot? even if the ball is umm mis shot?

 

RL make me can't get too much time to read post.
So far, got much drops & play 2 game, happy that I got 9 coins @time.
yes, really much time spend on the game as you don't want to hit the opponents.
once you hit 5 times, the game end!
mingling, I don't know if the mini prize(candy) will keep when miss shot,
But I will try pay attention if it happened!

 

Thank-you dnin21cent. I get too into it and go right to goal, sort of a slow Frog spitting ball game once played, my the hours in that game... so glad it paid off!

if you hit the "candy" before you miss the ball(the red opponent), you could keep
the "candy" prize!

Don't know what year i will be playing this event lol.... needing to give 30 balls for one game and only having 267 balls since the start of this event ... from harvesting the event crop
Drops are NOT that great for the amounts needed

I did have ONE go and got a goal .... seems pretty easy AND is FUN
Now to find out why my drops are low and how i can improve on them... any suggestions would be great

Tried it...I think I went to quick...need to slow it down...only got 17 coins...I am confused about how many tries...I thought each ball was 5 tries...so is it 5 tries in total no matter if u hit someone or 5 tries if u hit someone>>>like lives in a video game?

 

You get 5 balls per one game. Meaning if it only takes one ball to finish, then you'll only ever use one ball.

Early on I was very hopeful that we could get to do all 5 attempts each game. We would have been stacking those Star Coins.

So far, so good. Have only shot 3 balls, but got max coins each time. Does it get harder the more games you play? It seemed like there were more opposing players with each game. At one point, there were 4 guys, all moving. That's confusing for my old eyes.

 

@mindy1701 -- From what I've seen the last one or two of the seven different maps were a little more difficult than the previous five. So, it does get a little harder, but it wasn't able to prevent me from being able to get all the star coins. Just takes a little patience.

 

Played 7 rounds of football Fortunately I am better at this than the real game but I still need a little more practice. Got 9 star coins from each field, but had to give up on one PF. It was guarded by three red players moving in front of it, they got the ball three times before I chose a safer route I also gave up on a couple of SG, but managed to get the party ticket from behind the rabbits after a couple of tries Fortunately it is not that difficult to hit the 6 star coins in the goal!

It looks like the football fields come in the order they are in placed in the FAQ. At least I got all 7 of them in that order and I expect I'll start over again with next game. So if you want to choose a route, you can take a look in the FAQ before starting each game. I am sure by the end of the event we'll all be experts on each fields. Maybe I'll even get that one elusive PF with some practice.

I found the game fun, a bit challenging some places, but taking it slowly it wasn't too bad. If you are willing to give up some goodies, there are also easy ways across the field. The best of luck to all of you

Okay have the old cloud row for all four farms and completed on one farm. Thank goodness I only needed one deco item to finish just had to remove some stuff from park.

 

Decree and Mir, thank you for the information. Think I will look at the FAQ and try to plan a route to goal. That might help me pick up more of the misc. goodies. Did reach my goal of getting the 60 PF, so will keep going and get the GBs before calling it a day. Of course, since I'm so bad at these games, it could take to the end of the event to get them.
