Football Fever Strategy Guide

The new storehouse/ warehouse feature requires 500 star to unlock it in the tree of wisdom. So friends please get the stars from this event.

Any complaints broke ? mingling ?

I have had several strategies for this event. Having planned a short break, my first strategy was to skip it (should have followed this one!).

Then I decided to just plant as many of the event crops as I could on my two main farms and see how far I got. I got a good lot of drops on my first harvest so I was quite confident ... and decided baby farm could play too (with just one field of crops). By the time I realised the drops were so rubbish, I was already too far in to stop.

Baby farm just got enough for the secret stables. Waste of time and effort and I will now revert to my original plan for this farm: trees and one field for any crop/animal required for an event (if breeding, for my own use, if other event, to sell).

The other two farms have got a mixture. I decided to get the (new) CR for both farms and a few of the other goodies, hoping to catch the other EP givers at a G&T at a later time. Had to have the 2011 Balloon so Chevrefeuille spent some star coins on that! That farm has only 23 star coins left and probably will have one more shot at 9 more star coins. Will probably get the Harvester Voucher.

Illy is still undecided but will probably opt for the most "expensive" EP giver and the Harvester Voucher with what star coins I have left.

I also couldn't take the time to send many gifts to those who posted - it just takes too much time sifting through all the names in my buddy lists to find anyone! And that font!

Thanks also to all those who send me gifts during events, some names I recognise and others I don't. All gifts are appreciated but on this occasion I am just about finished with this event so please save your gifts for those who still have a chance to get something good! My Frogs are out on all farms and I am looking forward to breeding some of those green babies!

Wow! That's a bit steep. What is going on in this game? Illy has oodles (nearly enough for all three farms lol and has every rune opened - that's after more than six years playing folks!). Chevrefeuille is about 70 short and baby has about half (and probably won't use it anyway) but I'm thinking there are a lot of farmers who will be at the number of stars needed for this!

I worked my Assets off to get these stars I got 500 for the rune, that will bite my star bank big time, but sadly we had to give Wilbur to the alter of soup and friends!
And what's up with 12,000 wood!?! My crazy chicken huts needs booster power! Where am I gonna find another 10,000 wood? I thought I was doing good getting 2000 together!

Wanders off..... need animal #'s up can't miss a neon don't trust BP we be getting to the last of the base animals they my call for any ones soon, maybe even more that two types...... now I am going to have to plant orchids till my eyes cross in pink slits just for that 1x increase of chance of a board refinement!!!!!

Bad enough the current game needs a wealth of crops, keltic waiting on drops ming has too many drops not enough crops grrrrrrr

 

Anyone got any smelling salts, Illy just fainted! Checked out the FAQs for the new Menagerie quest!

Back to topic, got some nice things from my secret stables/trees. Baby farm got an Anteater and a Red Panda. Illy got a Red Panda and two Chequer trees. Happy with that. If Chevrefeuille does equally well, the event won't have been such a disaster for me/us!

Now does anyone know why I got two Classic Parrots II on both the farms ... is it because of the limitations of Baha animals or is there something in the air for Parrots? Breeding perhaps? Sorry if this has already been suggested/hinted/rumoured ... I don't get the chancd to check everything out these days!

 

Last time I got sloth classic II, illy ! Haven't tried out this event. couldn't even play the event in a relaxed way. Got to get the stars & stickers. Might need another 90 or so drops. roses & lemongrass are growing and by tomorrow morning hopefully everything will be done - if nothing interferes. With that I am finished with this event. Not intending to go for rewards or classics.

Such a lot of breeding animals & tools for the Menagerie Upgrade !!! And you can get only two of it !!!

 

And that bites, 500 stars for a twofer? that's it? Let's minus those like me and see how unfair that is for the mega players, 12,000 wood is nothing to them, but to cap them? not fair.

Ming is loving this patch of mystery stables I got some new pens! that's cool.

mingling - 500 stars doesn't get 2, only 1. The 2nd one has to be purchased in the store for 299 BB.

Lots of stars, lots of woods, and lots of breeding EV to upgrade one. I like a challenge too. Explains why all albino bats have been bought from the market. I wondered what was going on ....now we know. Looks like other forums found out what we needed before we did.

Did the event according to my plan, just 2 fields with crops 24/7. Didn't want to risk running out of time to collect starcoins so I just played my very first soccergame on a screen. Nice field but a bit straight forward: aim, wait for free path, shoot, repeat.
I think I collected enough crops and drops for about 50 games. Will do a few more this evening and leave about 5 games till tomorrow morning. Then choose my rewards.

 

That's not a problem pnp. Two is better than one.

 

I'll give up my stars, my wood...but my Breeding animals come on...they are hitting where it hurts.

I've finished with soccer. I got all the misc. even the sticker and the new CR. I'm just gt bored with growing junks so went back to growing frogs.

I read the requirements, for now we can only get two houses, I hope we will be able to get more in time.
Now to go try and figure out the best breeding animals to offer, so many events!!!!!

Still growing half for this event, other fields building up beasts!

 

My farm can take the hit with wood and stars, but I agree with JJ that breeding animals are tough to ask for when we have so many breeding events and FSQs. I hope that the future storage facilities are not this expensive in resources.

Breeding animals Would take years to get that amount ...think i can do without a Menagerie
That amount isn't enticing new OR older players to want to play this game
The amounts are ridiculous ...sometimes i like fresh air and not spend my days and nights sat at a computer
Now i know why i got a toolbox from fuzzy

I am going to skip it for now too. All the quests I have left to complete are mainly the breeding ones, and the numbers required are just too steep for me, currently.


As for the current event, I think the older cloud row will be a definite miss. I have the new one activated already and have bought most of the miscellaneous ones.

Albino bats are the most efficient to submit when purchasing at this time. A few more should appear as one is completing strategy for the current event. (The cheap days are gone for the immediate future with albino bats and speckled goats.)

Wouldn't like to count how many PF needed to breed those animals


The Menagerie can be placed on your main farm, green meadow or magical glade. After buying it
So even less room for event crops to grow on


Another few fields would have been better...i like seeing my animals on the field ...After all it is a farm game we are playing ...Instead of in little boxes...which is called factory farming

I live in a farming community where the animals are free to run about in the fields
So i wont ever be buying one
