List of gotten an with what

So far farmers have gotten:

1 drill from Red Donkeys assuming full 4 were red.

1 drill from 4 Rare cat.

1 more gotten, ? no news on what used but it can be done

1 drill from a mix of pinks, < 2 Pink Ostrich egg farms, 1 Pink Truffle and 1 Pink Riding Lesson> The mix stalls work! just like in the intro picture.

1 drill from < 2 ladder factories and 2 cheese factories > Seems a mix of items is working.

I still don't get some things. Go figure.

I will be close to wiped out of stars if I open that rune.
My question opening it will we be able to open all types or just this type we can get now?
If they add a rune per type I will skip for now, took a long time to get them stars, I'd rather have the ones for workshops.

I understand I will be getting basic and staying there a long time, <12,000.000 wood lol millions of beasts snickers> they will still help me, I am happy, but want to check,we can add basic animals (4 stalls) and add like 4 red upgrades also? yes?

I'm happy more choices will be open to me as I play, nice to look forward to.

Yes, that is right, you can add 4 basics and then 4 red upgrades for those stables. So it'll be just like having 4 red stables

I just looked at the Wisdom Tree. There's definitely a root in the back on the right hand side. In reviewing the picture from the FAQ it can be seen there are two additional runes to unlock on that branch. It looks like they're all going to have to be unlocked, and might even need to be unlocked in order...

 

That is so wrong!

 

Hmm, it is not so easy to see in that picture. But, it seems to me that each rune is on its own little branch. My best guess would be that they don't have to be unlocked in order.

PS. Don't give up hope ming

 

I'm in the same boat. If I unlock one, it's going to be the workshop, as it really saves more space than the other for the cost...

Let's hope I'm wrong...

I just got a boatload of FQ done, I'm tapped to go get more stars for a few months.....I want that workshop one! koi take for-ever!
Now to go grow beasts... too bad no beast for stars, I know I'd throw that cow over the moon myself!

 

It does seem a gazillion things to exchange for having the menagerie and its upgrades. But the FAQ says, we "only" need 12 blueprints to fully upgrade the menagerie. However, the quest is offering 20. We may skip gold and diamond levels of the breeding animals and the tools and focus only on crops and fruits.
However, 18K of wood board is beyond huge!
I can't even imagine what it would be like when the tree and workshop menageries become available...

Do you know the expression "throwing clay at the wall"? If it sticks, it sticks. If it doesn't, it falls.

That is, BP threw those huge amounts to see if we'd take it without fuss. If we don't complain seriously, that's how it will be...

 

I was looking forward to this but the limitations are beyond the pale. Too expensive and the cost to upgrade so more pens can be added is ridiculous. I have got just pens and trees out on the main fields at the moment but I have 639 pens sitting in storage (that does not include my workshops or Jumbos) which I have not got room to put out so putting 4 in a Menagerie will not make a big difference. Good concept but needs a big rethink regarding cost.

 

To me it's nice.
The megas have been playing with nothing new in a loooong time, it's about time they got something for their placement in the game.
I read teddy's add on and I think it reads the rune is not some need to open to be able to use the storehouses, but just two ways to get one, rune or BB's or both.

I will be getting workshop ones, to my way of playing a 4 for 1 spot will work out on the farm.
The up grades are candy for another time. What burns me I will be CC'in my way to finish my quests now, as with the neons I was too slow not to be caught in the price wave, now all breeding animals will go up, day late and a dollar short every time! 1st the cuckoo's then dog prices on, and on ..........now storage lol.

 

I hear you mingling. I too will probably dump a nice chunk of CC into completing some quests. I still haven't decided whether or not I'll be getting the menagerie, but to be honest, I'll probably pass. The cost outweighs the benefit heavily.

I also understand what you mean about missing out...I feel that other forums get information before we do and by the time we get it the markets have already been hit. I saw Albino Bats sell out and had no idea why...now I know. The other one which has me questioning why is the Donkey on my market have double and even tripled over the weekend. Still no clue as to why.

even I had one thousand star &a lot of tools, Just check. I had over 50K of wood,
I will not throw my star on the Menagerie once it's active,
as farmerumf say....only put 4 unit is not very attractive, as upgrade need to input too much.
I will think more before decided.

I am really sorry that overall this feature is disappointing for you all.

The next runes or development are not yet known - you might have seen additional runes in the tree of wisdom but we don't know what will happen in the future. At the moment all we know is that the Menagerie will be released tomorrow, the way it has been presented - and you can get two indeed, one with stars and one with BBs.

The tools, blueprints and everything else is needed for getting +2 or +4 more slots in the Menagerie, since it initially offers 4 slots.

If you have further questions or something is unclear - do not hesitate to ask, and of course, post as much feedback as you can in the dedicated feedback thread because the Team is gathering your concerns.

Decree I'm glad someone is near me! lol, I tried to do other forums.... I'd rather do math.
As for donkeys we be getting down to a few animals to go neon, what could be next after the guess of bees/fish/ostrich? Donkey is a good bet in my book. BP has me slowing down on this, we went one 3x's, then 2 for 3 what's next 6 types of animals to send off?

I don't like the price only cause I don't have the star power, to do more than a one hit wonder, but will I do it? yep.

 

I definitely understand the speculation for the next neon stables. Yet it seemed most people had speculated that fish would be the next stable to go neon. If they follow their pattern it will actually be three different animals for neon stables. I've been preparing quite a bit for the next potential neon stables, but some things still don't make a lot of sense. Unjustified speculation really shouldn't drive the market that high. It makes me wonder if there are people on the servers who know about events before they're going to happen.

 

Wish my mind was better,but not all that long ago, the reading of a quest made it sound like an animal would be used if read that way,in real time nope not at all but the market went bare I remember that much.
I heard fish may be next,but all just guessing, all I know is I worry about #'s as me getting a neon built is funny, I have to win them to have them.

That's why the more I think on it the better them workshops holders sound. koi lots of koi! That way I can warehouse up the koi and still use field but never stop the koi I need a lot of koi it seems.

As for insider tips, we all had that friend that knows her cousin, that servers coffee at his meeting and just hears a little something something around the water cooler. wish I had them friends again lol.

 

I have just over 500 stars. I think I'll save them for the Manufactory since that is coming soon too. I'd rather have more workshops than stables.

 

I'm thinking I'll do the same thing Mir. That will also give them some time to work all the bugs out too.

 

Whatever it is that is coming tomorrow, seem not to be worth the stars. Will hold onto mine...
