I really wish the drop rate had been better. This is the first event I've ever had to insta-SG anything in order to finish.

 

I respect your viewpoint as always. I see meeting the demand just the opposite and for one who intends on getting the most efficiently then one should indeed selectively buy breeding animals. What nearly all farmers should contribute is simply based on the market value to EV ratio which is just as in donating to meet trophy requirements. (I would guess many do not know what they actually have invested in a specific breeding animal anyway.)

If purchasing, there is no reason not to purchase the breeding animal with the lowest market value to exchange value for donation, none. There is no reason to care what happens to the rest of the market as one only is concerned about what they want. (It's very unlikely any will be able to affect the market movement anyway.)

Here is how this will work: I hold about 8,600 albino bats. There is no reason for any knowledgeable person not to buy them if I price them at twice their EV right now. (I want a little more for my risk so I will hold until the targets are ready to spend.) There is no reason to spend for or produce an item where one is giving 6, 7, 8, 9, or more times thier EV when the eligible animals will appear in the market for less. The market can and will stand it.

And lots of 1s and 2s and 4s are no good because those buying need several hundred. I see lots more effects.

Sure some won a few spinnin the wheel and so did I. But no one got 1,000,000 EV worth. Nice move by BP.

hahaha Those playing "what-if" and prepping for the HH competition have a decision to make and that is whether to donate for a box, sell for a box, or hold and they may never need.

While I'm thinking about it, my strategy for 2 minutes is to buy all the lettuce breeding animals available (and there should not be many).

Hope everyone got what they wanted from the current event. I sure did and the chickens are on holiday.

 

I definitely predict an increase all around for breeding animals, and a good bit of PF sold the next time a Baby Boom comes around. I say this because it appears for every one person who reads this forum and knows the cost associated with these Menagerie, there are 1000+ who don't read or use the forums on a consistent basis. As such, many will not be fully informed of the drastic cost these Menagerie give and will be more than willing to go the extra mile in order to get their upgrades. This means breeding animals will be higher in demand and shorter in supply. Supply will ultimately be dictated by how much sellers have stored and are willing to sell. This will largely be determined as to whether or not the sellers desire to have the new Menagerie as well. BP will sell more PF this coming breeding event then ever before. I also wouldn't be surprised to see another BB sale before the end of the month.

Had to spend 139 SG to get 146 drop, using the insta-finish refinements on comfort fields. Used Barley, enhanced with a small chance of not wasting our SG reserves.

Anyway, for someone in need of 1530 drops and growing a lot of junk, I really had no choice.

Got new CR and items plus Impenetrable defence + GB, PF, Party ticket, all wonder stuff and... the sticker!

I won't put my wonder stuff in field. Usually, I like to accumulate until I have more than 10 or until those specific wonder stuff name is no longer available. Unfortunately, I know I have to take a few frogs in the process. Just as I did with mice...
Still, not a good feeling of accomplishment. Rather, a feeling of being milked...

I do something similar, however given the current price of the Baha rare animals, I suggest you put those stables out before their value withers away.

 

I'm done! Finished this morning with the last of the drops. Normally events have defined requirements (think FSQ format) and I'm done early, but this time with so much in the shop and trying to balance a gazillion event crops with drops meant I worked on it the entire time on both farms. I have now put out long crops and trees to give this tired puppy a little rest. Thanks to all my neighbors and forum buddies that sent rubber balls. Your gifts make a big difference and always make me smile.

 

I did not even try to get everything.. played relaxed, did not take down my frogs and swans, scent trees or jumbo trees; only used one Baha field and left my newest trees and animals on it, Anteaters and Tiger.
But I still got everything on the Miscellaneous page, so I am more than happy.

I quite like the games, and got 9 coins every play but 2.

I was very happy with my secret stables on Chevrefeuille: Sloth ( ) Yellow Chopstick (), Orange Carpet Factory ( ), but it gets better - Anteater ( ) and ... drum roll please ... Pink Monkey ( )! Colour me pink and happy! My first pink Baha animal!

Thanks Mir, I was very pleased with my Pink Monkey, Red Pandas and Anteaters - I don't normally have much luck with the new animals but this time, result! Also this farm got two Chequers tree and Chevrefeuille got one. Added to my recent acquisition via other secret seedings, I now have Cachews too so one of the latest FSQs is mine for the taking!

I got double XXL Almond tree and XXL cherry tree which I already have
On a bright side, I got strawberry tree and dogwood tree.

On the animal stable side I got double orange monkey playground
But I'm quite pleased with my 3 other stables : 1 orange bikini botique, 1 red panda and 1 flamingo lake.

 

Baha trees were 4 x Bhuddha's hands and Grapefruit. No Mangosteen or Cashew or other good ones
Mainland 2 x Dogwood and three other useless trees.
No stables yet...

 

I want to thank my friends and neighbors who sent me rubber balls While I enjoyed the mini game I am really glad this event is over

Okay four farms got cloud row and what I needed to finish old cloud row. Got stables on all four but not everyone got trees. One farm got three carpets can't remember others. One got pink panda. One got three tigers. Already had three so need to trade when time comes. The other one got ant eater and flamingo which they needed. Glad this is over.
