Once Upon a Lilypad

Okay, put 100 sets of frogs in to percolate overnight, put big yellow sticky on computer to remind me DON'T HARVEST BREEDING HOUSE UNTIL AFTER BOOM STARTS!!!, now trying to decide if should sell some now or wait a little and see if prices rise as the end of BB draws near (started with 921, now down to 521, hoping 100 breedings will get me what I need to complete entire event, as want those red pens and the stars). Have roughly 65 frogs out, one field of chickens as they are over 900right now and I'm pretty sure I can easily get 1000 for lots of 100. Down to 24 chickens left in barn, lol, had almost 2000 but sold most of them last week @850, and just listed the last 500 for said 1000 CC. Depending on what chickens do tomorrow, I will either keep 2 fields of frogs and 1 chicken, or up it to 2 of chickens and 1 of frogs, which ever I think will net me the most CC (chickens being faster to produce, thus overall possibly a better CC maker).

lol, I completely understand spotsbox. I'm trying to figure out what to sell since EVERYTHING has increased as a result of the menagerie, and it's upgrade quest.

 

Reminder (cuz I usually forget until too late)- There are 2 new breeding runes for frogs. One costs 55 stars and the other costs 50 (I've forgotten which is which) One will give you a glass frog (670000 EV) and the other 20 frogs 10 PF & 20 Pheromones. Hope this helps someone.

 

Is this being played in FS ? because i cannot find it in there... And can you tell me where we harvest these grasshoppers and what from please

Nellie_Noodles - The event & the Quests do not begin until tomorrow(Friday June, 17). I think someone was kidding about the grasshoppers. Good luck..I hope you get great skips!

 

I find the general donation patterns illustrated here fine as long as the computations are correct. This farm will not donate using any of the specific patterns offered. There is an alternative method which immediately will yield more for the cc investment. The method is simply based upon using a cost to EV computation. (Always consider the market value if one chooses to sell in the market.)

I find no more efficient manner. There is a disadvantage: One must make the computation effort to determine their cost for each animal and it takes time. The computation may be as sophisticated as one chooses to make them.

1. one assigns their cost to the breeding animal.
2. Then one determines the cost to EV ratio.
3. Finally one efficiently donates on the basis of the lowest cost to EV ratio. (One should consider market value prior to donation.) The benefits are immediate.

The exact donations will be different for most every farm. Specific methods will even vary slightly. The end result of which to donate is clear. Provided records are maintained, the method will work for any breeding animal donation.

For farms which may have hundreds or thousands of breeding animals the method may be used. One simply must begin to do so and move on. Benefits are still immediate. Even better, the longer one does this then the more accurate ones computations naturally become.

As long as one is consistent with computations then one can compare accurately. (I warn you that if you keep doing it you will find yourself working an estimate for the cost of pf.)

Using the method described above, I must assign a cost to that animal also just as must assign a cost to animals won on the wheel. The animal(s) do/will exist in my barn. I will do it, there are all kinds of ways of doing it, and regardless of how I choose to do it I will have to live with it. Some may use -0- or some other number based on their own rationale. If donating using a cost to EV ratio (and eventually considering market price) anyone cannot help but to be more efficient with donations.

wow this event is really awesome and it hasn't even started yet lol ive made over 7 million ccs plus ive got a lot more for sale so by morning I'm hoping to be over 9 or 10 million ccs woo hoo btw that's really good for me lol

 

I would like to send a big thank you to everyone who has put out all the effort to simplify this event by doing all the math and explaining everything in terms us simple minded people can understand.

Thank you for reminding us about the runes, m_adele! I am undecided as to whether I will spend the stars for the glass frog or not, will wait and see how breeding goes. Right now working mightily to resist the urge to harvest my love shack. As much as I am impatient, I'm not willing to waste all the PF I invested in it to satisfy my click itch, but tomorrow morning will be another story - my day starts 4 hours before BB, which will draggggg onnnnn foreverrrrrr...maybe I'll go mow the lawn to distract myself.

 

Milling three lots of frog feed ...the event will be over time its finished lol
Have got 101 frogs to feed...why did i buy so many...thought it was a good idea last night ... but am not so sure it was now... I didn't take into account how long the feed would take
Feed at the market for 25 is 91.941.25... so that isn't an option to me ...but i can see why it is this price ... time taken milling it

Should have started milling well before this event started ....another lesson learnt

We can Breed Frogs to our liken and Fun, for Once Upon A Lilypad Quest. As we can play it as we like. As Decree Gave Information what is Requirement in Terms of Frog Exchange Values needed to Complete Level 1 to Level 7 to get Cloud Row + 1 Set of Givers + 1 Frog Pond III: Red

But if we do Levels 8 to Level 17 to Obtain another Frog Pond III: Red you would need to Donate another 2,022,000 Worth Frogs/Breeding Frogs. That is lots of Breeding Frogs. It just make no sense to do this, But I am going to do a Different Strategy to Try and Gets More Frog Pond III: Red

The Reason is i have Unlocked an Menagerie using 500 Stars. I am planing to Put in 4 x Frog Pond III: Red into it as Menagerie can Hold 4 Stables, Without the Need to use up your woods or work on Menagerie Quest to get BluePrints to Upgrade Menagerie Later.

As you can see we only need 3 Gentleman Frogs per to Make an Frog Pond III: Red. We have two Options to Achieve this either do Frog Breeding to Win any Gentleman Frogs, or simply Snap them up in the Markets as soon as they appear but will need plenty of cc to do this

I am Aiming to go to Level 13 and Stop There as we can get 2nd Set of Givers + another Ladder Factory as i am going to for same prizes as Mir 85. Why i am working how to conserve the woods for Menagerie as we also need woods to Make Coloured Pens and Ladder Factories !!!

I am still Milling Frog Feeds now selling Frog Feeds for over 4000 cc each. Also Grow 128 Frogs too, As I will start to sell all of my surplus Frogs....Started selling Eggs over 1000 cc each too.

Let See How many Millions of CC we can make from this Event. Well Done to Those who have made Millions of cc already. But these Millions CC will soon goes snapping up Bargain Breeding Frogs

@FarmerDelight YES, YES, YES, YES!!! There is a mini-event called baby boom day which you can find details for here. The biggest reason to wait is this, "all breedings harvested during the Event, should give TWINS. This means that you'll get the animal you were supposed to get PLUS a random coloured animal OR 2 normal animals."

An example would be as such:

4 Frogs = 1 Dart Frog under normal breeding.
4 Frogs = 2 Dart Frog under baby boom day
OR
4 Frogs = 1 Dart Frog + 2 Frogs

As you can see you get more for both your original set of frogs, and the Powerfeed you're using to do the breeding.

 

My head is spinning with all this information...I just hope I have enough actual reg. frogs to get where I want to go, which is to the colored pens & ladder factory--->red

Hi Elimeno Each Regular Frog has Exchange Value of 382 cc to New Frog Quest called Once upon a Lilypad. But we need to do some Breeding of Frogs using 4 X Frogs in Breeding Pen which is located next to Nearest to your Harvest.

From of Breeding Frogs that you get Chances to Win Higher Value Breeding Frog which has you to work on Once upon a Lilypad. But you will need to use some Power Feeds as Each Breeding Pen needs 2 Power Feeds. But you can get Back 75 Power Feeds if you complete First 6 Levels this is My Advice to All Newbies
