Currently at 716 drops. Not quite as many as I would have hoped for by this point, but plenty of time to finish the event. No reason to put out chickens since the price of manure isn't high enough for me yet.

You bet your Bippy it is! xD

YUM!! I warn ya ming, bribery will get you everywhere! ;)

That seems to be the question of the hour. One that has us all (or nearly all) muttering to ourselves. :p

I have half as many drops. (bummer). Poo is over 100 in my market. I'd take advantage of that but chickens won't give me the drops my crops do.

Still I'll muddle along. Already have two levels of the quest finished, so I'll just keep pecking away at it.:)

No time between events is not nice... The fruitdealer event will probably start as soon as this one finishes. Rumor is that drops will only come from trees, so I want to set up for double auto tree harvest on at least three fields. That means very few drops for the last 40 hours of the event :( Growing refined crop squares now, best crop there is to boost drops :)

Do you think having a farm filled with 1X2 plots will yield better drops than 2X2 plots? I mean you're harvesting twice the amount.

Market Prices Sky High, compared to Market Prices to what they use to be....??? Is a Shortage of Supplying in the Markets. Which is often at times not outweighing Demands.

Reasons why we buy from the markets
    1. Doing Events prevent us to be able to stock up our farms
    2. Many Farmers not go the time to be able to Harvest Their Farms as often as they like, therefore have to buy from the Markets due to shortfall of Requirements in their Barn
    3. Milling Animal Feeds, Needs such things as Eggs, Cow Milk as Many Farms having Little or No Egg or Cow Mill Trees. Frog Feed certainly Drain the Flow of Eggs in the Market
    4. Milling Animal Feeds also needs Fruits. Fruits such as Plums or Walnuts does not Yield good EP so most of us rather Buy them in the Markets.
    5. Farmers whom have Jobs to go to, Attend to Family Needs Looking After Love Ones, As Real life gets in the way. As these are not able to restock their Farms buy Growing Things Manually
    6. RL Busy Farmers. Have no choice to Buy anything their are in short supply off From the Markets, or not got the time to Grow it.
    7. Some of us Buy Things from the Markets to make CC by Reselling Back into The Markets
    8. Many of Buy from the Markets to help Complete or work on Permanent Quests
    9. Farmers Buy From Markets to Complete Farm House Orders
    10. We buy from Markets to Craft things from Artisan Village
    11. Many Things to Grow does not give good EP. As we rather Grow things that gives better EP
    12. Some Things are too inconvenient To Grow (Does not take too long to Grow) Especially Overnight
    13. We always want to grow things that Sells well in the Markets to make good CC. But none of us want to grow things that has little market value.
    14. Buy Artisan Crafts as they are cheaper to buy than to Make. We Buy Animals from the Markets as they are cheap than to Grow, We Buy Breeding Animals as they save us Power Feeds.
    15. Milling Can only Mill Animal Feed at one a Time. It Takes Time to Mill Things. As we can consume Animal Feeds Quicker than Producing them. Island Milling Times is much more time consuming
Poo Farming has Cooled during this Event. Grow Junk Crops does not take that long to Reap !! The Drop Rate Requirement is too high for this Event. As Poo Farming does not give good Drops. But What is Interesting using Menagerie Benefits Amount of Poo and Boost Drops. Might be a New Concept for Poo Farming or Drops Booster in Future Events :)

    FAQs are out already!

You will get these drops while harvesting your :
Main farm, Green Meadow, Magical Glade and the Tropical fields : Bahamarama and Rainforest from trees only

Magic Trees will give 1 x Wonderfruit during the event
You can also gift and purchase them
The Wonderftuits can be donated along with the main land fruits to the event quests, with a value of 400 CCs.

    :inlove::music::D:inlove:

I haven't done any of the numbers yet or worked out if I can do it on all farms but I am looking forward to a non-crop growing event! :)

Edit: Just did a quick recky and think my baby farm can get all the EP items and one of each of the trees (64 Star Coins) without even breaking a sweat - but I'm bound to have missed something/miscalculated somewhere.

Just looked again and the Wonderfruits are not required for anything else than donating along with mainland fruits. Shame Baha fruit can't be used but I suppose we can't have everything ... or can we? :p

If the drops are good (LOL!) we can use less of our fruit stock. Now, if we had over 6,000 Wonderfruit, no need to use any from our barn! xD

I have edited my original post regarding the Fruit Market as the FAQs have been updated - I thought it was unusual for Mir to be wrong about a rumour! Trees only for drops it is but now the Baha trees are included so not too bad. Not for donation though ... oh well. Can't have it all ... I think I am starting to repeat myself! :music:

Illy needs 423, Chevrefeuille needs 466 and Chevrefeuile needs a miracle (or 703 to put it another way). I'm not too concerned and think I will make it on the two main farms. Still not milled anything, just want to make sure I pick the right prizes if I don't get enough drops! :p

Hints grabbed tips horded thank-you! now to "math out when to get my dream of field of trees on the mainlands, lookie that -.- dreams can come true. I need to shut up about dreams......

I hear ya with my bad ear! I want time to farm!! I had it all planned out too, after the drops build up areas new frontiers. Best laid plans......

Being hard pressed to attain the needed drops for this event, I must forego planting trees for the next one. I need those fields to grow the crops for the drops.

So just where is it smart to schedule two events one on top of the other which by their very nature are mutually exclusive?

The Devs really need to take a step back on pressing these events. A couple of days between each event is not too much to ask for. Insisting on cranking out events as fast as they can will result in some of us simply not participating due to lack of opportunity for proper preparation.

I refuse to be hurried along by other peoples lack of consideration for the Farmers.
