FAQ The Fruit Market


​

• No event crops. Donate main land fruits in order to gain star coins. With the star coins get the prizes you want from the shop.
• Drop is Wonderfruit. Value of wonderfruit is 400 CCs.
• Drops are from trees from Main farm, Green Meadow, Magical Glade and the Tropical fields : Bahamarama and Rainforest .
• You can donate this drop fruits along with the mainland fruits.
• Other than the trees nothing else gives you drops.
• Thre are 3 types of donations : Small, Medium & Large

1. Small donations will give you 1 Star Coin per level
2. Medium one will give you 3 Star Coins per level
3. Large one, 8 Star Coins per level.

• We need 64 star coins to get all prize once
• In the FAQ tabular column 20 levels are given for each type of donations. After 20 you can go proceed further to 21, 22, 23,.......etc., Levels are unlimited and for each level the requirements increase as given below
• Every time you complete the quest, the requirements request will increase with

1. 20% of these basic values for the Small donations, that is, the requirement for the current level would be requirement for previous level + 4000 CCs value of fruits. For level 21 it will be 100,000, for level 22, it will be 104,000, 108,000, 112,000.........and so on
2. 15% for the Medium ones, that is, the requirement for the current level would be requirement for previous level + 10,800 CCs value of fruits. For level 21 it will be 288,000, 22 will be 298,800 ......
3. 10% for the Large ones, that is, the requirement for the current level would be requirement for previous level + 122.400 CCs value of fruits. For level 21 it will be 672,000. 794400 for level 22 and so on...

I am a new farmer with not many trees or CCs. What tree is the best to buy? Is it better to cover my farm in apple trees or a mixture of different trees?

 

Hi ChristmasTreeFarm, What is your farm level ? Do you have any special trees ? Special trees fruits give you good CC values. Put out the tree you unlocked last. As tree fruit value increases for each tree you unlock as you level up. You can buy more trees from the shop/nursery.

Maple tree gives you the highest CCs value of 170 CCs. You can unlock it only in level 77.

 

FAQ states

Drops are:
Main farm, Green Meadow, Magical Glade and the Tropical fields : Bahamarama and Rainforest from trees only

So, NO drops from anything but trees!

 

The Wonderfruit will only drop when harvesting Trees...Is this confirmed

 

The FAQs changed - I copied my post in the Tea Solves Everything Strategy thread so that I wouldn't mislead anyone. Oh well, out come the trees but at least we get drops from everywhere. I like trees - I only need the harvester function, well except for my Glade critters!

 

Thank you, habalala. Seems the FAQ was revised. I was puzzled when I read drops are from stables etc and tropical fileds were excluded. But now FAQ has been changed and I have edited my first post too.

Yes that's confirmed. See here Wonderfruit for confirmation. But its always wise to keep an eye on OA, FAQ & Strategy thread. If FAQ is changed, some player or other point them out in this thread.

 

Are we sure that the drops don't come from stables? Does the note about trees just apply to Baha fields? Not too worried - I am sure it will all become clear nearer the time.

Edit: Of course, Mir has asked the pertinent question. Drops of Wonderfruit will only come from harvesting trees. So all is now crystal clear!

It is Confirmed that Wonder Fruits will only Drop From Main Field, Green Meadow and Glade. But is only Drops from Trees.

So we have to Make Sure that we need to have Full Three Fields Full of Trees.

MAPLE Fruit has the Best Exchange Value of 170 CC, As we can get 4 Maple Fruits per Tree. We can boost Each Fruit Tree by another +2 using Suzy Super Grow on Trees.

We can use Suzy Turbo Mulch to Reduce Tree Growing time by 30%.

Each Wonder Fruits is worth 400 CC Each. But it is only a Three Day Event. An Average Trees Takes 20 Hours to Grow, Except for Apple Tree, Chestnut Tree, Cork Oak Tree.

All XL Trees Takes 18 Hours to Grow, Except for XL Apple, XL Cork Oak.

Since This is 3 Days Event, We can only Harvest Trees only up to 4 Times during this Event.

It Already have pushed up All Fruit Prices in the Markets.

We can place a Maximum of 586 Trees on Main Land, Green Meadow and Glade Fields.

586 x 4 Fruits per Tree = 2344 Fruits

For Example 2344 Maple Fruits @ 170 CC Each Only Generate 398,480 CC worth of Fruit per Harvest

Max Amount of Tree Harvests is 4, 4 x 398,400 = 1, 593,920 worth of Maple fruits

Add any Wonder Fruits of 400 CC Each into Fruit Market Event.

Each Maple Tree Cost 3750 CC to Buy from the Stores. As I already got 572 Maple Trees in my Barn Collection Dust since last used them on Happy Tree Day Event.

 

Mooboy - we also get Wonder fruits from the trees on Baha and Rainforest so we can have all 5 fields full of trees.

20 hour trees will give the best drops to start with but then I will use all my XXL upgrades so I can harvest twice a day for both drops and fruit for donation.

 

I am level 57. I do have some special trees from the last couple of events and the sea shells. They all sit on the edges of the crops.
The highest tree I can buy is a pine tree. For the same amount of CC I can buy 9 apple trees. I don't have a lot in the barn since I have been working on quests in the city.

 

Thanks Pup At First Baha and Rainforest was not included in This Event at First. Now FAQ Have been Amended. Now Baha and Rainforest is included. My Additional Advise Always make sure you have Eaten Pineapple Cake before you Harvest and Tropical Trees as i already one one Field of Goji Trees. The other Field is mixed of Rare Trees.

So I going to Make some Pineapple Cakes Ready for This Event.

 

Mooboy, we get only the drops from tropical fields. We cannot donate tropical fruits. That's what FAQ says. I know its unfair. But still that's what FAQ says.

Pine cone gives you 145 CCs. Apple gives you 60 CCs. It is not how much trees you can buy. But how much trees of best value you can put in the farm. My suggestion will be to buy pine trees as much as you can and put them out in the fields. If you don't have CCs, try selling your animals. They sell very fast now. And with the CCs buy pine trees. Pine trees would be the best option for you. If you have suzy's super grow & turbo mulch you can use them to get additional 2 fruits and lessen the time taken to grow the trees. But wait until the event to use turbo mulch as we get drops during the event and it gives 400 CCs. So you can get more drops as you harvest more number of times. May be other seasoned players here can give you some more good advice.

Apple tree gives you 480 value of fruits a day. Pine gives you 580 value of fruits a day. Also drop will be more from pine trees.

I think we need the following values (CCs) of fruits to complete the first 20 levels in each category. I have not re-checked it. So it might also be wrong. Hence I have not included it in my first post.

Small - 1,160,000/-
Medium - 3,492,000/-
Large - 8,734,300/-

Without using Turbo Mulch:
It is wise to plant ALL of your 20 hrs trees on Sunday, July 3 at 18:01 CEST (UTC +2)
or go with
18 hrs (XL) trees, best planted on Sunday, July 3 at 20:01 CEST (UTC +2)
12 hrs (XXL) trees, best planted on Monday, July 4 at 02:01 CEST (UTC +2)

With using Turbo Mulch on every tree:
It is wise to plant ALL of your 20 hrs trees on Monday, July 4 at 01:01 CEST (UTC +2) -growing time = 13:00 hrs-
18 hrs (XL) trees, best planted on Monday, July 4 at 02:19 CEST (UTC +2) -growing time = 11:42 hrs-
12 hrs (XXL) trees, best planted on Monday, July 4 at 06:13 CEST (UTC +2) -growing time = 7:48 hrs-

Be aware in this event growing trees is NOT STRICKLY NEEDED. All it gives when one does so is more treefruits and a drop item worth 400CC/each in the donations. Unless the droprate is super high, it's not putting a big dent in the whole task.
Best to unload the excess of mainland treefruits already in your barn and/or to buy some from the markets, there will be plenty available.


To get one of each new tree from the shop you'll need to collect 40 star coins
To get all of the misc items from the shop you'll need to collect 24 star coins
To get one of each item offered in the shop you'll need to collect 64 star coins

My advise is to go with the large basket as it gives the best value for your donations. 8 star coins per level and only 8 levels needed.
Total donations to be made to get 64 star coins = 2,417,200 CC (static value) in mainland treefruits and Wonderfruits (drops)

I am getting Confused with This FAQ, to Which Fields we can get Wonder Fruits. I Feel Sorry for those who Brought Tropical Fruits in the Markets as we will not be able to Donate Tropical Fruits for this Event.

I have asked Question that i was Fearing...The Amount of Main Farm Tree Fruit Values for Small, Medium and Large Donations to up to Level 20 of Each Group.

As we can donation Beyond Level 20 of each Group if we wanted too to get more Star Coins, that we need to Buy 4 New Trees.

Small Donation Quest of Fruit Exchange Value up to Level 20 = 1,160,000 CC (EV) or
6824 Maple Fruits (170 EV Each) Rewarding on 20 Star Coins

Medium Donation Quest of Fruit Exchange Value up to Level 20 = 3,492,000 CC (EV) or
20542 Maple Fruits (170 EV Each) Rewarding on 60 Star Coins

Large Donation Quest of Fruit Exchange Value up to Level 20 = 12,970,900 CC (EV) or
76300 Maple Fruits (170 EV Each) Rewarding on 160 Star Coins

I would Strong Suggest All Farmers to Read This Before Buying any Trees or Fruits in the Markets !!

As they need to reflect the Info I have Put here for The Fruit Market Event. It is a real pity we cannot donate Tropical Fruits at all as there are many Higher Exchanged Value Fruits

 

I might have a senile moment here, but why are we doing this quest if we can buy the trees in the shop in the first place??

There is NO need to complete any of the quests! This event is all about collecting enough star coins to buy new trees and a few misc items. Just stop donating once satisfied with the result!

The new rare trees in this event do not cost any BBs, unlike they will do IF available in the shop!

 

I think I'll pick and choose with this one. That's a barn busting lot of tree fruit for most of us. The only tree fruit I'm okay on is tropical; I'm a bit lax about mainland tree fruit.

 

I think we need 64 star coins to get all prize once. Doing few levels of large donation will give us the coins. Only the trees are redeemable several times. I still can't figure out why there is such a long list of levels in the event ? Is it worth having more amount of the special trees. There are no other prizes. Am I missing out something important ?

 

Where does it say that we will be able to buy the trees? (except with star coins in the event)
