The Fruit Market - Strategy

alexis, I have read through this strategy so many times and I still am checking it out. Here are some posts you might want to read: Page 2 Post# 33 from decree, Page 2 Post # 35 from Mir, Page 4 post # 68. I think once you have played a level you can't do it again. However if you look a couple of levels up in each category, you can more or less repeat the same thing. At least that is how I interpret it to be Quick question to anyone. would it be good to use Pineapple cake?

 

Pineapple cake will give you more Baha fruit (you cannot donate it) but will not generate more drops so only use it if you want to collect more Baha fruit for other uses.

 

Those preparing for the TOP 1000 now must make a few strategic decisions. If indeed the TOP 1000 takes place this year AND tree fruit is allowed as a donation in the final competition then one must give a little thought to strategy before selling tree fruit.

I am sure many acquired tree fruit using a market value to EV ratio. The requirements of this event surely illustrate the benefits of doing so. Here is the question:

• What tree fruit does one sell, if any, in order to be able to later replace the same EV?

If one believe one cannot do this then perhaps one should either forget about the TOP 1000 or not sell any at all.

One should be careful because one can in effect loose total EV which may be needed later OR may just go through a pointless exercise of buying and selling but getting nowhere.

 

Thank you, julie1013! I will check out those posts, and I suspect once we've played one or two levels things will become clearer. I'm just fearful of making a mistake straight out of the gate.

Some days the maths in this game make my brain hurt.

where is all the fruit coming from? o ya from every tree you have and All the fruit you have or can buy. if your a seller great, if not

If you first get the miscellaneous prizes then:

• The first set of trees costs 1,448,800 EV
• The second set of trees costs 1,854,800 EV
• The third set of trees costs 2,272,400 EV
• The fourth set of trees costs 2,661,600 EV
• The fifth set of trees costs 3,077,200 EV

The drops at EV 400 each ....hmmm... I need 3622 drops for the first set !!!

We as players are actively participating in the early stages of the manufactory, arboretum, and menagerie development. As I have said many times before, control is now being done through the illusive drill. But there is no need for the drill unless one hopes to expand. In doing so one will need the drill and company revenue will be derived, count on it.

One needs blueprints to expand. Fuzzles sure is giving away a lot of tools lately. We won't get all we need from Fuzzles though but just enough to tease us.

Tree fruit can be donated during the last steps of each quest. Tools are required during the second step of each quest. And what do you know is required for the first step but farmland animals or breeding animals. And breeding animal need will drive pf use and sales.

Emptying barns is an ongoing game necessity and so is getting into bank accounts. As long as control is maintained, the future looks bright.

Get that plastic ready and while you're at it just go on and get yourself a tree. hahahaha

What seems to be a generous 50 pf award during this event is only a drop in the bucket needed to work this area of the game. (Notice how there is control of the BAHA basic animals and allowance for the BAHA breeding animal donation.) This all fits together. Tree fruit is long term project to begin marketing that worthless arboretum.

Th effects of this event coupled with the boxes and related quests are far reaching and change the direction of this game.

But who cares, we make our own challenges anyway.

 

Thank you 12ss12 for the specs, I like those new trees but...if the drop rate has an impossible tilt like it did for the tea event, I'm going to expect little help from those coins. I hope I'm not disapointed with this like all the tea bags they threw in Boston Harbor to stop us from finishing, I've a spare 458 BB's to finish..not.

ming, I want to cuddle with that kitty I finally got 2 of my fields planted around 9 last night and just did my last one about 30 minutes ago. That will have to do. At least I got Baha and Rainforest done early and on time My tree from the Tea Quest was an XXL Maple.

 

Yeah, the poutin' kitty says it all! so green, so foot stomping all in a fun way.
I threw the towel in on ming went and did another thing all together..... the towel came back and smacked me in the back of the head, I got my last 5 cup of teas, how? I have no idea but not complaining! What did I use? everything down to the kitchen sink!

 

I harvested my trees to get drops for the current event. So they will be ready again tomorrow.
I don't know yet what rewards I should aim for but I am sure that I will try to get all the new trees at least once. How many times do you want to buy them?

 

I Managed to get 128 Wonderfruits From Harvesting Trees from All 5 Fields. I have Donated Trees to get 40 Star Coins and placed 4 New Trees into my Glade Added Suzy Super on This Next Harvest in 20 Hours plus 12 Hours

 

I followed Decree's advice to the letter, got the rewards I wanted, and I'm done! Thanks to all!!!

Many rare trees are NOT available in any shop. G & T, wonder trees or event quests are the only options for them. While its likely these will eventually be included in a wonder tree selection, there is no gaurantee, and they will, of course, require BB if they are.

I turned off my auto tree harvester eight hours before the event started, but they still harvested !!! And quite a few were about an hour before the event started.....
I am not Happy. (Yes, Grumpy!)

 

I can't decide if this event is worth it, or if I should just sell my fruit in the market...

 

I do wish I had read the FAQs more carefully before converting Baha to trees Ah well, back they go....

My strategy is to get the items I want (maybe 3 of each tree, not sure) and then start selling. As expected, tree prices are through the roof already. If they drop, then I will just refill my barns.
