I will make a first stab at the figures. :wuerg:

We need Buckwheat and Baitworm (event drop) to make Fishfood. To attempt to get all of the 182 prizes, requirements are:

    270 x 140 = 37,800

    13 x 140 = 1,820

Think I will cherry pick this one lol! :music:

    Other items required:

    130 Apples
    20 Walnuts
    20 Plums
    20 Mulberries
    40 Pears
    60 Cherries
    40 Acorns
    60 Oranges
    20 Angels Trumpets
    40 Yellow Pears
    60 Dates
    150 Lettuce
    50 Carrots
    150 Wheat
    150 Corn

Edit: Oh, by the way, feel free to double/triple check my figures. I am really hoping they are wrong! xD

Thanks for starting the thread Bhodho and the math illy.

I don't think we need to do all of it. (I won't). The best prices are with the animals and the chests and an occasionally sea weed (for the keys). So we have to make a copy and of the "map" and mark our way through the maze. The seaweeds with key rewards are 4, 15,32, 65, 99, 103, 105, 122, 157, 164, 171.
More thoughts to it, needs to wait until my family is busy with themselves.

I must call it junk in this thread afterward..
sad that I forget to check the forum before I plant my field.
So, could only do the start up preparation next morning... !

I'm adding these details to my SOS thread - it may be helpful to those who are not sure if they need help or not! :p

Dnin - the event starts tomorrow, have you planted long term crops/placed animals already? I have trees everywhere and will not harvest (if I can keep my hands of that harvester!) until the event starts. Wastes a bit of time but hey, we have lives to live too ... don't we? :music:

By following this pattern I got it down to 74 fishfood needed for cloud row and only one of each giver item. The underlined ones are golden keys, blue are chests and the ones in parenthesis are crabs and krakens that are optional extras. That's still 19980 buckwheat and 962 baitworms though.

    2, 5, 4, 6, 8, 11, 15, 14, 13, 19, (22), (21) 23, 24, 25, 29, 31, 35, 34, 37, 40, 44, 47, (46), 48, 50, 54, 53, 52, 56, 58, 61, 64, 65, (66), 71, 73, 76, 80, 83, 82, 87, 86, 89, 92, 91, 96, 95, 98, 102, 104, 106, 109, 112, 113, 117, 119, 123, 122, 124, 125, 126, 129, 132, 133, 136, 140, 144, 143, (147), 142, 139, 138, 137, 134, 141, 145, 146, 149, (150), 153, 152, 156, 159, 160, 163, 164, 167, 166, 170, 172, 173, 174, 175, 176, 179, 182

Edit for some of the additional prizes:
If wanting the wonder trees not included(all stables are included already) in the pattern above you will need an additional 4 fishfood. Numbers for these are 85, 84, 88 and 93, 94, 90.
If wanting the harvester coupon not included you will need to do the numbers 114, 115 for an additional 1 fishfood.
For the 2 golden bananas you will need to do numbers 178, 181 for another 1 fishfood.

I gave up on the best way to get all, and do less, so thank you very much ChayaAvery. Will try to do as much as possible for my own amusement. The event didn't offer that many stars :(

Thanks Bhodho for starting yet another super duper short strategy ;)xD. Thanks illy for the calculations and total requirements.

    Thanks ChayaAvery. That's really helpful.

Just want to add a caution : You cannot grow the event crops on Rainforest. You won't get event drops from Rainforest. Rainforest as a whole is excluded for this event.

The Ocean Day Event is an earlier event. The givers for the cloud row from that event are available in this event. If needing/wanting those givers this is the time to get them. However, the cloud row from that event isn't available this time. It means even more crops and drops if aiming to get those givers as well though.

Can't see where it's mentioned Ocean Day Event (no idea what it is either), there's a sorta kinda mystery stables event, but you don't need to plant the stables. And ofc on the 20th there's MM. So even though there might be more than one event running, they shouldn't overlap one another.

Where did you see Ocean Day ?

at the end of the shipwreck requirements in the events page Moraine it says And!!!then it tells about the ocean day event. and do we have to mill fish food? it just says event item: fish food and gold key? sorry my brain isn't working at even 10% today lol

It's only the giver items that are available again Marlymar. It's suggested to look at that FAQ to get more details about the giver items. The Ocean Day Event isn't actually running.

The fishfood here isn't the normal fish food. It's a special event item made out of the baitworm drops and buckwheat event crop. No milling needed. You can just exchange it in the event window.
