I like the look of this event. The requirements for the whole event are steep but at least we can choose our paths and pick what we are aiming for. :)

I particularly like that we don't need to mill the Fishfood ... think the Devs were listening. We already have so much to do with our mills, events really mess up our planning when we need to clear the mill for event milling. So thank you Devs! ;)

The prizes are okay - I just hope the drops are good ... please! :music:

If you have nothing to do you may be able to finish this game!!!!! 37800 buckwheat, 1820 baitworm, 5 hours seeds....... Sorry I have to go to work. The prizes are not good enought.

ohoh, thats a lot of Buckwheat!! Presume, you can't buy/sell it on the market? Would be an option for the ones the prizes are not appealing to. This will eat up a lot of supergrow, pumpkin jam and CAC I am afraid.
Nice idea of an event, but I think, i will skip this one.

    Happy fishing everybody

Too many crops but I like the look of the different mechanisms.
Agree with Woody that the sections need to be numbered in the game.

I am confused by the explanation of the game. You have to go with a number touching the tile you are on. Does that mean you are not able to get all of the tiles? In the example you can start with 1 or 2 but if you go 1,3,4 and go down to pick up 5 and 2 you don't have the option of going anywhere else. I don't know if that is the intent or if that is the only place where you have to make a choice between 1,3,4,6 or 2,5,4,6. Can this be clarified? I sometimes like to get all of the things that are easy because I have the crops. If this is part of the design, I don't like that aspect. I also agree it's a lot of buckwheat and drops. Currently I am on medical leave for cancer so I have theoretically have more time to play, but I have lots of appointments and people who want to see me, so I'll try it and see how far I go.

i went through the rewards looking for something worth it. Can't find much. Most likely I'll just skip this event. Tempted to do it for the fun of it as in general the event looks great. But among rewards there is hardly anything to catch my attention.

You don't have to do all the steps and there are some suggestions in the Strategy thread to get the maximum of "good" prizes with about 19,000 Buckwheat and a lot less drops. I would be very surprised if anyone will finish or indeed want to finish with those amounts of crops. I will go for the CR and EP givers and any other prizes that appeal - secret stables and trees probably. :music:

For now my only comment is that I wish the sections were labeled in the game, not just the FAQs.

Game looks good, I will go for the goodies, but right off a no likie.

I stand by my words, stickers should only be awarded if you finish the event, as a only way to get it is to best the whole game, meaning to the sticker just like gold stars in grade school, given to all that finish. But to have no choice and have to buy it to even play is wrong.
Sour taste going into this, Events are getting less fun.

These events are happening too close to each other not allowing the farmers to regrow and restock and causing unwelcome over-inflation in the market.
    Give us a break...

I'm struggling through this event. Its very long and complicated. The maze is too long. At half the size I would think its a great new idea. I get that nobody will want to get everything so the high quantity of event crops is not an issue. I'm enjoying that I really have to think to work out what I want and where I have to go to get it.

I agree with @Banjoman on this one - please just let me farm and restock. Keeping the events coming is great and keeps me entertained but lately it's been too much; back to back events, events overlapping, barn emptying events and little time to make my farm bountiful again.

I like the event. Highlighting the path to reach a particular weed is a good aspect. Exchanging for fish feed packet instead of milling gives us more time to mill animal feed & powerfeed as there are more and more animals being introduced every month. I like the graphics too.

I would like to give few suggestions for overall improvement in future.

    • The event window should have been a whole one. Scrolling through the window from first to last confuses and makes it difficult to device the strategy/way.
    • The weeds, treasure boxes etc could have been numbered for easy identification & for comparison with the chart in FAQ
    • Weeds with golden keys could have been highlighted some more. They could have shone or glittered much more for easy identification.

Too long, too complicated and too much event crop for me personally. Looks very nice, but I'm going for a break.

Nice event :) Like the structure of the event. Seaweed squares take 1 fishfood and give EP, TEP or CC. Items in chest and other prizes from creatures. Makes it possible to navigate through the wreck without too much hassle :) Requirements to clear all squares is really high, but becomes a bit more reasonable if one leaves the old items. It is very nice that we can check the rewards from squares already cleared. Graphics for the shipwreck layer is great!

Nice event, but I am hoping for a less eventful month come August ;)

HoHum...Not liking this event at all. Way too many junk crops to grow and NOT enough bait worm drops...completely UNBALANCED.
WHAT IS UP WITH THAT??? Rewards are unsatisfactory and lack variety. I love CR's but this one is such low value for the expectations/fulfillment required by us.

Like the concept...it's nice to have something different to do. However, I am getting to the point where I will simply just not do growing events anymore:eek:

I agree 007Farming! I'm frustrated with this "ho-hum" event. I'm on day 4 and less than 50% done. I have pulled nearly everything off the farm to grow the event junks 24/7 .....but it is taking forever!
I do like the format and the design....I just wish it didn't require so many 1000's of event crops. For the CR...about half the requirements would have been more fair.-.-

Far to many crops for the rewards which aren't exactly great
And as others have said it should have been numbered as in the FAQ
Good concept... badly executed...could have been done a whole lot better with a bit more imagination:(
Most boring event i have ever played on Farmerama
