Renzo strategies

With Renzo's fair visiting us soon does anyone have any strategies for playing the mini games.

 

My strategy is to avoid the games I am bad at, and do those I am better at. If only I could remember which is which....

 

I like the Macho-meter. Remember to hold down the mouse until you are ready to strike. Takes a little practice to get it right (especially as it speeds up) but I find this one gives me the most (chance of) coins.

The Treasure Chests can give more coins but it is very random, no skill involved and in all the time I played them, I only got the jackpot (200 coins I think) once.

Whackamole is okay but I don't think it has the same return as the Macho-meter.

I can't really comment on the other (newest) game (forget what it's called). I only played it once or twice and it didn't seem to have the same returns as Macho-meter.

I'm sure there are plenty of strategies out there but these are mine!

 

Oh yes, the macho-meter, wasn't as fun as the wacking, but gave the best return less rapid eye-brain-hand coordination. Everything that involves rapid use of brain I'm not superb at. Okay new tactic, will do some games for fun and then plod along the one I am better at to gain a few coins. I want to open the flower shop. Then a pet, after I have saved up enough coins for a year

 

Don't know if you saw but some of the prizes will be changing next time round so if there is something really special that you are working for (and, of course, if you have the required coins!), it might be prudent to get it this time round ... just in case!

Of course, as we don't know what will remain and what will go, this warning is moot!

 

I did managed to read the bold red warning, but thank you for reminding me - it's easy to overlook stuff when one is eager and before my cup of tea. Not aiming for any particular prize except to open 3rd trade, so any leftover trinkets will carry over. Wasn't too amazed with this pet either, so won't be crying too much when in a year it has changed

 

Before I took a break from the game got the most coins from macho-meter.
I never had much luck with Whackamole and Treasure Chests. And have not had a chance to play the latest on yet.


This is what I find works best to play macho-meter
Round 1: Hold the mouse and release it when it is in the center of the bar.
Round 2: Hold the mouse and release it when it is one space away from the center of the bar
Round 3: Hold the mouse and and wait till it gets to one side of the bar and as soon as it starts heading back release the mouse.

 

I used to play the Loot Shoot(Treasures) but now they don't give so many coins if you get far. It was my favorite and I still play it but now I win coins from the Balloon Bust. Most of the times I get a lot of coins but when I don't I stop and then I play later. Not really a strategy but it works for me to play only when I am or feel lucky

 

I do best at the balloon shoot. Nothing else can give me anything close to the coins.

 

Yes, that seem to be the case with me as well, 20-30 coins per round. unless I played on the touch screen lappy and accidental moved the screen or zoomed in - in those cases I ended up with around 4 lol. I need to figure out how I freeze the screen just for farmerama

I think I have got 20, I don't remember my highest score but usually I get 15-18. That's when I continue playing, if I start getting less than 10 I stop.
